Adriana Miranda: I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I am very disappointed on the service I received today.I had a return, it had been a couple weeks over the 30 day new policy and the associate told me that because of the time the items were not returnable, I asked to speak to a manager, when she showed up, (Chika is her name), she did not introduced herself and simply said "The items are not returnable because is been more than 30 days", she turned around and offer help to somebody else and left me there, didn't look at me or wait for a response, like I was invisible, I had to go around where she was to ask for the store manager's name, she said the name is "bolgena" I asked her to please write down for me, she said "We are not allowed to do that", I grabbed a piece of paper and asked her to spell the name for me, she said "The name is bolgena". and turned around to help the other customer, I was about to loose it so I left and went to another counter to get the store manager's name. Julie at the jewelry counter was amazing, she could tell I was upset and offer to help, she stated they can do a one time exception on the new policy and she did the return for me. Thank you Julie!I want to say, the main reason why I am so upset is not because I could not return the items, it is because how I was treated by CHIKA. She should not be in a manager position if she is unable to show respect for customers, needles to say, to provide customer service.
Jessica Collins: Been going to this Macy's since it opened in 1979 and so happy it is still open! I miss the old indoor Mall days but when I visit this Macy's it brings back great memories! Parking is way sufficient, and the clerks I interacted with were very helpful and friendly! I will continue to hang out at this Macy's, it is convenient and usually has what I am looking for!

Roger Schieber: Friendly & professional staff have helped me size the watches I buy from their online store. Visited two years ago and again in April 2023. Both times, the store was very clean and organized.Unfortunately, they are not properly staffed at times. Made a special trip on 4/30 to get a Fossil watch band resized and nobody could help me. And yes, I bought it from Macy's.

What a shame because the sales staff was excellent, the clothes were all beautiful in the racks, so was the shoe and the cosmetic department. I really hope this store doesn't end up in the chopping block!

Leah Lambart: The store is still pretty nice if a little outdated. We stopped on a Saturday evening and it was almost empty. They had all kinds of internet returns that were marked down. They also had lots of sale items marked down quite a bit. They have very nice products and it was well laid out. They still have furniture and mattress upstairs as well. Nice to try the purple mattress in person.
Shannon Meyer: This store used to be awesome, now it's just another dying department store. The floor inventory is less than half of what it used to be. Still very clean, but the bare shelves and displays, low selection in anything but the junior department (WHY?). The older shoppers like myself, that have been diehard Macy's patrons for 40+ years have little selection to choose from.

Ryan Minnick: Memory is the most caring and professional representative at this Dillards. All the staff is exceptional however. I was helped a month or so ago by Memory and I meant to share my experience then. I was again reminded of how awesome Memory was as I witnessed her go over and beyond for another customer as I was waiting in line. I’ve always had great customer service at this Dillards in Zona Rosa. I just wanted to give her a shout out so she knows her efforts are appreciated. Oh and give that Lady a raise.

She first helped me a year ago with finding a great suit for an event, where she was enthusiastic, intelligent with her recommendations, and was so genuine that I left in a better mood.As I finished holiday shopping one year later (now), she helped me check out my items. She immediately remembered me and the conversations we had a year prior. She shows true kindness and compassion, and is a great employee that I am happy to return to.

Teal Hoover (Remmy): I went to this location with a friend to return a bra she had bought but did not fit, they told her that she could not return it even though she had the tags and the receipt in the bad with the item and she had only tried it on once in there store. The entire time we were there the lady that was helping us was giving me some not so nice looks. We had called another location to see if we could return it there and they said that it would be no problem to return it the way it is.
Selene Allison: Went to go return a bra because i didn't like how it felt. And they told me they couldn't return it due to sanitary reasons and the tags weren't on it. But the tags recipient and bra were all in the bag. And they let me try it on in the dressing room. Along with other ones. Which the reason I wanted to return it is because of the fact that I grabbed the wrong one that day.

He said he didn't know what I was talking about, because Mom was the one who picked them out and wrapped them from him... Lol so we decided to go shop for Christmas gifts for ourselves, from him.. I found mines ! Fun day. I love how this perfume looks, so cute and little different ones. But can't use them till I unwrap it on Christmas ❄️

Carmen Kerr: Here visiting from Bakersfield, Ca. I saw my mother today at a skilled nursing facility in North Kansas City. I decided to stop at Dillard's in Zona Rosa. Looking for some shoes, I noticed three sales clerks in the shoe depart while in the store. I thought 1 out of 3 would have asked me if I needed assistance. So I waited for 20 mins, still no service. Finally, I asked for a store manager Jeff Russell. The only thing he did was apologize. Can you imagine how this makes me feel? Dillards at ZR!!!! like I wasn't good enough to ask if I needed service. Being a VIP credit card holder!!!. I will being emailing corporate about this matter. Dillard's in Zona Rosa you missed a $425.00 sale!!! Thank you Overland Park Dillards for you hospitality!!!!!! Your service was on point!!!!!

Marilyn Solsky: This is the second time I have had a bad experience with a return at this store. The first time was several years ago; I had not worn the item, but there was a powder transfer from trying it on and the sales clerk would not accept the item for return. I took it to the Overland Park store and returned it without a problem.Today I had a horrible experience in the store. There were only a few people in the store, but the people ahead of me had a huge order. The clerk, who was new, was doing his absolute best. He deferred a couple of time to his store manager who was only aligning shoes on a shelf; one time he asked her if an employee who was no longer working there could still use her employee discount. The manager came over, engaged the person in conversation, as if she were an old friend, saw that I was waiting and went back to rearranging shoes. The second time she came over I asked if she could help me, but she waited long enough that the kind clerk was finally able to help me. I was incensed by her lack of customer service and after thinking about it, decided I would return the item right then. Because I called her out on her poor customer service she said I had disrespected her, she refused to take back the item and said she would call security. I am not sure she was the one who was disrespected. I admire H and M for trying to recycle clothing, but not enough to tolerate poor customer service or nonresponsive managers.
Tasanee Dumas: will not be coming here & I am a plaza resident.Was talked down by a cashier & manager (associate number:556647) tonight after paying $100 cash.. shopping with my boyfriend.I got some pink shoes for my birthday dinner, we had our dog with us so I had to help my boyfriend with his wallet so I was the main one in this transaction handling money.I gave him the $100 bill with a $38.83 total, he gives me back $21. He then calls the manager to open the drawer and says “wrong change.” , she walks away. (i do not understand why she did not handle the transaction after this point as a retail manager).After she walks away, he tries giving me back $40 and a $1 bill is all I had after he took the $20 from me. I told him, no this is incorrect.My boyfriend steps in, mind you he is deaf so sound is not apparent to him. Tells him he doesnt trust him with the money, please get the manager.The manager steps in and goes “are we yelling?.” I go “no one is yelling.”, her response “please don’t yell at my sales associates.” , mind you- no one was yelling & my boyfriend is deaf holding a dog.I then explain to her what happened, she interrupted me to say “let me talk to my sales associate first.” which then that associate tried to say he gave me the money ($61 which I never got) and then tries to play it like we were trying to get more money when we never got the correct change to begin with.We left with the correct change and a sad place it my heart because I will no longer be shopping here as a plaza resident.I would give 0 stars if I could, this used to be the best place to shop since I was younger. Now it’s gone down hill, need new managers who assist & employees who know how to count accurately + have customer service.

I tried it on, it didn’t fit, I returned it within the 30 day timeframe and they told me it looked worn so they wouldn’t accept it. *I had folded them because I knew I would be returning them. They don’t have changing rooms, so if I can’t try something on in store, and they won’t accept the return, then I don’t know what I’m expected to do. I liked H&M before, but I will have to find another store. Even though I’m sure they don’t care.

DJ Crockett: I got stopped at self check out and asked how many items I had I said only 12 and it looks like more cuz it's a small pile of clothes I wanted to buy and then I scanned all of my items very carefully making sure to only do one at a time and the supervisor of that self check out area was literally standing right next to me and saw everything. Then made me go thru my receipt one by one and made me late for my appt. Also made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Not coming back!

But I was so hungry on impulse I opened and indulged just to find my funds had not been applied to my pay card as expected. Terrifyingly and as ashamed as I was I bought what I could, and didn't get thrown out, or in jail so I'm relieved that it ended good. Walmart employees and their grace here is as attractive as their prices and products placement. It's always clean and stocked and I am just blessed that compassion is also in the forefront with all their wonderful selections during my poor judgement in consumer relations. AT THIS LOCATION!

We had to ask customer service for directions for the items we were looking for and they were helpful but we could not try them on properly their dressing rooms are closed and the checkouts were rather slow so be patients. Matthew Green: I got followed around by employees because they thought I might steal something because my hat was backwards, I was wearing black, and I wear an earring. It's too bad you can't rate a place zero stars because that's what Burlington would be. Their employees profile and it's clear and they do it in your face and I can't stand it anymore so I won't be going there ever again.

Tamara Smith-Hinchey: went to the Kansas City Store at Country Club Plaza with my biracial daughter. The staff was very disrespectful and staring at her, and following her through the store. They were whispering and looking at her with disgust. My daughter brought it to my attention and I looked up at the ladies. They both stared at me rudely and I looked back with a questioning look. They again looked at my 21 year old with disdain. I loudly stated. “ I guess they do not need our money in here Olivia!” I said this while looking straight at them. We walked to the door and as we were exiting someone asked if they could help us. I replied, “no”. This happened today at approximately 125pm to 130pm. It is very unfortunate to experience this kind of micro-aggression and to be made to feel less than, in one of my most favorite stores that I enjoy. Unfortunately, I was not able to try on the dresses I was eyeing because of racism.Horrible, disappointing experience.

I did a lot of catalog ordering back then so this the first time I ever went into their store...wasn't impressed at... I wanted something in a loafer and They had nothing... How weird is that. They had some shorts and pants out front of the cash register and I couldn't tell if they were women's or men's clothing... What does that say.. And the dark colored ladies pants that were in the women's section looked men's... Ulgy looking... I love their leather loafers without the tassel.. I get it.. Its summer time...but still they didn't even have summer loafers... This store has changed a lot from back in the day when I ordered from their catalog... I wasn't impressed with one thing I saw in there.. Which is sad because I use to absolutely love their clothes...not so much now😭

The lady that choose to not say anything greeted the woman that came in after me. This irritates me because I work in the plaza part time at Sur La Table and I make sure I greet everyone even if I'm with someone. Saying "Hi" goes a long way. I dont like to go places I'm not wanted. HUGE coaching opportunity.

I called this store and a customer service rep told me she could walk it out to me, when they do not provide curb side pick up. When I arrived, she met me and it took less then a minute! Made this visit so easy! Thank you!
Chelsey B: Not as big of a selection in store as I remembered. Sold out of the things I wanted or didn't have what I wanted at all. Disappointed in the limited selection of all kinds of merchandise. Also, need a bigger variety of sizes in your lady garments, sleepwear, and other clothing. I would buy more if you had bigger sizes and more variety. As with all other things, I noticed the prices were higher than my last visit.

Karen Fernandez: I use to like shopping at kohls until my latest shopping experience was extremely unsafe. Customer service will NOT be able to provide the safety measures that is needed at kohls due to too many policies that kohls has. A security officer at the actual store would make a good deterrent for a safer environment. Be aware of your surroundings when shopping.

Marie Pascal: I actually like this Target. I can usually find what I'm looking for and there's usually not a terribly long line to check out. The parking lot is absolutely terrifying though and I avoid this Target just because of the parking lot.
CMGeek: Fast check out. Friendly cashier and floor staff help me look for an item. Unfortunately this Target didn't sell it like the others. Clean store and lots of parking.

Jake Phillips: Visited whilst staying in KC from the UK. First time visiting America and I was looking forward to going to a Target, but weirdly, I was underwhelmed. From the UK, Target is always known to having loads of exclusives for vinyl records, funko pops etc, but I couldn't find many. Some areas were slightly messy too. On the bright side, I found Oatmeal Creme Pies, which I fell in love with whilst visiting! 3.5☆

Ted Anderson: 1 "personed" checkout open at 4:30 in the afternoon. 2 people in "returns" where there are no customers. 19 people waiting for the self-checkouts. So I wait in the one manned checkout stand and get to the front and the checker says, "I'm closed" shuts off her light and walks away. I just left my cart full of stuff there because I think Target wants to keep it more than they want to sell it.

Palmtrees Sunshine: Had a great experience today at the Target at Ward Parkway, 8509 Stateline Road. The CVS pharmacist went above and be on to help me find a product that I needed for my little kids. He made my trip there seamless.
Everett John Graves-Swinney: I went in after 5:30pm and there were only two teenagers in the electronics dept trying to get people to change mobile services (without knowledge of when the promotion ended). They didn't know where or when the electronics person would be back. I tried to call the department with no one answering the phone for 30 minutes. I then tried to call guest services with similar results. I guess don't try to buy anything in the cases after 5:30!

Michael Schilling: Everyone in Kansas City is so nice, but the employees here are extremely rude. My wife, kids and I came here for a mini vacation and went shopping during our down time. When my wife needed another size dress, the dressing room attendant told us that they don’t do that there and we can get it ourselves. We brushed it off as we thought maybe she was just having a bad day. And then when leaving, holding a pile of things we were going to buy, a different employee told us we needed to walk back down to get the dress that didn’t fit, so they wouldn’t have to. They were so rude and sarcastic for absolutely no reason and, last I checked, h&m isn’t paying us to do their job. Needless to say, we dropped the rest of the pile too and walked out. Terrible customer service. Do better, H&M.
