Clint Bungart: First and foremost... if you don't read any further - Use these guys. Seriously.I have a 20+ year old unit at my house that from time to time goes down, which is always a very stressful situation. Typically, I would try to do the repairs myself, or call some "big box" HVAC company that would reluctantly repair the unit, and preach on how I should get a new unit. Well, needless to say, my unit went down recently, so I searched, and read the reviews online for Iseman and was very impressed. So I called them and explained the situation, which this time, was much more dire than previous breakdowns as I now have a 10 month old son.Garrett and Kenny showed up an hour later. I was nothing short of absolutely impressed. They gave me realistic options on repair vs. replacement, and repaired my unit to, without a doubt, the absolute best it has run in the 9 years I've been using it at my house. They were also very approachable, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation anything but. The service costs were more than fair as well. I will be replacing the unit soon, no doubt, and these guys are the ones I am using to do so. They have my business and recommendation for life. Use them if you're in the area. You will not be disappointed. You'll even get a sweet beer coozy with their logo as a parting gift.
Garrett Sheehan: We first used Iseman Air in 2012 for a new furnace. Did a good job so reached out to them again in 2014 when we moved into a new house. What I remember most about the first visit was that he wouldn't test the AC unit until the outside air temp was high enough to comply with some industry standard. Other companies never mentioned that. In 2017 they put in a complete new system and helped us with energy rebate paperwork. And both Garrett and Kenny get along with our dogs so we can have them perform regular maintenance even if we aren't there. I'd definitely recommend giving them a call if you need help.

Garret and Kenny arrived an hour after I called and determined within Minutes that I had a bad capacitor. 30 min. later and it was running like a champ. Garret and Kenny were very professional and courteous! These are the only guys I trust with my heating and a/c needs!
daphne mcgee: Couldn't be happier with these guys. Instead of trying to sell me a new AC unit when mine went out this summer, they actually REPAIRED it!!! A couple hundred bucks later, my 30 year unit is back in action!! Knowledgeable, nice and very reasonable. Highly recommend them!!!

They were fast, careful, prompt and immaculately clean in the installation process. That was back in early 2016. Since then, we’ve had an amazingly COOL house in the summer and an equally WARM house in the winter. And because the systems are so efficient, we achieve total comfort while our gas and electric bills have gone down. Iseman also has a great routine maintenance program that we love. I highly recommend them!

I suggest shopping else where if you want to be treated like a human being instead of an inconvenience. If I could give zero stars I would! This store brings menards down!
Juice Corozzo: Wonderful service from a gentleman in the tile dept last night.HORRIBLE service day shift.No one would help get fences. Customer service told cart collector guy to help, he told me to hold on he's collecting carts..after 20mins and he's still collecting carts..I decided to return this big order and get my big refund, so I can go to Home Depot where the customers that spend thousands of dollars are more important than a few stray carts.On the other hand, if you don't need staff assistance with anything but checkout, then there is an abundance of carts, thanks to Menards putting shopping carts as a priority.Thank you, Menards. I found the same items at Home Depot for $1,300 cheaper. Without your horrible service, I wouldn't have saved money with a company that knows the customers keep the lights on..not a few shopping carts in the parking lot.

So even if they look up the stock and claim they have plenty of what you need, after you pay and go out back to get it, you'll find out they don't have it. And BEWARE when going back in for a refund because they'll try to refund you for only 1 of the item instead of the 100 you paid for and didn't get.

Expensive one!!! 2 DIFFERENT repair companies and the brand spanking new washing machine still takes ALL DAY to wash one simple load. It’s unbelievable that Menards/Whirlpool refuse to exchange this for something that works! Customer service has been a nightmare with the 2 companies. The one star is only so I could warn you all to do your research carefully because they will not back their washer.

It is cleaner better organized than the other stores as wellI recently did a special order on interior stone and tile and was helped out by the manager. I have also returned a number of items and am impressed with how quickly they process it. Checkouts... again, are done properly and quickly, and call me crazy, almost cheerfully. Hard to imagine, but true. (they seem to have a younger and not so jaded crew)One quirk of the store to just look out for is the guards at the special order and bulk delivery gate entrance are very good at their job. When you exit, it feels like you are getting out on bond from a jail.

Brandon Alexander: Bought kitchen appliances here, and every step of the process was painful and frustrating. We were notified of delivery times and they stood us up repeatedly. We would stay home to accept the delivery and NO ONE showed up or called. Each time, we made multiple attempts to speak with someone at the store only to be endlessly transferred, put on hold, and quite frequently hung up on. It was almost impossible to get in touch with someone willing to help.

I had to drive to the job 20 minutes each way FOUR times on my days off over a three week span. I was told that I would get a little reimbursement for my time and fuel but have been passed around and around when I call to speak with a manager. I would get put on hold until the phone stopped ringing. I will never shop at your lowes again and will tell everyone I can to not shop there as well. Your customer is non existent in store and over the phone.

Brenda Bigelow: Employees are all pretty friendly. I visit here, 1-2 times a month, they go out of their way to see if you need anything and are good about striking up a conversation. Store is pretty well stocked and clean. I have used the online purchasing, and picked up in store and also had the curbside pick up both went smooth and quick.

I'm the type of shopper that comes in and out for a handful of things and always fast..maybe I scared someone? Because the vibes I got were negative and the old lady cashier acted like she didn't want to talk to me I had to tell her I have a membership! and she was still very nasty. Next time I will be more alert and listen in but I never concern myself but the vibes impacted me enough to write all this even though they probably could've been watching a real thief it still made me very uncomfortable!On top of all that fearing the safety of the stock boys that would be ordered by management to act as security if such incident was to actually happen should be reprimanded.
