Nelle Guts: I used this company's services today and sadly I can't say that I would recommend them to anyone that I know. Overall, I am happy with the work that was performed. Thank you so much Josh! My front door looks so much better. Even though I wouldn't recommend the company, I would recommend the technician's work quality. The reason why I wouldn't recommend them is that I didn't like this interaction and would not want anyone I know to feel as if they were taken advantage of...I feel as if the way my project was handled lacked ethics.It was originally quoted that my project would run from 8am-1pm. Since this is my first time using the company, I assumed that this was just the timeframe the work would be accomplished; not that they were expecting their technician to paint my door and sand 3 small areas of the door for 5 hours. I also didn't expect to be charged for time when the technician was not here. For example, he didn't get to my house until 8:45am but that was considered as on the clock? So making assumptions was my fault. I can admit that and it won't happen again.Anyway I think the company could work on setting proper expectations, especially with new clients. Throwing on a materials charge without even telling me that during the phone consultation seems not right, even if it was an oversight. Then when I called about it and was told that they could remove the materials charge because the extra costs was not much to argue, this makes a person feel like you're saying they're being cheap. It's not only about money but about standing behind what you say and do. You know, integrity.At the end of the day the response given does not negate my original contention: the paint job was dragged out for 5 hours just so you can make a buck on someone that you likely saw as gullible.Service:Exterior painting

Melissa Nash: Derek did great. He showed up right at 8am, worked through our list of odd and end repairs and saved us having to call out multiple specialists for plumbing and electrical work. Very pleased with all of the installs, drywall repair/paint, fixing our plumbing and also our smart home light switches. Best part is we were quoted a full day and he was done several hours early. Ashley Crowley: We hired them to mud and tape our drywall in the kitchen and living room areas. Took 4 days, as only one individual was doing the work. After paying, my husband came home and looked over everything and it was clearly not finished and paint ready as we paid for. We had two drywall specific companies come out and take a look… they agreed it was no where near paint ready. It needed at least two additional coats of mud and all the seams needed to be floated more. You could see the tape, screws and most of the tapered joints that weren’t covered with enough mud. We ended up having a different company come out and redo/finish the drywall and it was a night and day difference. Mr Handyman did offer to send someone else out to finish the unfinished work; however, as paying customers we felt that if they couldn’t complete the job correctly the first time as it should have been, we weren’t going to have them come out a second time and take a chance that our time was wasted again. Jim Hall: I had a closet and pantry done. I was a little disappointed in the final product. It did not go all the way to the ceiling like i thought it would, and It did not come out all the way to front like I thought it was going to. It is short about 10” from going to the ceiling. However this does add a shelf at the top for stuff I don’t use much. So it’s a negative that can be turned into a positive. Over all it is a much nicer closet.The pantry is very nice with adjustable shelves.There were a few minor issues with the installation but nothing that didn’t get resolved quickly.Overall it was worth what I paid for and I do have a closet much more efficient than what I had for sure.Service:Custom closet design installation

Mgt try to get me to pay more for what was already agreed on in the offer and sale. Sales guy was great never spoke with him again. Management didn't care that what me in the salesperson agreed on and picked out was not delivered, panels were installed dirty dusty and presented and then they cleaned it after I asked them to thoroughly clean it. Two stars because it's functional but I feel like I could have got it from Walmart and put it together in my closet.
