Lance Deshazo: Went to Best Buy to buy an Xbox and saw this bundle for the price listed below. I took the tag to the front and it rang up for the wrong price. I told the cashier that it was marked as the picture showed and he called for the manager. The manager immediately stated that I was lying and that no consoles he had in the store were the price in the picture. I said that it was not my fault that his products were marked wrong. I didn't even have a chance to buy it, the manager took it and refused to sell it to me for any price. Stunned, I went back and took the picture attached and showed the manager, to which he mumbled something under his breath. I then told him that I was going to let their corporate office know just how much he cared for their customers! I would have paid the price for it, since I had to go to Target to buy the same one, but I will not be called a liar in front of other customers in the store and you act like a child when you refuse to sell it to me after I bring up a valid point!!! You should move the tags into a place where they cannot be misread or messed with by your customers!!

W Brown: I placed an order Saturday & was told it would be delivered to my home Sunday. I checked the shipping Sunday & it said it was waiting for pickup. I checked today (Monday) & it says the same-thing. LONG STORY SHORT, I’m currently at the store where my item is at to pick it up & they will not give it to me because it has already been processed & it has to be picked up by some janky pickup service called “ Roadie”. The item is literally still in the store, in the back being held hostage. I drove almost an hour here after work to pick this up, which they have boxed waiting for a courier & the will not give me my paid for item. I’ve been on the waiting phone with the courier for almost 30 minutes & nothing. This is horrible customer service & I do plan to cancel my BestBuy account & never shop here again..Never!

Riley Braun: I bought a car radio on the Best Buy website that had “free instillation”, so I thought it would be a no brainer to have them install it for me. My mistake. First, they couldn’t even get me scheduled for the instillation for another two weeks, but I was okay with that so I decided to wait because I really wanted the radio installed. Then, two weeks later on the morning of my appointment, literally an hour before I was supposed to be there, I get a phone call from one of the instillation managers saying they won’t be able to install my radio for an additional TWO WEEKS because the installer who was scheduled to install my radio had called in that morning and said he wasn’t coming into work. They were completely unwilling to make the situation right and told me that no other employees would install my radio either because the situation had nothing to do with them. If you buy a radio here, be prepared to wait a MONTH or more just to have it installed, and keep in mind there is absolutely nothing guaranteeing your appointments, even after you schedule them and wait for weeks. Pathetic excuse for customer service and completely unprofessional.

It took multiple trips to the store, countless useless hours on the phone. If you call, no one will ever answer the phone at the store. It was a logistical nightmare. Don’t waste your time money or energy with this company.

I return to the store and they cannot provide me a stand nor helpful on a solution. If the site had stated there was no stand I would not have purchased. Driving back & forth to the store was about 65 miles. I could have opted to return via Best Buy paying for shipping, but opted to go to the store. I saved them shipping cost and no flexibility from them.*5/1 update* John F contacted me and righted the situation. Still only 3 stars for this store due to what I experienced with members of this team. But Best Buy on Metcalf is getting 5 stars, thanks 100% to John F & Tim!

Brad Max: Great customer experience yesterday at UBreakiFix on Ward Parkway, specifically with technician Lee. My iPhone wasn't broadcasting sound through the ear speaker. Lee took the phone to the back, cleaned the speaker (isopropyl and small brush), and handed it back to me--no charge. Can't usually do free work, but a simple fix, and I was on my way.
Katherine Karnatz: Awesome place! The workers are so awesome. I asked for the cheapest phone screen but there was a problem while fixing it so they had to give me one level up. When I came to pick it up they charged me for the lowest price phone screen. It was so nice of them! I recommend this place to anyone!

Joel Snyder: I had the pleasure to meet & have Ron fix my Android cellphone.With what I thought was an impossible challenge/issue, I brought my Android cellphone I bought 3 weeks ago for use in my house and work.Aside from that, a month ago, I needed to replace the battery in my cellphone and I took it to: uBreakiFix for a new cellphone battery and it took 1 day to take out my old battery and then replace it with a new battery.Overall, I think that they do a good job with their business of repairing (both) cellphones and computers in their location north of the Ward Parkway Shopping Mall.I didn't take any photos of this business when I was there 3 weeks ago.That said, if you're interested in fixing your cellphone or computer problem in the future, give uBreakiFix a call to get either device repaired.

Refused to provide a refund for a repair that never worked.

Just told me I’d have leave my phone there for TWO days!!! Anyways-those 2 guys at Ward Parkway location clearly know how to treat customers-left a tip for the one who so graciously helped me out when I got stiffed at the other location, and told him the world needs more people like him in the workplace-people that CARE and WANT to do their job!
