DUKE Robertson: As much as I want to give this company a great review, I can’t. I have asked them on more than one occasion to deliver my fuel before a certain time frame on fridays. The driver decided that doesn’t work for him in his schedule. He puts me on the second to last or last delivery , I run out typically on Thursday nights or early friday. Well this Friday I ran out yet again. I have to wait to work until the people we pay do their jobs. This particular Friday which they came late in the day again, the website says 24hours but don’t expect anyone to answer at 4 pm much less any later than that. I put in multiple calls trying to reach a dispatcher to discuss our issue yet again. They declined to answer my phone calls so I decided to come here. If they don’t want to treat people like customers everyone else should have a peek before deciding on going with them

D Ken: It's a small shop but it does what it needs to for the most part. Drinks are mostly outside, which is a first for me but that isn't an issue. I had asked for some change to get some air in my tires from their tire air station that they have, 1 dollar into 4 quarters. I had a small issue with getting the change needed from the shop, it was resolved. It was still an inconvenience. Otherwise it's alright.
StL DeBello: Company policy will not allow employees to give Kerosene prices over the phone.... Company policy is not consumer friendly. Will not patronize this chain.

Nayah Velasquez: Everything here is at the VERY least $1 more than any other gas station other than like QuikTrip. It's insane. And their prices differ per employee. I get the same thing everytime and EVERY SINGLE TIME, my total differs from a span of $2-$5. I don't visit there very often anymore.

tony49789: I stopped by after my workday to grab a coffee at 6pm before I head to the gym as usual. Normally I stop by QT, but desired a change in taste. I walk in and the tall skinny lady gives me a dirty look. Not hello or anything. Just a dirty look. Then I proceed to get a coffee anyway. They did not have any large cups so I grabbed a small. Then proceeded to pour a cup of coffee.... NOPE no coffee brewed. Only coffee availabe was decaf. So I compromised and then poured decaf. Filled my cup and leaned over to dress it.... No creamer. I walked up to the register to pay for my bland decaf coffee and stated that they were out of coffee and creamer only for the tall skinny lady to shrug her shoulders at me and not say a word. No thank you.... No sorry.... Nothing. Need less to say I will NEVER be stopping by the Laclede Station road U Gas again. I will take my daily business to QT.
Keith Muckensturm (BigDawg314): They are friendly and always have basically every fast food mess up my order this was no different in that aspect of things. But they did replace my food without any argument. They realized they messed up my order and promptly took care of the matter. See the problem is I don't eat cheese. So they always mess that up!

Michael Palmer: Garbage. The cashiers loathe the customers. They hate money. Don't spend your money here they don't want it. $2 Arizona teas don't even make attempt to cover up $. 99 on can. Should be illegal. $3 king size candy bars. If you got lotto tickets, God forbid you want to play lotto, get ready for the already subpar customer service to really go south. I'd rather run out of gas than go here anymore. They're more friendly to the people buying glass roses than anyone with a lotto playslip.

For example the other day I had went to go purchase a new Juel vaping device and they attempted to charge me $43 dollars which is a total joke considering I went to QT instead after I was given that ridiculous total and bought the same exact device in question for $5 can you see the problem there? They over charge for everything here, I don't recommend spending your hard earned money here.

Jamie Sivels: This Shell station has poor customer service. First of all, the man didn't ask if I had a rewards card. Any other Shell's station I've been in that's the first thing I'm asked. So, as I remind him can I use my rewards he makes a deep sigh....then I see I have $0.12 off a gallon I decide to increase my amount for gas..oh why did I do that. That must be tedious process, because as he did that he conveniently didn't include my rewards; therefore, I paid full amount for gas. Yeah...I thought that was the slogan for Shell... where members never pay full amount....Jokes on the customer here

Nice, friendly and customer orientated, except for the person working the night shift (early morning) on 4/23 @ 12:30 am.I now understand why she’s not wearing a name tag. With such unfriendly service and an attitude to match, I would like to be anonymous too. She didn’t even ask me if I were a “rewards member”, to which I am.When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. Her apparent contempt was obvious and definitely demonstrated.It’s sad, “One bad apple, spoils the whole bunch”.I’ll certainly be taking with the manager concerning her very unprofessional conduct, attitude and as a whole, demeanor.

Johnni Gillespie: I am planning to never come to this location again. Nothing ever works, you can't get service or the promoted gas price. I wasted over 30 min today trying to get gas and a car wash. I ended up going to down the street to quit trip paying them $50.00. It took all of 7 mins for me to pay and get my gas and another 5 for the car wash that they gave me for free since I such a hard time at this location.
James Davis: This is a really awesome gas station they have mobile gas but their car wash is amazing for five bucks for the entire month unlimited washing every day for only five dollars. It’s a very neat little robot that thoroughly cleaned your car with rim scrubbers
Star Houze: I arrived here to get some gas and then I thought it was a good idea to go get a car wash since they had them available. I bought one of the tickets to get a car wash but literally nothing came out of the gas machine where I purchased it. Then, I had to go inside the gas station, wait in a ridiculous line to get my car wash code, AND go BACK to my car just to drive around and see an outrageous long line waiting for me. I purchased this ticket at 3:11 pm and FINALLY got to the machine about 40 minutes later. The car wash itself is a dinosaur and is the slowest car wash I’ve ever been in. It’s practically slower than a sloth. Thank you for reading. Never coming here for a car wash ever again.

Used to stop everyday but customer service has been decreasing rapidly, lady this morning flat ask me why I stop there if I just complain every day about them not doing their jobs. So instead of using the criticism to better their performance, they told me not to come back so they don't have to do their job. Very poor place but typical Jefferson county trash working here.
Kathleen McGrath: I really like this mobile on the run, it's fairly new, only a couple years old. I've noticed recently that they're not filling up the windshield fluid and there's no paper in the outside dispensers. Also, when I ask for a receipt nothing came out so I'm guessing they're out of receipt paper too. I'll keep coming here because of the gas and the good assortment of beer. But it would be nice if they'd fill up their windshield fluid and make sure their paper products are always available.

Jeff Geisler: Don't do business with this store as they are overcharging for beer products. Michelob Ultra 12pk bottles is advertised in cooler for $12.99 but when I just checked out, it was $13.49 so I challenged the clerk and a manager went to the cooler and confirmed that the tag needed to be replaced with the new price of $13.49 and refused to sell the product to me at $12.99 despite the advertised price. I asked her if the $12.99 tag was for Michelob Ultra 12pk bottles and she said YES. This appears to be consumer fraudulent activity just right for a Missouri Merchant Practices Act law suit.
