Lloyd Jasper: We ended up changing our plans and going here instead of the Cheesecake Factory (the wait just to put your name in for a table was 20+ min). We were NOT disappointed at all. We got right in with no wait. The service was top notch and the food was amazing. At the end of the evening we spent about 1/2 of what we would have and left extremely satisfied. Just know, they do not serve alcohol so if you want a drink stop at one of the many bars and pubs before you get there!

Cynthia: We visited Miranda's after seeing their highly rated reviews, as we were unfamiliar with the area. They did not disappoint! The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the customer service was top notch. The food truck is stationed in an industrial park and is easy to locate. Jake Barnes: You pull up and there are signs saying you have to call your order in. There is a menu, but no prices. If you go to their website, you will find their menu with prices. But it is not correct. You will be surprised when the food comes out and it costs a lot more than what their website says it will cost. When the woman brought my food out to my car, all she said was, "$14.56." No "Hi," no "Welcome," just "Pay me what you owe." I paid, and without a word she turned and walked back into the store. No "thank you," no, "Have a nice day." So if you can handle some rudeness and being charged more than the menu says, it is a great burger.
Kyle Gebhart: Disappointing.Was hoping for fast, hearty, local dive food and instead got sloppy, tasteless, sup par cafeteria food.Pulled up to drive thru - waitress hollared it wasn't open.Saw prices I liked, a patron there recommended burger and chili cheese fries.Prices were reasonable for quick service food.Ordered double cheeseburger and chili cheese fries.Chatted with a friendly local retired drag queen while I waited.Food came out quick.Fries were undercooked, barely any cheese at all, dry, crumbly chili. Chili flavor was fine, but slightly under seasoned.Was still hopeful for burger. Yuck. Unseasoned, thin, grey, patties with no sear at all.So much mustard, stale bun about 1/3 bigger than meat patties.Steer clear unless you are drunk or otherwise impaired and this is the only hot food you can stumble into.

Paige Sato: Don’t recommend this place at all. I’ve been curious about it because I love fresh healthy food. This food wasn’t fresh at all. The customer service was fine. The tuna definitely came from a can lol. Everything tasted like it was from a can. Way too pricey for the low quality.
Kai-Amani Walker: Last time I came I enjoyed a bowl that had some delicious sweet plantains and wanted to give this place another go. This time it was disheartening the poor customer service. Thankfully, customer service is very important to me I've worked in retail for about 8 years and NO MATTER WHAT I engage with the customers that enter the store no matter what they look like or what ethnicity they are. Especially if they are staring at the menu, smiling, hoping for assistance or some sort of greeting, SOMETHING. But as soon as I walked away to look for my partner whom was going to indulge as well I finally get some engagement from the young lady working in which she says "Well thanks for stopping by!" After looking at the reviews others have had good experiences with customer service it just so happens that I do not look like them. I just wanted the owner to be informed. Will gift 3 stars instead of 1 because I understand running a small business is tough, thank you for providing a healthy place for others to enjoy!
Tery Lockitski: This is not fast food ($12 large salad) but it's a super healthy alternative to the other food venues at this market. It's worth it given the quality ingredients and variety of choices. If you watch your macros and nutrition, this is a great alternative to ice cream, BBQ, bakeries, and all the fried foods. I highly recommend the cilantro dressing on any of their themed salads.

I don’t know if the chicken has a vinegar or citrus marinade, but most times I’ve had a bowl, the tang is a little overwhelming. However, I like sour flavors less than most people.
Victor: Meal is overpriced and sparse. Ordered islander wrap and it was over 70% lettuce, my partner had a similar problem of the Indian bowl being mostly rice, wet from sauce with very little diversity in the dish. Both dishes were served with either an incorrect or missing ingredient, which really takes the wind out of a choose-your-style menu. The meal was rushed out- the server forgot to take the pager, which was given to us even though the wait was less than three minutes. Over $40 for an unfilling meal, and they played Africa by Toto on loop for the entire duration of our visit. Second worst in the market only to Chicken Please.

Tim: Chef Baldee (Chuck) is a ridiculous and hilarious man. He always makes my day brighter when I call and pick up a pizza. I tell everyone I know about the saga of Chef Baldee and his quest for world pizza domination. There is no chance there is better pizza in KC. The dough and sauce is homemade that's how you know he's OG. You gotta call chef and try it.

Normally don't leave tons of reviews, but the experience was outstanding and I had to say something.The sauce was the highlight for me, excellent flavor with a hint of sweetness. Honestly one of the best sauces I've ever had on a Pizza. Crust was flavorful, and cheese was not excessively greasy. I don't normally like New York style pizza that much, but this was very well made.Chef Baldee was incredibly friendly, had my order ready exactly when he said it would be done, and I loved the artwork on my pizza box. Clearly someone who is passionate about his business and loves what he does. Give him a try, wish I lived a bit closer!
Kevin Hutcheson: This place is a little off the beaten path but Chef Baldee makes some excellent pizza. You can eat there if you don't mind sitting at the outdoor table and watching the trains go by. I'm glad I finally made it out there, as this was an excellent pizza. In my opinion, the pizza here is some of the best you'll find in KC, which makes the fact it comes out of a truck even more impressive.The homemade sourdough crust is great, giving a great mix of firmness and lightness to what is otherwise a pretty heavy pizza with all the toppings and cheese. The sauce, also homemade, is on a different level; it's sweet and has some nice tang that compliments everything else on the pie.What would I change to make it perfect? Not much. A little less cheese, a little more sauce, but I'm really picking nits.If you're looking for some great pizza from a passionate and self-described Pizza Geek, give it a shot. You won't be disappointed!

Vidas P: Don't like leaving negative review, especially for a small business, but that is one way to improve. We had Nr.2, Nr.4, plus Coxinha and Risole. To start, everything was overcooked, Nr2 beef was overcooked to a point that beef was pretty much just a beef jerky. Nr.4 Chicken was so salty it was inedible. Both Coxinha and Risole were fried too long as well. Risole menu description says: filled with ham and cheese. Inside was ground beef and peppers, beef like chicken in Nr.4 had too much salt. Overall, for someone who has been in Brazil and enjoyed their cuisine this was a complete disappointment. Hopefully, this is just our experience, otherwise they have work to do.
