Diggy Nine: 1st time there had to go and check it out. They let us take a free tour to check out everything that was within the store. You can't purchase anything without a membership card. But they definitely give Sam's club a run for their money.

Michelle Stilwell: It was okay. Need to clean up the freezer section. Aisles were cluttered with pallets that stuck out. Rude and uneducated employees.
Chris Ellis: Sams club has changed the way we shop. We used to go to the grocery store once a week. Now we only go there about once every two or three weeks. I would rather spend my time other places anyways and I save tons of money shopping there.

Sarah Grubb: Always great service great prices. When u order on app. The only thing is if you're picking up your order and they have the items but not at that store, then they will ship it to you, and not everything will be delivered at the same time or day. Something that makes it confusing is when u check out, and it shows the items that will be shipped and the day it will arrive. If you click on "Say u have an item that arrives mon, click on "item" and go to shipping info, it will give you a different date of arrival. That's why I give only 4 stars. If they could do something about that confusion, then i would give them 5 stars.

I was Very flustered because of the chaotic work atmosphere and they purposely gave me the wrong cake on mother's day. It's pathetic awful supervisor for bakery please kys

Linda Weidner: 03/01/2023: Scan and Go feature has really been improved. Worked great. Takes a little more time when shopping. But I saved a lot of time by not standing in line or repacking everything with self checkout. We had a fairly large purchase.----------------------------------12/2022: Everything stocked pretty good including toilet paper and paper towels.,..................................Out of toilet paper and paper towels today.

anthony durso: Dear Sam's Club, I would just like to express my frustration with my Sam's Club credit card. I realize it is with synchrony bank and this not being vented at you but indirectly the bank you are dealing with is very disappointing. I have had my credit card in good standing never missed a payment even paid off in past and to receive a letter my credit line was being reduced. I paid my card off today and closed account. I will not being using this card in your store. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service
