Marena Stokes: So.....the food was cool, it's fast food. My reason for 2 stars is because I'm confused. I ordered a $6 your way meal. For those who don't know you pick your sandwich from the choices shown, original or spicy chicken fries, and a small fry. Cheese bacon and a drink are extra. No it does NOT come with a drink. Again, that's extra. My confusion is because I wanted a small onion ring instead of a fry. Not until I received my bag and looked into it did I see a small fry. Upon asking I was told that the fry is standard, and they added my onion ring. Umm, that's NOT what I asked for, and you all didn't explain that. So I was charged for an onion ring in addition to the fry. That should have been explained. That's it, that's all.

Taheerah Jones: Simply put, they have to do better. Waited in drive-thru for over 30 minutes for them to say, they didn't have the item I wanted. Went back today, 15 minute wait, paid for a drink, got home and realized they didn't give me a drink. Can't go back. So you get over it. But every time there is an issue 😕. Tate Jones: Every employee I've ever come across here has been incredibly rude. Tonight I ordered through the app, it said this location closed at 1am. Gracie Gralike: Worst Burger King ever. Food was cold and gross. Very little fries in the order. Really expensive for how nasty it was. Every order they take, they tell you to pull up to the front door, but don't give you proper instructions and then yell at you to pull around. Forgot honey mustard even though I told them, had to pull all the way through the drive-thru again! Lady working the register was so rude stating "is that it?" for every item I ordered. If you're thinking of going here, just don't! It's terrible. I hope they shut this location down.

Rob: I arrived in drive thru at mic at 6:53pm with one car in front of me. I got my food at 7:17pm. Noone was inside eating. Not busy at all. I heard manager say after 5 mins at the window, she was gonna make mine special. The fries look, and tastes like they were fried at least twice and kept over hot oil to keep warm no salt. Absolutely disgusting and burned. 2 large fries in trash. I did not get a receipt either. Burger was cold and gross as well. I want my money back. I threw 2 larges whopper meals in trash because it was so gross. The whopper paddy was not a whopper paddy either. District manager needs to clean this store up. Badly
JOSEPH CASTLEMAN: I would love to leave a negative 10 stars on this location. My wife and I tried to go through the drive thru on 8-18-22 at 8:30 pm. Upon arriving to this location we witnessed 2 employees sitting on the curb just outside the dining room entrance smoking pot, when we pulled up to the drive thru to order, a few of the other employees were smoking as well and I was told they were closed. The website and the phone both said that the drive thru was open til 10pm. I attempted to ask a young male employee why they closed early and his response was “we are closed if you don’t like it go somewhere else” well I did I took my business to Jack In The Box.
Iski985: I go here a lot because it’s close to my work and it’s not the best the one by my house is faster and aren’t ever missing like they were today. I did a mobile order and got there to realize there were no cars or employees in sight. Literally don’t get how you can be open and have no one working. Probably won’t ever go again unless I need to. Hope they can fix these issues it’s sad to think I don’t even get the food that was promised so I’ll be hungry the rest of my shift.

Ryan 55: I ordered a Bacon King with a medium fry and medium Dr.Pepper. Didn’t realize until i was almost home that the fry’s were cold and old and the bacon king was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The only thing that was good was the Dr.Pepper. Pretty sad this used to be a good Burger King. I guess they don’t have standards anymore. Cynthia Steenberg: I know everyone is overworked in fast food, and it's not something I normally eat, but I had a feeling there was no one there to clean anything.Several tables had been used and were obviously left with tacky mustard, and I believe what may have been syrup.The lady begging the counter wasn't a bad person, but, honestly, seemed a bit overwhelmed, even though I was the only person inside when I came in. She was meaning both the counter and the window. I know that is hard, but I had to ask for ketchup for my fries, remind her I had chicken nuggets and needed sauce, and I finally gave up when I realized there was no salt anywhere and didn't feel like having to ask for one more thing.The underside of the serving counter which normally had condiments and the soda machine had obviously not been cleaned for several days. There were straw wrappers and ketchup/ mustard containers beneath it. It also looked like no one has swept let alone mopped much of the floor.I don't want to be harsh on people doing a job under drastic circumstances, but, perhaps, the franchise owner might want to come in and do a little work himself/ herself on occasion?

PJ: The workers used to be SUPER nice here. The past 5-ish times I've driven through in the past couple months has been the exact opposite... The employees never talk to you like you're a paying customer, they now say "hold on." and "what you want?" in the drive through. They don't respond when you say thank you, they just either stare at you or mumble "yuh." I'm not saying you have to love your job, or even be polite, but not being rude is a pretty low bar. Also, it was the first time I've had bad food from here. The melt had one piece of bread that was soggy and doughy, the other side was an end-piece to the loaf which was hard as rock. So gross that I threw the whole cold meal away.

Brendan Coyle: First, i couldnt tell either they were asking my to wait or take my order. So I waited about 3 min before someone said something else, I told him im having trouble hearing him, he didnt acknowledge or attempt to correct, so i just said my order. The guy who took my order had a headset in one ear and an earpod in the other. As soon as i got to the second window, we were told to pull up to the door, when we finally got our food, they forgot to give us the drink we paid for, didnt realize that till i got home. My whooper was dry and the bottom bun was covered in seasoning, so much so that i couldnt eat it

Stl Cycler: Ordered a double cheese burger meal. The amount asked to pay was over $12. Upon asking the drive thru lady to confirm the order and if they rang me up for the correct meal she said yes. I paid and got my food and receipt. They charged for a double whopper meal even after I questioned the accuracy. I then went inside and and older gentlemen working was the biggest jerk, and had a lousy attitude. After I explained the situation, and the receipt that I was charged for a double whopper meal but given a double cheeseburger meal I asked to either get what I paid for or a refund. He told me they don’t give refunds and told me to call corporate, Sorry! I believe they were doing some type of scam, charging people for more expensive items, and pocketing the money. Makes me worry these people had my credit card as well. Terrible service, rude employees. Left without food, or a refund.

SPINE SHINE GODDESS: As disgusted as I am, Burger King actually did me a favor. I had not had the Impossible Meal in over a year and have had it only a couple times since returning home. Well after this last purchase, I won’t be going back. I needed to totally emancipate myself from process foods anyway. So thank you. I was given an old reheated burger with a huge bite already taken and smashed up bread and no telling what else that I couldn’t spot with the naked eye. The French fries had been dipped in salt! Oh, but the lemonade was good! This is not THE WAY I would have preferred to have it and definitely far from royal treatment. So keep your crown and that sad slogan that needs retiring!

Rachel Sage: I went here at 620pm before my night shift, there were 6 cars waiting and everybody left after waiting without getting their orders taken. It was a waste of time and nobody answered any of the cars trying to get the employees attention, I didn’t have time to go somewhere else before work so that sucked.

Jon Murphy: Went through the drive thru, got a bacon king no mayo and was told to go to the first window. Woman at first window told me to go to the second window. Woman at the 2nd window told me to go back to the first window, then the woman at the 1st window said to go back to the 2nd window. Confirmed my order and made sure it was no mayo, she said it was already made with mayo and I asked her to remake it. She seemed to begrudgingly agree, and then it came with lettuce? Usually the service here is decent but this was pretty awful.

CHRIS Waller: Went thru drive up window at the 1st window I quess I was suppose to stop, but the lady didn't acknowledge me or anything. Went to the next window were I think I encounter the manager an African American woman. She made me feel like I was stupid for not stopping at the 1st window. I'm a manager just down the street at Lowes, I know how to talk to people, this lady clearly does not. She acted like I was stupid and she was put out with having to run my card.
