Hugh Jaynus: First time at this location, I’ll go to Independence or Legends instead. Was the only customer in the store, I walk in and 4 associates are at the register just looking at their phones, never said a word to me. That part didn’t bother me, but when I go to pay, all 4 looked at me, no words still, before Diego very reluctantly steps up to help. It was strange to say the least.Selection was good, a little unorganized but I’ll chalk that up to having to find sudden room for all the super bowl champs gear.

Paulina Perea: Derrick an employee there was called to assist with a purchase I was making with a gift card and he told us he could not run it without us calling to find out the balance, said that we could go to “walmart” and use it (when it said it was for rally house) and when I said: it does not make sense. He responded with a very negative attitude making sure everyone heard him including other customers: yes it does make sense. Very poor customer service, very bad shadow and no help. We left empty handed. We have used that same card with no problems at the downtown location.

Truly appreciate her great customer service.▪︎The counter area had alot of extra merchandise on the them. Just makes the customer feel over crowded.▪︎They do have a nice selection of KC Chiefs Shirts, Hoodies and Jackets. Even have selection for plus sizes. And every kind of cup or glass you want with KC Chiefs logo on it.▪︎But sadly no Chiefs soup bowl, been looking for one for my husband for over one year.▪︎This story was very neat & organized.But it was just missing something, couldn't quite put my finger on it. Just didn't seem inviting, and AS for prices. I am sorry, I was in sticker shock. I know to expect to spent money for jersey.▪︎But there were no "Sales" going on. Especially for right after Xmas, for folks to get a little something extra for themselves.▪︎Got lucky and was even able to get a parking spot out front.▪︎No Handicap parking to be seen, anywhere.

Rather than simply saying that this store was out of what we wanted, the young man who worked there went and search the inventory of other stores and suggested the best way to get them since we were on a tight schedule for graduation. Love Rally House! Always quality merch, too.

I understand you need one in a store but why when i go in theres one, anyone can go in but somehow i go and im being watched, or felt like i was being watched.I left the first time it happened today to see if "I" was the problem and i came back half an hour later,and there was nobody but workers there. But get this im in here for 5 minutes no less and they alraedy call security. At this point i think they thought wrong of me, i was wearing pijamas and loose tee, not to mention im also brown. I honestly loved shopping here ehen i was little but now i kinda dont want to be near there. Along with that to what i think the manager with the beard whisperd to security and pointed/ looked at me while doing so. I useually come here to buy swaeters because nowhere else sells the ones i like, but after today i dont want to go ever again, the uneasiness of being watched while shopping sucks. Like ive said ive always shopped at the plaza but today was diffrent forshure.

When I returned seeking a refund for the difference, I was told they “must have forgot to mark the tag up”…well you forgot for the whole store then as every item I touched had an unaltered price tag.My refund was issued on a gift card, even tho less than 5 mins from the original transaction occurred, I had the receipt and card used to purchase. I will be calling corporate as I do not want a rally house gift card, I want my money refunded.Do not buy merch here, they’re adding $15 on at the register. If you notice, they just refund it on a gift card.You’re better off buying from the pop ups at the gas stations.

Other places did not have it in stock. Rally House filled the order faster than estimated given on line. Location of the store is so easy to get to. I parked, walked a few doors down, received immediate service,and was on my way. The store is packed with all the sports swag you can think of. You will love shopping there.

Jeff J: As if they didn't try hard enough to get your email, now they won't even print out a receipt for you or give you money back on returns unless you sign up. Plus everything is $10 more expensive here. Save your money and skip Rally House.

Sidney Gallagher: 3 entrances and only one functioning at all times. 1 not working at all and then another working on a time schedule with only small notes on the door stating it’s either not working or won’t be operating until this time which it was over 2 hours past time it said. Very inconvenient if you parked on that side. Went to shoe department and 6 teenagers standing around checking their personal cells instead of helping customers. I had to physically track someone down to get a shoe size. Very frustrating when the store has decent traffic coming and going and I have my young kids with me and I have to track down someone to help when there is 6 just standing around.

Melissa Diperi: The shoe selection is a step above. We just love this place. There is always a staff member looking to help you!

Joshua Johnson: Do NOT come to this location for Chiefs players signing events. The staff that runs these events will let anyone cut in line and let people sit and wait in their cars and come back to their spots while people actually wait and suffer in line. If you can’t wait in your spot for hours then don’t come. People were trying to sell wristbands to people waiting in line that they found in the trash from prior events.

I did a lot of catalog ordering back then so this the first time I ever went into their store...wasn't impressed at... I wanted something in a loafer and They had nothing... How weird is that. They had some shorts and pants out front of the cash register and I couldn't tell if they were women's or men's clothing... What does that say.. And the dark colored ladies pants that were in the women's section looked men's... Ulgy looking... I love their leather loafers without the tassel.. I get it.. Its summer time...but still they didn't even have summer loafers... This store has changed a lot from back in the day when I ordered from their catalog... I wasn't impressed with one thing I saw in there.. Which is sad because I use to absolutely love their clothes...not so much now😭

The lady that choose to not say anything greeted the woman that came in after me. This irritates me because I work in the plaza part time at Sur La Table and I make sure I greet everyone even if I'm with someone. Saying "Hi" goes a long way. I dont like to go places I'm not wanted. HUGE coaching opportunity.

Scott Aitken: I called ahead to reserve a Travis Kelce away jersey size medium yesterday. It was the last one in every single rally house location in all of Kansas City, MO. They reserved it for me, and took my name down. Next day, I went into the store, and they told me they sold it to a lady minutes ago because it was not marked for being reserved. They then called the person working yesterday who reserved it for me, and she confirmed that she had reserved it for me. They asked me if I would be willing to go a size up for the jersey, a size that would not fit me, or take a 20 percent discount on a different store item. That is not the purpose of calling ahead to reserve something and having it confirmed to be reserved for you. I'm not from the area, so this was time wasted on my trip. Driving a half hour to pick up something you clear as day reserved, to then have to pay for parking at union station, and to come up empty is a very disappointing customer experience and I would not recommend anyone to come to this Rally House location. A 20 percent discount on something you don't want is not enough to overcome this frustrating experience or even the expenses paid. A different rally house location, where I reserved a hoodie had no problem with keeping their promise and holding the item.
