Amanda Phillips: My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary here. We sat at the chef's counter, which was a fun and unique experience. All the staff members were extremely friendly and attentive. I was hesitant to order the rolls because it almost seemed like it would be a waste of a course. But, I changed my mind as soon as I tasted the carrot dip. It was so tasty. My husband and I each had our favorite dishes, but there wasn't anything that wasn't delicious. valeria callier: idk where to start w how bad this place was. the torta which i got w pork was the worst one i have ever had and ive been eating tortas since i was a kid. it was so disappointing because when i opened it it looked like it would be good. carnitas already have so much flavor idk how they managed to make it into a tasteless mush. the refried beans also had potential but it seems someone forgot to add salt. stingy w the toppings and for whatever reason there was queso on it. idk if thats what they do instead of regular cheese, but honestly its the only thing w flavor. i cant emphasize how bad this was. couldnt even swallow it. had to spit it out and gagged. also on doordash for the agua fresca the daily flavor it advertised was jamaica. instead i got a lime which wouldve been fine if it wasnt drowning in sugar. couldnt even enjoy the tangyness of the fresh lime. the only thing that was good were the fries but its those pre seasoned orange ones that are delicious wherever theyre sold so at least they managed to not mess that up.despite this i might try this again because i like to give places the benefit of the doubt. maybe it was a bad day, maybe the carnitas is simply not their specialty, maybe a scorned employee ruined everything. idk, but ill try it again and get something different in hopes its actually not this terrible, because they advertise themselves as authentic mexican food. so idk how the mexicans in there managed to mess it up considering the main issue was everything lacked salt at the very least. (maybe just find a different way to cook the carnitas, or if the review i saw about ur food being bagged and u just throw everything into the microwave is true perhaps get a different distributor)hopefully my experience is different if i dine in instead of doordash because i see outstanding reviews from everyone else (and the main reason i even ordered) but maybe white people really just enjoy bland food.ive never gone in on a review before or even bothered making one and just went about my day when food was barely average but this was just so bad it legitimately ruined my day.

Chile Relleno burrito was tasty with great stuffing and flavorful burrito sauce. Love the different salsa. We couldn’t decide on which one so the owner gave us three to try2. 5-stars on the customer service. Not much interaction for most guests as you order at the counter and the pick up at the counter. Since we are early we had a chance to practice our Spanish with the staff and they shared more about themselves which made the connection to Str-eatz all the more personal.It’s a fun little place with great música mexicana. Adam Straub: I rarely post reviews and I had very high hopes for this place given all the 5 star reviews. My wife and I both ordered the classic burrito, she ordered steak and I ordered chicken. I arrived a bit early to pick up our food to be welcomed with watching our food be heated up in a microwave. Watched rice come out of the microwave first in a plastic bag and then once it was all prepared in the tortilla I watched it be placed again in the microwave. I'm sorry but I don't think of quality authentic Mexican food coming from being prepared in a microwave. The food still tasted decent but I'll never be visiting again.

I have had a full range of items from salads that were plentiful in freshness, variety, and ingredients to the roasted chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and moist and dripping with goodness, so many robust flavors! The Pad Thai was great when I was sick and on a gluten free diet, again, full of flavor and ingredients! I have had numerous deliveries over the last several years. Each driver was patient, courteous, pleasant, and on time!!

A S: Easy to miss driving but worth making the trip in. Limited menu but very good options. Highly recommend the pork chop which I wouldn't normally order but glad it was recommended to me. On the spicy side but was asked ahead of time with warning and they were right. The apps are okay but I'll skip next time.I'll have this on my short list to bring visitors for something off the beaten path.

Melissa Davis: This restaurant was stellar! The service was impeccable every step of the way. Every item we ordered was next level. We started with the crispy farm egg and then the spring ravioli. Both were excellent. I had the KC strip for my main course and it did not disappoint. It was served with the best carrots I've ever had and I'm typically indifferent about carrots. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
