Diana Lorenz: Ive never left a review before but this is a big deal! I'm not picky or hard to get along with. IF could give them a NEGATIVE 5 I would!!! I've chased this company around since May! Took them forever just to remove the tree that fell on my house. Charged my insurance a crazy amount(almost 10,000) just to remove a tree! Then I had to sign a separate contract to do the roof repair. The guy I was working with either quit or was fired. Suddenly the number I was quoted changed. I contacted my insurance and asked them to check into it. They told my insurance i told them i didn't want them to fix my roof anymore!! I had never said that!! That was the excuse for the change in cost!!? Don't trust these people!
Priority Printing & Marketing: Neighbors house caused water damage to mine. Left work early to meet with Co. rep who said they would take care of issue, spray antimicrobial, clean carpet and stretch back in place to original condition before water saturated carpets. Week later I check back, get the runaround he's talking to adjuster, will call me back, 2-3 weeks later I call again (they never return phone calls) and finally said I had to go back thru insurance company or file a claim with my insurance company. Wouldn't give me the name of the adjuster. Why can't companies just do the right thing. Why do we always have to get lawyers involved and end up paying thousands more . Where are the business ethics. now I'm on perpetual hold with USAA insurance , (said a 7 minute wait and so far its 23 minutes.
svetlana chernetsky: I have very bad experience with Catco company. If I could I will put zero stars for Catco business . One day they was the storm and the tree fell on my house and damage only one room . My insurance company has contract with Catco and insurance company send Catco to fix my house. Catco took 5 months to fix only one room .Catco replace carpet , did ceiling paint the walls replace gutters and did the roof. I can't believe it took them 5 months. My deductible only 2500 and I paid Catco to start working on my house. My insurance company also send 2 checks for Catco. When Catco company was done with my house they have to send final bill to my insurance company and they didn't. Catco company keep harassing me I owe them money . Catco keep sending bills to my house and saying they're going to put a lien on my house if I don't pay them. In the future I will never will do business with Catco company again in my life .They do very bad job and they're very rude . Catco company has very bad customer service. I hope this review is helpful.
Mr. Macky: Pleasant and professional. I unfortunately spilled wine on my laptop and some research indicated that I needed to get I professionally washed due to the corrosive nature of wine. While Catco usually does large scale jobs rather than individual boards, the agreed to wash it anyway. Once washed, the technician indicated some areas did not clean up well and gave me identifying numbers on the motherboard for those areas. I had assumed that I would pay for their services whether the board's function was restored or not. The customer service desk person said that since the cleanup results indicated that the board function may not have been restored and they had no way that they could test it, they would simply return the board to me at no cost......... Gee. I thought that was very generous on their part. I have to say that being unemployed at present, I did not insist on paying. I very much appreciate the work they did for me and can only say that my experience with Catco was great.

justin noland: I tried to use Paul (the owner of the company) to build a dormer window on my roof. When I first called it sounded promising he was really nice and seemed interested, we scheduled a time for him to come and look at it and give me a price. He never showed up and was unresponsive to texts or calls. I was able to get ahold of him the next day and he was really apologetic and said he did want to come and look at the job. We then scheduled a second time for him to come and look and he was a no show again. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. I do not recommend him.

Erin M: We finally messaged them after 40 minutes of waiting past the agreed on time for our bid appointment. He then told us that the appt was supposed to be the following day, however we had the email confirmation from him for the date and time. We then said OK we could do the following day, since he made a mistake (even though we took the day off work specifically for this meeting) because mistakes happen. Then he said he could not make the following day work either and begrudgingly agreed to come out that day.The minute he got out of his truck, his first words were "don't hold your breath, we probably won't take this job, it's too far away." Mind you he has had our address the entire time.He was condescending, incredibly rude, and told us multiple things that simply were not true. If this is the level of professionalism shown on a bid, I can only imagine what they are like once they have the job....definitely do not hire if you have a dog. my poodle (who is a certified canine good citizen and working therapy dog) sniffed his hand he said "get the F*** away from me" and raised his hand like he was going to hit her, and based on his actions I think he would have had we not been present.
Adam Diel: We have used KJ Remodeling twice. First we had a new driveway installed over Winter. The install was completed on time and the driveway looks incredible. We have even had several neighbors stop to tell us how good the driveway looks. KJ Remodeling did such a great job on our driveway, a couple months later, we rehired them to fix our deck, repair exterior siding, and to repair and repaint some interior drywall cracks. Again we were so impressed with KJ Remodeling and it feels like we are living in a new house. Kenny and the KJ Remodeling team were very professional and responsive all the way from the office staff, the crews, and the owner. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any home improvements.
Bill Neely: Professional group of workers that completed the work with friendly conversation, listening and answering my questions. Final product above my expectations. New footing, walls, and floor for garage addition. Highest bid, but, as stated, excellent work. You get what you pay for. Recommend without reservation.
Gregory Roe: We had them do a complete tear out and remodel of our master bathroom. Clint from KJ gave us the most comprehensive estimate with cost breakdowns for all work. All others bidders for the project just gave us a lump sum. Work they did included moving a toilet in the water closet, tearing out the old shower in water closet, removing a too large tub and replacing it with a giant onyx shower, changing the window in shower to glass block, removing popcorn from vaulted ceiling, painting all walls and ceiling, installing heated floor with new tile and completely replacing the vanity and mirrors. Also switched out all hardware down to the doorknobs and installed new outlets and LED mirrors. They stuck to the exact budget proposed and finished a week early. Kept everything completely clean while in the house and always made sure we had access to our walk in closet in the master bath. All work was done with the highest craftsmanship and there was nothing that they needed to come back and fix. Clint was a complete professional throughout the entire process and I can't recommend him and his crew highly enough. We will definitely be using them for future jobs. Thanks KJ!

Three employees, Carla, Roxanne and Dustin really did a fantastic job. They had to work in very humid 90% and hot 100+ conditions in full suits.
