Jim Young: JR and his team mitigated water damage from a burst fire sprinkler pipe at our church. They were there shortly after they opened to dry things out. They were very polite and helpful - pulling everything out of the sanctuary to allow for a funeral and our Sunday service, and then setting everything up again. They were also very flexable working around pipe repairs. They only removed one wall and they admitted that they found mold there but refused to do other walls that were even more wet and had insulation in them. Guy Albert: Servepro did an excellent job of cleaning up the damage at our house. The water had ran for about six weeks while no one was home, so the damage was significant. Three employees, Carla, Roxanne and Dustin really did a fantastic job. They had to work in very humid 90% and hot 100+ conditions in full suits. It was not a fun job and while I was around they never complained and were very helpful and very pleasant to be around. They made the experience as positive as it could have been. Kim spent a lot of time with me on the phone and answered all my questions and then came and did a very thorough investigation looking for mold in my home. Fortunately she did not see any signs of it. I appreciate her integrity.
