Rob Gar: Orignial post: Frisbie team did an excellent job of creating a lasting monument to my nephew Anthony! Would highly recommend them again and again!UPDATETotal incompetence!Finally, after 2 weeks of last half-payment ($7K) these guys delivered and set up the headstone. The stone was made correctly and looked great... However after they got their $$ it was like they did NOT care.1) The problem is these guys placed it on the wrong grave (see pic)! Yes that is right! How many years in business and a Rooky mistake like this?2)They didn't bother to confirm with onsite staff at the funeral home/gravesite; they didn't bother to see the temporary marker at the correct grave site.3) Instead, Nathan preferred to blame the mother of the deceased.. like that is always the best solution! :(DO YOURSELF and your loved one a favor and avoid headache/heartache. Go with a reputable monument firm instead.

Greg Kruske: Purchasing a monument is an unfortunate experience, but family-run organizations like Frisbie Monuments lighten the load quite a bit. Attention to detail on their part was overdelivered - period. Between the initial 3 hour design consultation, sending back a base that was deemed 'imperfect' by their standards, and excellent communication, our family would visit them again when the need arises.We visited a few other monument companies before we landed on Frisbie Monuments. They know the value of online reviews, and that's exactly why we chose them - plenty of people before us who have had pleasant experiences.

Telisha Caldwell: Very pleased with their service. Had a headstone designed and they also installed and delivered it to the designated state. Took pictures and placed them online so I could see the final picture. Very respectful team and I recommend them for any personal needs such as headstones, or memorials.
Elaine Baker: We really needed help, it had been 2 yrs and still no headstone on a family members grave. We was deeply saddened. So we pulled into this quaint lil place that was all tidy with a beautiful display of their fine wirks outside. As we walked in the building my husband looked at me and smiled. He told me, that this was the place he had a good feeling about it. A peaceful feeling about it all. As we walked in we was immediately greeted with a warm and welcomeing smile. She listened to our story and sympathized with us and did what we thought was impossible. We found a blessing in disguise! Frisbie Monuments worked with us and got exactly what we wanted. We didn't have a ton of cash, but even that didn't stop that lil family owned business from going the extra mile fir us. It's. Stacey Marie: Such a wonderful find! This is my new favorite place. You could surely find something for EVERYONE! Everything is very tasteful and well organized . It's very clean and not cluttered. I can't wait to do some shopping for more gifts. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Prices were very reasonable for these vintage finds.
Michael Reffett: Always can count on finding unique holiday gifts here every season. Store just has a special feel to it. Since moving to the area in 2017 it has become somewhat of a holiday tradition.
dimples C: It's is apparent that businesses have forgotten what it means to provide customer service. I was in the store for a total of about 15 minutes and was never greeted or even acknowledged. Please note that I was the only customer there. The person working was engaged in a conversation with the security guard the entire time. Let's just say I will not be visiting again.

Brandon Alexander: Bought kitchen appliances here, and every step of the process was painful and frustrating. We were notified of delivery times and they stood us up repeatedly. We would stay home to accept the delivery and NO ONE showed up or called. Each time, we made multiple attempts to speak with someone at the store only to be endlessly transferred, put on hold, and quite frequently hung up on. It was almost impossible to get in touch with someone willing to help.

Kristi S: The employees and managers are so helpful and courteous, even with supply chain issues. They are always ready to help with questions and concerns. The customer service department is great to work with as well as managers.
Joe Oliphant: Terrible experience. I ordered a refrigerator and long story short it took four deliveries before I got one that wasn't dented. I had to drive to the job 20 minutes each way FOUR times on my days off over a three week span. I was told that I would get a little reimbursement for my time and fuel but have been passed around and around when I call to speak with a manager. I would get put on hold until the phone stopped ringing. I will never shop at your lowes again and will tell everyone I can to not shop there as well. Your customer is non existent in store and over the phone.
