Imperviously Evans: Walked in today to check my unit. The locks been cut, they ransacked my unit and took some very important and sentimental items. They don't want to cover because of the lock which wasn't mentioned when I rented the unit. I ran across another lady that had the same issue. I think we need to file a class action suit
linda seng-noble: My storage unit was broken into, ransacked with items stolen…even though I carried insurance on the contents they refused to pay… even told me that it was a previous employee who had broken in!! Do not rent from this company!!!

I never received any notice, nor any options for alternative outcomes or payments arrangements. New management and a couple messages left without any specific person to call back. I’ve been out of work and homeless and my resources have been depleted.
Everly Lanemann: It's always a hit or miss with these guys, expect the unexpected and don't keep your things there more than a few months. Staff is not super friendly and entirely to much in your business. I mean it's storage I'm not trying to get to know anyone.

Recommend to all SLU students looking for storage. So close to campus I was able to move everything in my unit in less than an hour! Incredible workers too- so helpful.

Kristen Green: We love iStorage of St Louis! We’ve stored our daughter’s college items there two or three years in a row. The staff here is top notch, second to none!! They are some of the kindest, most professional I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! The first time we went I was a little concerned with the storage options, but it was secure, always staffed and everything was perfect when we picked it up months later. I’d recommend a drop cloth to cover your things as they get a little dusty. This year we brought some cheap plastic tablecloths from the dollar tree and they worked perfectly! I’d recommend iStorage STL over and over again, no questions asked!!

Lucy Cohen: Life Storage was awesome to work with. Booked online with a nice discount. The office called to see if I wanted to tour my unit, see other options, etc. Popped in the day before my move to see the unit and fill out paperwork. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Kristen was awesome and showed us around the facility. Answered all of the questions we didn't know we had but it was great information we needed. I can't remember the young woman training with her but she was also very friendly and helpful during the process. Great team. Clean facility. Highly recommend.
Thomas Ryan: I've used a few storage facilities in the past, but nothing has compared to the customer service, cleanliness, security, and overall positive experience I had with LifeStorage. The manager, Kristen, is terrific at what she does. I had made my own mistake on the website when setting up my rental and Kristen was able to resolve everything quickly and with such kindness. I've had some really good experiences with storage facilities in the past, but this is second to none. It's one thing to say I'll be bringing my business here in the future, but to want to write a review and tell my friends/family about this place should tell you everything you need to know about the excellent product LifeStorage offers.

Katie Rogers: I’ve used Life Storage in another state and had no troubles hoping with this new move the same experience… sadly no. I rented online, received a call to confirm my move in date, then when I arrived no one was at the facility to open my unit (Saturday). I had been calling throughout the morning to discuss my move in and no one answered the calls, so when I called the emergency number and was told the location was “closed” I was confused. I was provided the reasons was due to them being “short staffed,” then told they’d be open Sunday 12 to 4 and someone would be here. Come to find the exact same thing Sunday. Called the emergency number again and they informed me per the system the location was closed again. There were other people here who were also waiting to move items into a unit and were told someone would be here. So you can guess

We moved from out of state and had to store our stuff for a month before we could move into our house. Kristen, the manager was so helpful to us. We had many questions and she always went out of her way to help us out. She made us feel like family right away, always going the extra mile. If we ever need to store items again, we will definitely be coming back to this Life Storage. I would highly recommend this location! Great service, great facility, and top notch staff.

Erin Collins: I have no issues with the actual storage unit or security. But I signed a contract 1.5 years ago at $88/month and I am now paying $130/month. They do not notify you of price increases, they simply charge your account for more. Just a warning to anyone thinking they’re getting a good affordable rate…it won’t stay that way for long!
