DJ Crockett: I got stopped at self check out and asked how many items I had I said only 12 and it looks like more cuz it's a small pile of clothes I wanted to buy and then I scanned all of my items very carefully making sure to only do one at a time and the supervisor of that self check out area was literally standing right next to me and saw everything. Then made me go thru my receipt one by one and made me late for my appt. Also made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Not coming back!

But I was so hungry on impulse I opened and indulged just to find my funds had not been applied to my pay card as expected. Terrifyingly and as ashamed as I was I bought what I could, and didn't get thrown out, or in jail so I'm relieved that it ended good. Walmart employees and their grace here is as attractive as their prices and products placement. It's always clean and stocked and I am just blessed that compassion is also in the forefront with all their wonderful selections during my poor judgement in consumer relations. AT THIS LOCATION!

troy jackson: Went there to get a salad and got conned into buying the Zaria bbq out front. Threw away half the sandwich cause it was so gross. Fast food is much higher quality tbh. Skip the bbq and either shop inside or go to McDonald’s next door you’ll thank me. 🤮Edited continued… I went back get the salad I was there for. I made my salad and the only had spoons no forks I asked how can I accomplish a fork to eat my salad and was walked to a different area to get a fork then the employee walked away saying sometimes when we don’t have forks we put spoons and walked away. I asked after to talk a manager and a tattooed sketchy character approached with no name tag approached claiming to be Daniel. I explained the poor engagement of his employees and he fixed it himself moving girls they had to replace the spoons placed there by lazy unengaged employees.

Sydney Savage: A LOT of their food (the chicken, packaged ham and hot dogs, even the Resers tuna, etc) is expired and I have to bring it to their attention. I like being able to use points towards fruits and vegetables at this particular location though ALL they don't have a purchase limit when canned goods are on sale. I also like that the parking is more convenient than the Brookside location that is closer to my home.
Billee Runnels-Potts: Very clean and well stocked. The hot food in the deli is so tasty. However, it's really stupid to have all of the parking spots in front of the door reserved for online pickup, pharmacy pickup, and open parking spaces. Then, all of the reserved handicap parking spaces at the end of the row. How does that help those with mobility issues? This needs to be fixed!
Benjamin Sturges: Twas a lot better today than the last time I was there. It is still the only store I've ever been to that makes the handicap people park at the south end of the store parking lot instead of in front of the building. I can still walk with a walker and just deal with it but for people in wheelchairs it makes it harder for them.

JK Rodricks: The pharmacy is absurd. They literally let people drop off prescriptions in the drive through and then wait 15-30 minutes while those are filled rather than asking them to pull out of the lane and wait somewhere else. I can’t go in the store right now, I just need to pickup a prescription. Inside is always dirty. I don’t come to this store unless absolutely necessary. If I go to hell it will be this store.Edit; it’s worse than ever. I’m literally stepping around junkies on the way in.The inside of this store positively stinks like unwashed humans. It’s filthy. The parking lot is atrocious. They closed the good one on Troost and left us with this dump.

From “losing” a prescription, to filing a false dispense, to mistyping a providers number and accusing me of submitting fake prescriptions- do yourself a favor and use literally any other location. Or use the CVS on Main.

Ash Epperson: I don’t do very many reviews, unless it was really good or really bad. This place is super bad. I got a prescription sent in around 1 PM for my dermatologist. I came at 3:30 and they told me it will not be done for another hour. So then I left and went back around 730. I finally get to the window at 8:10 just for the woman to say that there isn’t even a prescription in their system. So how did the previous woman give me information about when my prescription will be done? It doesn’t make sense. And then they take extremely long every single time. The woman seemed super confused like she didn’t know what she was doing. I even have a text message from when my prescription got sent in. I just don’t understand where the disconnect could be.

Brittany Moss: I went in here late one night to buy the temporary tooth filling because boyfriend was having a bad toothache. And I was browsing other things throughout the store because it was right before Christmas. Now mind you I must admit that I did have my purse which in hindsight I should have left at the corner and I usually do to avoid these types of problems. But , when I went to checkout the cashier accused me of stealing. I had a 20 oz Dr pepper bottle that I had put water in before I left my house and the man says "is that pop in your bag yours?" So I took it out to show him. I told him if he thought I stole something he could look through my purse, I even started rifling through my purse so he could see everything in it. I turned my pockets inside out. I was perfectly nice about the whole thing. I said "it's ok, I understand, I have a big purse and there is a lot of stuff in it." He never even tried to apologize or anything. So rude

Martha Taylor: This Walgreens has negative reviews and poor customer service because of corporate greed. Hire more staff and pay them a living wage and a lot of issues will be resolved. I see fast food restaurants paying more than what Walgreens is paying their cashiers and pharmacy techs. I overheard a pharm tech say that Walgreens accidentally gave her a dollar raise and then took it back. This location is constantly understaffed and has poor customer service sometimes because it doesn’t pay well. Management can fix this problem.

I've been here twice this week and have been overcharged both times on different products because of things ringing up more expensive than what is shown.As far as food quality goes, it's not great. The produce always looks near spoiled to actually spoiled and the selection is severely lackluster.The food selection overall is limited. If you're looking for basic packaged/processed food they'll probably have it but if you need something specific, don't count on finding it here.Clientele and shopping atmosphere is hit-or-miss. Sometimes it feels somewhat sketchy in there so I try not to linger for longer than absolutely necessary.I guess this store works if you need something basic in a pinch but it's not where I'd recommend doing your grocery routine at.Update 4/10/23: they closed up shop a whole half hour early for no discernable reason. I swear this place is run by lazy clowns.

beth moore: Best ULTA in the Metro!
Asia E.: My daughter made an online appointment to get her eyebrows waxed. Upon our arrival we were told there was noone available to perform the service. Then the lady backtracked and said there was someone there to perform the service. 🤦🏽♀️ We sat down and waited, and waited, and waited without anyone saying anything. Finally, a lady came over and apologized and walked us up to the brow bar. She then began to look very flustered and walked away saying she'd be back. When she returned she told us she didn't have the proper supplies to perform the service. This was a HUGE disappointment and waste of our time. Needless, to say although the cosmetologist was very nice when she did come to get my daughter 25 - 30 minutes after her appointment time, we definitely will NOT be returning.
Emily Granger: Exceptional range of cosmetics and beauty supplies at this store, but the staff are what make this branch 5-star. I recently visited Ulta Beauty and had the absolute pleasure of receiving assistance from Claire. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for her exceptional service and expert advice. She went above and beyond to help me pick out new makeup.Claire's warm and welcoming demeanor instantly put me at ease. I'm not a fan of stores like this and usually feel overwhelmed and pressured into buying makeup I ultimately regret purchasing. She took the time to listen attentively to my preferences, concerns, and desired look, showing genuine interest in helping me find the perfect products. Her extensive knowledge of makeup brands, shades, and application techniques was truly impressive. She made sure I understood how to achieve the desired results and even provided some handy tips and tricks. I left the store feeling confident and equipped with newfound knowledge about makeup that I didn't have before.

C Rod Allen: We pay for the Walmart+. This is the second time our grocery delivery was delivered to the wrong house. Their answering machine to report this is frustrating. My husband had to tell the machine twice. Answering service says we need to wait 48 hrs to report lost. Even though the photo of their delivery is not even in front of our house. This is the second time they’ve done this. We are not in a rural area. We don’t have vicious dogs or a fence. We’re on a major street. Very easy to track on GPS. I don’t understand how they can miss my house twice. You need to do better. This was a large order that is lost due to driver incompetence. If this happens a lot, I would suggest adding a confirmation feature to their delivery that we sign off on it or get a text to confirm everything went fine. Needless to say we won’t be using Walmart+ anymore.

I said I'm sorry but I can't reach them from position..He did finally load the bags in the cart but with great resentment- and these young people wonder why jobs are going away and why people perfer self check out...So they don't have to deal with rudeness, attitude and lack of customer service from the employees
Carol Quiroz: This location NEVER has enough cashiers and hardly ever has any of its quick check out lanes open for people buying just a few items. This is an ongoing problem with this location and I must say that at least 4 out of the last 5 times I have gone here to grab a few things I needed I have ended up leaving my cart setting and walked out due to not having time to stand in line for 20 min just to purchase 5 or 6 items. The manager at this location needs to be removed from his or her position and someone with some customer service experience hired to replace them asap!!!! I personally will not be going back here again!

Terry Tucker: On the 3rd of June an order of more than 400.00 was placed - requesting an expedited delivery charge. The order was first being shopped by Justin, with least than 30 items, a second shopper Evans started the whole order over. During which I communicated, with both when there was a need to substitute. One minute I'm notified that the order was on the way, next notification - your order was attempted to be delivered, but I was not available and we will try later. I have had to call three times requesting cancellation. And a full refund. To date no refund. I will have to follow up with my bank on fraud. I am done with walmrt

Sadly for them, we left after 3 hours,with no help, and went to another retailer and purchased what we had tried to buy at walmart.
