Jayme Harwood: I placed an online order never having heard of this company before. I was super skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I received my order! I am in love with this shirt! I'm a huge fan of the vintage/retro style clothing. Its one a one of a kind Arkansas Razorback ringer shirt. The only issue I did have was the print chipped after washing one time. I no longer see it on the website and I'm not one to send things back usually. I am hoping that it just adds to the character and vintage feel of the shirt. Still one of my absolute favorite shirts! Would 100% order again and would love to visit the store one day!
Victoria: I called in advance to put a shirt on hold. It was ready for me, and I was surprised they were willing to hold an in demand shirt. Employee at store was so helpful, put a movie on for my daughter, checked sizes for me.She even messaged the crown center store, which I had no idea about, and held another shirt there for me. Next day that shirt was ready for me.I placed an online order and received that stuff in 2 days. I love this store, and I love what they do for local causes.

Tyler Doehring: Great shop that combines vintage design with comfortable and quality materials. The fits and styles are thoughtful and encapsulate the spirit of Kansas City (the iconic Kansas City heart logo being their signature design). A great stop, especially on the plaza. The staff here are also delightful.
Crystal Blin: Love the designs hate the customer service. 18 days after I placed the order I was informed that one of the three shirts in my order was no longer available. They offered to give me a refund or replace it with a different shirt. I opted for the refund and asked them to ship the other two shirts. After another 6 days passed they refunded the shirt and are finally shipping the two in stock shirts. It has been 24 days and I still don't have my shirts in hand.
McKenna Grace: Fun stuff, but pretty expensive. Especially $30 for a baby onesie that can only be enjoyed for a short time.
Doug Roudybush: Shirts are very soft and comfortable to wear. Sizing is a different story. I ordered a large, but it is the same size as an XL. My advice is to order a size down.
Allison Carey: My boyfriend ordered me a shirt on Aug. 19th (KState shirt) that still has not been shipped (Aug 31). When he reached out to customer support with questions they completely disregarded his questions and said the order is getting ready to be shipped and they would keep him notified. The football season starts in 3 days and this the item from the college roadshow collection was ordered to wear to the games. So disappointed in the service and lack of communication. You would think they would be a little faster and more considerate considering it is $47 for a single t-shirt.

We literally had THE BEST time (like so much fun)--not to mention how we walked away with a several tops, 2 pairs of NEUW denim (we weren't even there for jeans but so happy to find these--and they offered to tailor them fit my husband perfectly), and swim trunks. Carina Devera: If you have a stroller or handicap this place does not comply with regulations. I visited the store two days ago, and on the first level the elevator does not work. My partner had to carry the stroller done the first set of stairs. Second level elevator does work. But I can’t imagine someone who was in a wheelchair being able to shop due to this issue. Please fix it, the neglect is not a good look on the store .

Laura Fromm: I received a gift over the holidays that came in a different color than advertised. I returned it, marking that I would like a gift card in return. I was planning to simply rebuy the comforter in a different color. Urban received the package and never processed the return, so I called a few weeks later and they noticed this error and said it would process, then Urban mistakenly returned it in the form of credit to the original purchaser. This was a gift to me, so now the person who gifted it awkwardly contacted me asking why it was returned. I called urban outfitters back and they said they would not give me a gift card as they cannot reverse this payment. Seeing as the error is on them I would’ve expected better customer service and that they would still either resend the original item or give me a gift card. if I’ve ever had an error with another company they have always made it right… figure I would share this experience as if I would’ve known I would’ve selected an item from a different store. It’s been frustrating to say the least

Asia: Is this location closing or something? I came in to look for a jewellery dish which you'd usually find on the lower level...that level was dang near empty! Some of their items had dust on them as if they'd been sitting for awhile. I know the pandemic might've played a part in the place looking like it did but I think it's time for some new merchandise. Not to mention, there were no associates around to help.
Kathy Nguyen: I think it’s important to have the dressing rooms available anytime you go into a clothing store. Understandably with COVID-19 I can understand why some clothing stores do have their dressing rooms closed however the urban outfitters website specifically says that the dressing rooms are open. This is my second time wasting 40 minutes to drive to urban outfitters only for them to tell me that their dressing rooms are closed. I tried to call ahead, probably 20 times, with no response before driving there. To my surprise the sales associate told me that the dressing rooms are closed today because they didn’t have enough people working. She also proceeded to tell me that the phones weren’t answered because they were on their lunch break. Oh for 2 hours??? Ok. Maybe have a social media account that posts whether certain services are open or not. Sales associate was lazy and in empathetic. The only positive thing I have to say about this store is that Kelsey is a good worker.

Upgraded me on two of the shirts for my inconvenience and let me keep the shirt they sent by mistake. I will absolutely be shopping here again. Great customer service in my eyes.

Johnathan Chisam: MADE MOBB teamed up with the biggest sports apparel company on the planet. They couldn't produce enough of the product they sell. Then they told me to take it up with Fanatics. Who was selling MADE MOBB's apparel. They then told me that they were a "small shop" and the sweatshirt was sold out. This was 12 days after I spent close to $100 on a sweatshirt. BE CAREFUL THIS SMALL SHOP MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PRODUCE THE PRODUCT THEY SELL. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEN YOU WILL FIND OUT AT A LATER DATE THAT THEY CAN'T FULFILL THE ORDER PLACED. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Queens Corner: Huge store , went here for a model casting ..didn't really get a chance to shop or look around but it was a pretty cool looking space with dope art on the building outside. Parking is OK either you can park in the parking lot on the side of the building or across the street. You will have to cross the street which there could be traffic so be careful. But if you are in Kansas , I would suggest making a stop here for some kc gear.PS. I didn't take any pictures only Snapchat video but when I am in the area again I will post the building and cool art and parking situation. Stay tuned ....

In response I asked them if they wanted a list of all the pairs and sizes to help ease negotiations. They immediately responded advising that they do not pay market prices IE Stockx. This was a surprising response given at the time they did not have any idea what products I had available. I am not one to knock prices, it’s your business and you should be able to charge whatever you like. Be that as it may, I was surprised with the above response given the fact that they regularly charge 50% above market value for their products. So In conclusion they get two stars for responding quickly however if you are looking to sell I would advise going elsewhere. Their response indicates they were going to drag me in there and low ball me on already exorbitant local pricing without even knowing a lot of my asking prices were under market. Keep this review in mind if you consider selling to them.*** Response from the owner very unhelpful/unprofessional. Concerns were not addressed I never requested a quote for the products without coming in. They never quoted me a price but indicated they pay below market value and never requested a list sheet of products which is industry standard. Keep in mind these are the type of people you will deal with coming here. I hope this review helps someone out there.

Kelly Hovermale: I was so skeptical of this store because I’ve been looking for a particular shirt for YEARS for my mother who gave up a banned t- shirt in the 1990’s when she got pregnant with me. So recently while searching good ole google I found the shirt my mother couldn’t for nearly 26 years. I’ve never heard of this company and figured that my $300 was going to be towards a photo of the shirt. Instead, I got the shirt super quick and was exactly as pictured! My mother is going to freak for Christmas when she sees this shirt and I couldn’t be anymore thankful. As soon as I bought the shirt it went right off their website and their Etsy account. 10/10 would highly recommend.
