Todd Marckx: We used Profile Cabinets when we finished our basement. They were able to match our original cabinets where others were not. They did not make the original cabinets. They had many options, i.e. crown, glass doors/shelves, drawer sliders, and shelf sliders. The cabinets were good quality and reasonably priced. We bought about 9' of base cabinets and 5' of upper cabinets. The only issue was the space for the refrigerator. The base cabinets were slightly too large, but they worked with us and fixed the issue. If/when we need additional cabinets, we would certainly work with them again.
Dan Michalek: Working with Profile Cabinet was one of the easiest parts of our kitchen remodel. Steve helped us through the entire process and was responsive whenever we had questions. He kept the project within our budget and delivered a beautiful quartz top for our new island. The craftmanship on the base cabinet is top notch. The delivery and installation teams handled themselves professionally. We have been enjoying the finished product for a few months now and everything is as solid as the day it was delivered. We would certainly recommend them.

Will K.: I was very pleased with the design process and the designer. They did a great job translating my ideas into a good design.However, I would not recommend Profile due to the installation process. The installer was not easy to work with or very effective. Specifically, only one person showed up to install my cabinets. He was unable to move them into place on his own, so he needed me to assist him. I did not appreciate being asked to help him do that, nor do I think it is my responsibility. However, he said he'd have to come back another day with someone else if I didn't help him. Also, he was unwilling to work with the electrician I had also scheduled to be there during the install. He sent the electrician away saying he wasn't needed. Literally less than thirty minutes later, the installer realized he did indeed need the electrician. I then had to call the electrician and beg him to come back, which thankfully he was able to do. The installer though threatened to leave for another job since he had to wait for the electrician to come back. It was just a complete mess.The final product is not as nice as I had hoped due to the install process. There are gaps between the floating shelves and the rest of the unit, the cabinet doors are slightly crooked, and the finish around the counter top isn't very clean. I contacted the company before I wrote this review, but their response was basically, "what do you want us to do about it?"Like I said, I would not recommend.

He has helped me get extra of those “bumpers” for doors and drawers because I couldn’t find them and clients had several that had come off! And as nice and eager to please as can be!Paul was involved with a delivery that was a “tuffy”! It included having to go up steps on a hill, through a gate in a fence, through the yard avoiding all kinds of plants, up to a deck and through a sliding door! What a trip! It was a lot of cabinets and trips and it was hard work! He took it all in stride and was even cheerful….no grumbling on his part! What a trooper!These are the stand outs! Dakota Smith: Drivers are dangerous on the road. Today while driving with my almost one year old child, a truck was turning into the lane next to me at a high speed and nearly toppled over. If I hadnt slown down it could've landed on my car and we both would be dead. They then stopped in the middle of the road for me to pass them and they cut across two lanes.i looked back and the 3 guys in the cab were just laughing about it. Does not give off a very professional vibe. Train your drivers or get better trained ones. Almost causing a serious accident is not a laughing matter.

Matthew O'Callaghan: Questionable quality and no support for taking care of issues when they arise post installation. Ordered bathroom cabinets at the recommendation of our contractor. The paint and finish flaked , peeled off in less then a year. Had to fight with them to come and fix problems. Their excuse was that's what happens to bathroom cabinets, after a one time fix, company refused to warranty work any further. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY PROJECTS.

Shamrock was recommended by our contractor who has worked with them on several occasions. Our project manager at Shamrock, Bill, was really great to work with and provided valuable insight; you could tell that he has designed a cabinet or two in his time! The process for getting blueprints was fast and painless and we were able to ask questions and tweak the design very easily via face-to-face meetings. Installation was also extremely smooth, which was unquestionably a direct result of the talented personnel that Shamrock has; uppers, lowers, and crown molding were flawless. The cabinet build feel is substantial, hardware is high-end, and there was no expense spared on drawer slides/hinges. The product Shamrock delivers is truly what you want for the most-used room in your home and we look forward to enjoying it for several years. We recommend Shamrock highly.
Susan Daniel: We bought kitchen cabinets with mitered corners. When the cabinets were installed we noticed that some of the miters were coming apart. A Shamrock employee came out and looked at the problem and told us that they had a batch of bad glue and that they were having to replace most of the cabinets that were done around the same time that ours were built. He took the faulty doors back to his company to have them replaced. The next day we received a phone call and were told that the problem with the miters coming apart was due to the humidity in the air, not the bad glue, and that we would need to pay $350 for them to repair and paint them. After spending thousands of dollars on cabinets that come with a warranty, it’s unacceptable to have to pay to fix an obvious construction issue.

Colleen Henderson: Kleweno was fantastic! We had some challenges with supply chain but we understood this was no fault of theirs and they were gracious and patient throughout. They took a very small, dated kitchen in our condo and gave us a huge, functional, beautiful kitchen with a huge laundry/pantry space. Their task was to “hide” a large cement support pole and they accomplished this beautifully. We also had a lot of wasted space and that space became the pantry. Their ideas were brilliant. We throughly enjoyed the design process and could not be happier. The design team, Randy and Genevieve, gave us numerous drawing options to choose from. Their artistic thought processes and thoroughness were AMAZING! Once we made our design selection, the process to review final professional drawings and ordering of cabinets was methodical and easy. We had zero unexpected surprises in our journey. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. Nick is Kleweno's cabinet installer by choice and he is FANTASTIC! He is a perfectionist and a master craftsman. He only installs cabinets. The price we paid for our super quality Crystal cabinets were more than you'd pay at home improvement stores or many other cabinet makers, but well worth it. The fit/finish/hardware/construction are first rate! How Kleweno finishes under their cabinetry above the counter top is rare. The integrated lighting and how the bottom is finished is A+ quality. Mary Pettman: We wanted to start from scratch with our downstairs bathroom: New walls, vanity unit, water-saving toilet, and add a shower. We frequently passed "Ovation", a business offering what we sought. We contacted Matt, the owner, and met him in his showroom. He came to look at the space, took notes, and measured. A week later, he called to say he had some thoughts about how we might proceed. He was most tactful, listened, asked and answered questions. Our sense of confidence in him grew. At a later meeting, we chose styles, finishes, etc. These were all costed at our final visit. We had a budget figure that was exceeded. Matt was aware of this and ran through every item trimming where it was possible. We liked the way he compromised. For example, we said we would like to do the painting of the walls and ceiling and he agreed to give us two days to complete this (we bought all the necessary materials). He had a crew of three but we mostly dealt with one of them. He ensured that dust cloths were spread to create a pathway from bathroom to front door. He cleaned up behind him and rarely interrupted our routine.We were more than happy with the new room, especially the addition of the shower. We would strongly recommend "Ovation" to anyone seeking a professional to carry out a project like ours or something more ambitious. The installer had to come out like 6 time to adjust simple fixes, they did not advise we wait to install the cabinets until after flooring was in (now we literally have a tiled in beer fridge), and when i called to voice my complaints Karl (owner) hung up on me.
