They had no record of my order and I was told to call online customer service. Apparently even though my order was placed it didn’t get downloaded so the store could fulfill it. I had to wait on the phone for the customer service representative to place the order again. She could not apply the 10% discount nor my $5 reward. She gave me a case number and told me it would be 3-5 days before the refund would process back to my credit card. What a hassle. I could have shopped in the store in less time. I won’t be online ordering again.

Emily Molitor: My husband and I were out shopping for a couch set or sectional, a dining set, and possibly other furniture pieces to fill out our new home. We had a lovely experience with the sales team as they were friendly and informative but not at all pushy or over bearing. We found a dining set we loved and went through with the purchase. It was quick and easy to get delivery set up. Our delivery was scheduled for a few days out from the purchase date and everything came at once. The delivery staff brought our items upstairs and set everything up for us. They explained how the table worked for getting the leaf in and out and showed us how to adjust the shelves in our sideboard. They were very friendly and had everything in place and set up quickly. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Cameron Craig: Purchased a custom couch from Crowley a little over 10 weeks ago. To begin, we looked over a floor model that had normal drop down table and decided we wanted a couch that has a compartment built in to the drop down table along with a changing station built in as we had seen a twin model with those same features. We discussed if this was a possibility and we’re assured it was.We special ordered the couch thinking we would get the specifications requested but this was not the case. We were quoted 4-8 weeks, 8 weeks being the max wait time. We received our couch 10 weeks after putting in the order. Upon calling them to let them know this isn’t what we order we were basically told too bad you’re stuck with it as all sales are final.Secondly we paid the $100 fee for delivery. When it was delivered our new couch was covered with pet hair and factory debris (wood chips). Which I had to thoroughly clean myself. To which they refunded half the delivery fee or $50 for the trouble. During the conversation with a manager I was asked if we had pets, insinuating that the hair may had come from our own pets within the house. However, the truck had 3 return couches, which I saw when I went to greet the delivery drivers. Both managers I spoke to said that old and new furniture are NOT to be intermingled whatsoever, but I guess in our case that wasn’t followed.Needless to say, be very weary about placing custom orders with Crowley. If you want a specific feature be sure that it is noted and detailed without any room for argument before signing anything. If you don’t you will have to settle with whatever they decide to bring you, correct or not. Then if you get delivery, visually inspect the truck to make sure they don’t have a flea infested disposal intermingled with your new couch before accepting.

Jordyan Bentley: We recently purchased a sofa from Crowley. We decided to do a custom order as we wanted some modifications to the drop down table. Our sofa was delivered yesterday and it was our final straw.First we were estimated two months for this and received no communication on the status until we emailed around the 7th week to see if there was an ETA as we were approaching the two month mark. We received the sofa after 10 weeks of making the order.We requested delivery and when we messaged the sales manager as he was our sales person, he said he would make sure to have it noted that we would like it delivered at 12. We get a call the day before, there are no notes in the system and they wanted to deliver at 9:30AM. They were able to change it, but still no communication.We received the sofa and it was dirty assuming from the truck. Then, our BRAND NEW couch was in the truck with other USED couches. Our couch was not protected with plastic or covering and was exposed to other USED couches that were being disposed of.After looking over the couch, we realized it is not what we had requested to be customized. We requested the drop down table to have a charger port and a compartment along with the cup holders. The charging ports are on the side. Come to find out the sofa we chose did not allow these customized options. We spoke to the sales and store manager and we were basically told there was NOTHING they could do. We just paid for a customized sofa and they didn’t even do what we requested. The sales manager was our sales person and he should have known this particular sofa did not allow certain customizations. They allowed a sale on a product when they knew it couldn’t be customized to what we want.Poor customer service when it is obviously their fault. The only thing they did was refund us half of the $100 delivery fee. Absolutely dissatisfied with their service.

Amy Stafford: We visited Crowley in fall of 2022 to purchase a couch. After receiving it, it just didn't feel quite the same as what we tried in store, so we decided to exchange for a different sofa. Through this process, all the associates (Jace especially) and management were incredibly helpful and reasonable in making the switch. Really appreciate the attention and care they offer compared to other furniture retailers we've used in the past. The new couch has been very comfortable. We did also have a small repair that was needed; and the service associate (Greg) they sent to our home was very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Top notch service all around!

Although there’s no lights in the parking lot, so if you get there at night it doesn’t look very open from outside the mail.The product itself came in good condition and we’re happy with the instructions and the ease of assembly.All that being said, DO NOT CHOOSE DELIVERY. The store handles delivery extremely poorly - ours came 6+ hours outside our scheduled time, and communication that it would be late was nonexistent until already past time. They contract their delivery to someone else, and on our delivery day the driver didn’t show apparently, and instead had a friend deliver for us. Our order was north of $1000, so we didn’t get charged a delivery fee, but if we had been I would be asking for a refund of the fee in a heartbeat.Moral of the story, if you like the product, take it home yourself.

It sells Chinese particle board with a price point that makes dumb people look at something for 5 seconds and impulsivy decide its pretty... Basically what 75% of this country does now. I went in here possibly interested in working there as a sales rep, as I have done hobby level wood working since i was 12, and 90% of the items I went around and inspected were particle board. It's amazing that businesses can falsely advertisers like this, and nearly everyone buys it. This place should have a 1.8/5 star rating tops. And ya I know i have irrationally high expectations of the world. If they would name this place something that's not a slap in the face lie, I'd probly give it a 3 star rating

Don’t ever go through this place to get furniture if you don’t wanna get ripped off out your own money that could possibly go towards a better place or find better use like paying bills because I am currently having to file a lawsuit against them and the financial place that they are through along with rent A center and by the way my grandmother at 80 years of age wound up with bedbugs because of them and had to get rid of a lot of stuff including stuff that her mother and father passed down to her and shortly after she experienced that with them she passed away from natural causes along with having curvature of the spine on top of that. Will literally lie to your face switching up story to story and they will also try to sweet talk you into buy anything from them even making payments on anything of theirs and than turn around and try to make you believe that they have better deals than any other place that has furniture and trust me it’s not worth any of their time after you guys read this review and hopefully you guys will take heed to I’m saying right now as I write this review as well because due to what they’re doing to me and my soon to be wife we are literally about to wind up homeless because of this place and what they’re currently doing to us behind our backs.

Cayce Palmer: I purchased a Chair and a half, and the matching ottoman 18 months ago. I also paid extra for the "goof proof" guardian plan that they claimed covered any kind of damage. The fabric on the ottomon started to pill a few months after we got the set, now the fabric is separating on the arm of the chair and some of the nail heads have fallen out. On top of that, the "certified foam" in the ottoman is caving in. I contacted Bobs, and their reply was "sorry, we only cover products for 12 months" and that the Guardian plan likely wont cover it because it is a manufacturing issue. So almost $1200 got us a chair and ottoman that need replaced less than two years later. I wouldn't spend a dime here unless you have the money to replace your furniture every two years.
