LeAnne C: I happened upon this facility recently and was thoroughly pleased and surprised. Although the store front appears smaller the inside offers a wide variety of products. I was having issues with the flash on my current camera and curious about upgrading. I was assisted by a wonderful man who chatted with me about my needs for a camera as he lightly brushed my current camera. Sure enough, he was able to get my flash working again and also showed me what to look for in the future. He was very knowledgeable and showed me different camera options for upgrade as well as explaining lens options. I will definitely be returning!

Lisa Brummett: They spent 45 minutes helping me pick a frame. When I came to pick it up, I just wasn't sure that I loved it and they spent another 45 minutes trying to help me find a combination I would love more. In the end, I decided the frame they originally suggested was the best for my picture. I got it home and on my wall it is perfect, this is a family heirloom, and I am very appreciative at the craftsmanship of their work.

I was impressed by the service and recommendations I was provided.I'm trying to see all 63 National Parks and I want to remember them by framing a poster from each Visitor Center. The first three turned out great! I plan on using their services quite a bit in the near future!

It was falling apart from repeated moves. I thought it was done, but they were able to piece it back together better than new. They even added the wire hanger in back and as a last minute touch of class and generosity, they even gave me wall hangers to hang it on the wall, free of charge! Now that is what I call first class VIP customer service. This was my first interaction with them and they have definitely earned a customer. Kudo’s to Juliette at the front. She even offered to help me load it into my car. Wow!

Lance Deshazo: Went to Best Buy to buy an Xbox and saw this bundle for the price listed below. I took the tag to the front and it rang up for the wrong price. I told the cashier that it was marked as the picture showed and he called for the manager. The manager immediately stated that I was lying and that no consoles he had in the store were the price in the picture. I said that it was not my fault that his products were marked wrong. I didn't even have a chance to buy it, the manager took it and refused to sell it to me for any price. Stunned, I went back and took the picture attached and showed the manager, to which he mumbled something under his breath. I then told him that I was going to let their corporate office know just how much he cared for their customers! I would have paid the price for it, since I had to go to Target to buy the same one, but I will not be called a liar in front of other customers in the store and you act like a child when you refuse to sell it to me after I bring up a valid point!!! You should move the tags into a place where they cannot be misread or messed with by your customers!!

I checked today (Monday) & it says the same-thing. LONG STORY SHORT, I’m currently at the store where my item is at to pick it up & they will not give it to me because it has already been processed & it has to be picked up by some janky pickup service called “ Roadie”. The item is literally still in the store, in the back being held hostage. I drove almost an hour here after work to pick this up, which they have boxed waiting for a courier & the will not give me my paid for item. I’ve been on the waiting phone with the courier for almost 30 minutes & nothing. This is horrible customer service & I do plan to cancel my BestBuy account & never shop here again..Never!

The dryer that the guy said was empty. WRONG!!!

In addition they reconfigured the closet cabling to to allow a single cable TV signal to 3 different different TV’s in my man cave.Highly recommend them on their expertise and service.

Joanne Lehmuth: We have been ordering IFPs from KCAV and recently have had a problem with one of our orders. They stepped forward and helped us resole our problem in a timely manner. They also helped find training on the new equipment. I would recommend them .

TEDxUMKC: We hired Kansas City Audio-Visual to assist us with our audio-visual needs for our annual event in March of 2017. With hundreds of people in the audience, we had no room for error. I can’t say enough good things about KCAV. They set up sound and video equipment and operated it for us. Everything went off without a hitch. Sean and Paul were always responsive when helping to plan the event, and Sean was so great to work with the day of the event. Working with KCAV was a fantastic experience, and I strongly recommend KCAV for your future audio-visual needs.
