Andrew Prescott: Just had an interaction with a gentleman with glasses that was checking people out. I overheard him talking to the woman he was helping check out and was just so incredibly kind and uplifting to interact with. He wasn’t the one to help me with my purchase but he complimented my hat, which was more of a highlight in my day than he could possibly know. Just wanted to leave this review as a thank you to the kind gentleman for showing up to work as a kind, supportive individual and being a small part of my day today.

You can get a variety of hot food, hot dogs, nachos, pizza slices, chicken wings, and burgers etc. They also sell cold sandwiches and full size pizzas (hot or frozen)I gave 3 stars as the soda area was not stocked all the way and sticky surfaces and floors.

The cool king xd lol: On morganford, they have had rude, dismissive, sub par customer service for years now towards the urban demographic in this predominantly white community. There is now a new white lady who scowls at black customers and imposes subtle disrespect, as well as a Middle Eastern man who defends her poor attitude. The man with the glasses is usually there but I've never had a problem with him, as he has been employed there the longest. It's the new cashiers who have been here less longer who cater to some customers, and dismiss others. Never going back, and will discourage others from going.

B V: This is, by far, my favorite gas station in town. Sure, it’s not the biggest space, but the employees are incredible. I go out of my way to fill up here because I always have a memorable experience talking with the cashiers. They’re always friendly and maintain a positive atmosphere. Today, I was lucky enough to be served by Beverly! The store looked super clean, and she was making sure everything was sanitized.

Jalen Harris: I have been going to this store for years now. The customer service and the store itself has improved a lot and I mean improved by a ton. First I would like to give a shout-out to Mrs. Q and her ability to run the store as it is and keep up with everything. I have nothing but respect for her. I would also point out ameer who is in fact one of the most kind hearted person I have met. He works hard and keeps the customers smiling on their way out, which shows a lot about the love he has for everyone in the community. This 7/11 is the cleanest store I have been to. I am sure it can improve more and more but considering the pandemic we are in where nobody wants to work and hardly any stores have employees who are happy and kind. This store is far ahead comparing to others. I hope to keep seeing them for years ahead and bless them all for service they provide during these times.

Frank Michael: I usually won't review a 7/11 unless they do something to irk me, but this place is pretty far behind compared to most other 7/11's. I tried to get coffee in the early morning and the only thing they had was decaf. A second night they had no coffee at all. I ended up having to drive down to Quicktrip. They also don't have the large coffee bar, they just brew individual pots that sit on the burner for hours at a time. Other then that, it's your standard 7/11 I guess.

I have attempted to call the store multiple times and somehow the guy owner or his sister are never there when someone answers, and when they supposedly are, no one will answer the phone. I live in MO but work for KY and did explain to the female manager (via phone) that cancelling my card would be a HUGE pain due to the distance, and asked them to please just do the right thing. They have cameras EVERYWHERE in this store, and the receipt paper would show 2 of the same transactions back to back. No such luck.

So you already know the type of customers you're likely to see in there, and you better lock your car lol. They wouldn't take my American spirit cigarette coupons and they don't have roller food you can grab yourself. They do usually have Gallons of milk at an affordable price tho.

Dawn O'Brien: They remember what I want when I come in and many times I don't need to ask. Very polite to me. I appreciate that I can walk over here to obtain what I need. Clientele can be very shady... lots of alcoholics and druggies. It can be scary walking near here sometimes. I have to make sure no one is trying to follow me home. I think between them selling alcohol and the bar nearby are part of bringing down our neighborhood. Lots of gunfire in our area. Unfortunately, they have been robbed many times. The good news is that they have seriously stepped up their security. I heard they have stopped selling alcohol after midnight. They also lock it up. Facial recognition before you can enter. At night, the doors are locked until you have your face scanned. I think they only allow so many people in at one time, so they have control over the situation. They have monitors everywhere and they are aware what is going on. They have other security measures that I won't list here. Let's just say trying to rob this place now would be really stupid. (Some people are calling them Pakistani? I thought they were Afghani.)

And 1st off the Pakistan man that was working 2nite Tuesday May 23rd at 10:15pm was completely rude and disrespectful to me. I had brought in 2 coupons for camel ciggerettes and when i asked respectfully as sir he screamed at me and told me that i cudnt use that coupon on any pack of cigs like it clearly said on my coupon. Then he got mad that i was using my change to pay and he started cussing and using hateful and sexist comments. I was so upset i cudnt think straight so i cudnt find all my money and i was looking in my purse crying at this point while he is telling the other customers to go around me and when one offered to help me he rudely told him no to NOT help me at all. Worst experience EVER! I will NEVER be back and i dont know how a man that has a mean spirit like that can be allowed to work with the public at all. I am NOT overly sensitive and i was VERY upset 2nite by this mans horrible attitude and trashy comments. I wud hate to see how he talks to an elder or children even! Christian M. Plancarte: Just like most 7-Elevens nowadays, they're mainly rundowned, dirty, and no longer the hotspot to got to, at least for me. When I went in to look for a couple of items, I was immediately being stared down by a big guy who I don't even know if he works there or not (could've been security, an employee, or a friend of the employees), but he was making me uncomfortable. The guy wasn't wearing a mask, and the employees had their masks pulled down, I don't think they even cared, so much for practicing safe distancing like the sign outside said. They didn't have what I wanted, and it was second 7-Eleven I went to, at least the employees were nicer then the cashier from the 7-Eleven on Watson Rd. I don't think I'm ever going back to a 7-Eleven unless I'm really desperate.

Coffee fresh any time of the day , and I do mean anytime!All employees are so friendly and helpful, gas prices are the cheapest around, only problem is that it’s not a secret and parking at times can be a problem ! But with good service sometimes you must wait your turn !
mic mouse: I have been a frequent customer to this astablishment for years, it's a neighborhood meeting place to stay hi to everyone and maybe see an old friend.... Yet NEW employees push you to get your items and get out! Just one bad apple can ruin a a great friendly place to shop.

Lo Lo: I used to be a frequent shopper in here. Recently I stopped going because every time I was on n there the employees were treating the customers horribly. Today it happened to me. Seemed to be only one employee working in there at the time. This location has become dirty and no one should have to be treated rudely while buying a soda especially when they did not even say a word!

James Alvarez: Very rude. I was accosted by who I believed to be the manager, a lady with blond hair. After the matter was resolved and I had employees of the store vouch for me, the manager stormed off. She never gave me an apology or tried to clear up the confusion. I will never go back to this store and I will never spend another dollar in any 7/11 for the rest of my life and I will tell everyone I know of the experience that happened to me while visiting this store.

grace bosley: I went in last night on my way home from work and the lady told me I couldn’t be served any more due to the fact that my shirt was not appropriate. I’m a 19 yr old female wearing a crop top . I was told that there was a dress code policy change but last time I checked its no shoes no shirt no service . I had all of those on I went in for nachos. I didn’t appreciate the attitude over my dress attire an honestly felt judged as she proceeded to argue with me about how my shirts not a shirt

Becca Rhodes: 1 star is generous. anyone refusing service due to no mask should be fired for obviously having little to no common sense. anyone in management is well aware you cannot force a mask policy, especially when they state of a medical condition. then they violate HIPPA policy by requiring my medical history to be shown. it is almost november 2021. this experimental gene therapy "vaccine" everyone has had the option to take(for now) so whoever is the voice that will actually make it to corporate has some explaining to do on why they havnt stood up to pushing corrupt illegal policy
