Small section on clearance but few sizes to choose from. Many converse shoe styles you will not find at other retailers.

E W: Horrible customer service. The worker seemed more interested in the conversation on her phone than assisting me purchase a pair of shoes. I asked for one in my size, and while this seemed to disrupt her important conversation on her phone she did go check. However after returning with the information that my size was not available that employee disappeared to avoid being disturbed while on her phone. I intended on purchasing several pairs of shoes and had also placed cleaner supplies on the counter. The customer service is probably the worst on the plaza. I'd highly recommend going to a different location.

Cheryl Baker: Too expensive for my taste and didn't find much I liked.
Liza cartwright: I wanted to just leave a complaint about the business practice of famous footwear. If you make a purchase online don't bet on the merchandise being there when you come pick it up. It is their company policy to put orders that haven't been picked up in 7 days back on the floor and refund. I received no email notification of this. Also, to find your order they can do nothing with your confirmation order #. So when they put your merch back the district manager Chris and the assistant manager Haylee told me they could do nothing to find my order or if it had been refunded. I Spent 25 min waiting for myhusband to go through credit card accounts looking for refund. Didn't love the laziness of the staff and lack of problem solving. Example: when I asked if the shoes where still available Haylee just pointed and said they were towards the back of the store. Maybe if you see the customer is losing her mind, walk the 5 yards to bring her the shoes. Don't make her look all over for a shoe she has already purchased online for convenience. All and all it was my 1st and last dealing with this store and took my business somewhere else.

Thao Nguyen: BAD SERVICE! The store had promised a lucrative incentive - a $15 reward for every $200 spent - and had requested me to sign up with my phone number. I had expressed my concern about the authenticity of the offer and had asked for a membership evidence. However, the store simply assured me that providing my phone number was enough. The following day, when I returned to make more purchases, I were dismayed to find out that the store had reneged on their promise, claiming that I had not signed up for membership and therefore, were ineligible for the $15 reward.

Dale Vanek: The bogo deal with 50% off second pair is a joke. Basically if you read the fine fine it excludes ALL major brands. It is so confusing, you don't know what qualifications you need till at the register. Every person I saw at the register did not qualify. One employee said to the other "you going to run a register too so you can get a bunch of complains as well?" So they know it is confusing as well. Gimmick to get you in the door.
Chris Olsen: Most confusing bogo offer in the world. Nothing qualifies with the other after 45 minutes of swapping shoes I gave up.

Michael Swim: Should be NEGATIVE 5 STARS....Went here to buy shoes as I have a couple of other times. Found the shoes I wanted went up to cashier to pay ,I didn't know that there was a special direction to go to the cashier. I did not see a do not enter sign so was standing by the cashier waiting for her to finish checking out someone thinking I was next when I saw a woman with several shoe boxes on the opposite side from me so I let her go next and more people were going around that way. The cashier saw me standing there looked my way several times and never bothered to tell me that I was in the wrong place until she had finished with that lady and another lady from that side went up to the cashier so I asked when she was going to check me out since I had been standing there at least 10 minutes or more. That was when she informed me that I should not have come that way because there was a DO NOT ENTER sign which I never saw. So I left without buying the shoes and will NEVER EVER go back there again and plan on telling everyone to do the same.

LULWAH ALDARWEESH: They wouldn’t let us in and the store wasn’t even closed it was supposed to be closed in 16 mins. They were rude and had bad attitude and they kept telling us behind the the door there is no shoe sizes available although i told them i want to look at different shoes they still didn’t let us in.This happened in Friday August 26, 2022
