Peddlers Bicycle Shop: what do users think?
Bruce Farrand: First of all this shop is a fixture in Independence, so is the man behind the counter. I priced a few different bikes today with no pressure at all. Then spent the next hour just talking about vintage BMX and bicycles in general. The selection has everything you could want.
Nicholas Flanigan: Great service, definitely coming back.
Joe Dangelo: Rick is very knowledgeable, friendly and did great work on our old bikes. A great selection of new ones too. Answered all our questions and no pressure sales.
Jesse Cox: Love this place. Classic LBS with a fun guy who gets you in and out with whatever you need. I will be back.
Joe Smith: Rob was great. Got a new bike and had some issues with a tire and assembly and he had us back and going in an hour.
Lisa Langdon: Rick was super awesome and informative! Great bikes at reasonable price. Absolutely love my new bike! Also invited me on they're sleezy ride 😄 Definitely will go back!
Peggy Willman: Great, funny, friendly owner Rick and staff who care about the customer. This is a quaint shop tucked away in Independence. You can tell these guys love what they do for a living. Found the shop as I researched e-bikes. Reasonable prices for bikes both regular and ebike. Was able to take ebike out for a test ride. I was convinced it was for me! I bought a Gazelle Modeo T9 and absolutely love it. Thanks Rick!
Sarah Carey: Superb shop. The owner had been working on bikes since the 1970s and really knows his business. He fitted my son with his new bike, gave him advice about not loaning it out, always keeping it locked up (even for quick breaks), and how to maintain his bike. Also, there is a year of free adjustments/tune-ups. The service here is fantastic - significantly better than any big box or multi-sport store. Even though the prices may seem high, when my son outgrows this bike, it will have higher resale value since the equipment is the best.
Teresa Janc: I take my bike here every spring for a tune up. Great place!
Kat: Customer service as it should be! This place has quality bikes and supplies to go w it. Price is just the same as bikes I found for sale on the internet. Service by an expert in the business, that stands behind his products he sells. When buying a bike here, there are complimentary adjustments made to the bike for up to a year when brought in. Impeccable service!
Chris: The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Dan-O The Mad Scientist: This is a great local shop! The owner is super cool and very knowledgeable! He has an awesome selection of bikes and gear...also repairs and adjustments! Support local!!!
Al Sample: Excellent service!
Becca Boo: They were very friendly and knew exactly what I needed
Mark Willis: Great local bike shop! Rick is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He is reasonably priced and does quality work. Highly recommend Peddlers for all your biking needs and service. They also sponsor a weekly ride around Independence!
Tony Singer: I had major brake failure while visiting family. I called and dropped my bike off on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday all fixed up. Reasonable prices and very friendly service. He even invited me to join them for their weekly ride.
Jennifer LaNier: Fixed my bike quickly and cheap. Thank you!
Linda OBrien: Had my tubes and tires replaced. Wonderful and friendly service!
Jared V: I was in the market for either a good cleaning and maintenance for my old bike or pulling the trigger on a brand-new bike replacement. Rick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his products and answered all of my multitude of questions. I ended up buying a new one after considering cost of fixing up my old bike and I couldn't be happier with my new Trek and the service from Rick. I definitely recommend Peddler's for all your bike needs.
Brooke Peer: Very nice service. I had some minor issues with my brakes and he helped me out (no charge) and I checked out some prices while I was there. Very reasonable prices.
Peter Rodriguez: I like the owner there He's very honest with you a sense of humor he's also got very reasonable prices whatever it may be.

The Bicycle Shack, LLC: what do users think?
Hailey L: What an amazing group of people working here! We brought in our very non fancy little girl's bike and we're still given the celebrity treatment without them batting an eye. Needed a kickstand and they build them custom to size and install right there. Tuned the bike up and everything for her! Thanks!
Judy Taylor: Jason and Jody are wonderful!Great service in all ways!❤️
Mike Chichuk: Needed some tools. They had them available and ready to purchase.
Phil Pugh: Jason did an amazing job. This beauty needed the wheels built and the brake cable added and adjusted. It came out GREAT A+ Shop right here.
MackWoodLee: Just Bought A Bike From Bicycle Shack, Very Friendly, Professional, Helpful, and Amazing People. They Put My Old Bike Seat On The New Bike Quick and Easy. RECCOMENDED!
D Thomas: Good guys, helped me out with my ebike for free. Tried to help me get the part under warrenty.
Danny Collins: Jason and Jody are so wonderful. They were so helpful, knowledgable, and kind. I got my new bike yesterday after renting a bike over the weekend. I couldn't be happier with my experienceThank you Jason and Jody for taking such good care of me, spending time with me, and teaching me!I look forward to being a lifelong customer.
Carol Burt: Googled bike shops in Lee’s Summit and chose this one. They are so nice and fantastic service. Will definitely be coming back when I need bike service in the future!
Sara VanDeCreek: What a wonderful experience today! We were looking for a bike for our son. Some friends recommended The Bicycle Shack, and I am glad we listened. So helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!
William Kennedy: Jason and the crew are always the best. Thank you for all the advice and bike maintenance lessons.
Jason Ommen: Want to give a big thanks to Jason at the Bike Shack! Super nice guy, was cramping up the last couple of laps on a century ride for bright Lights For Charlie and didn't think I was going to be able to finish. Went in and he recommended a electrolyte made locallyin Mo. and offered me a cookie and said this would get me through and it did. Couldn't have made it without his help. Support these guys because they are awesome! Thank you Jason!
Dr. Alex: Nice people and had what I needed.
Gerald Kutz: Rented a great Fuji gravel bike for a 6'2" friend for a KATY trail weekend at a great price...choice of pedals included. My bike had several loose spokes that they adjusted quickly on the spot.
Vaughn L: I walked in there with a lot of questions. The team there was awesome, very patient and I walked out with a new bike.
Tom Mahoney: We have two electric mountain bikes. When visiting from California and were having issues with our bikes, the folks here were absolutely fantastic!
Jim Bellamy: Very nice people. Jason took the time to advise me on marketing suggestions on 2 bikes we want to sell. I would definitely itely start here if I need to buy in the future.
Luke Guittar: 10 out of 10 recommend!Walked in needing immediate attention and the shop got to work!Thank you very much!!
Crazy John Brooks: The owner is SUPER kind and knowledgeable..! He was so fast to understand and solve the probs I was having with my mountain bike. I will remember this place forever. So cool to support Family-owned businesses! Kudos!
WR: Excellent. A recent search for a bike for my kiddo led me to BS. The staff was great. Due to various factors, we actually ended up finding the best bike for our specific needs at a different store. Inventories are pretty hit or miss these days, post COVID. But BS was so good, I felt they deserved a shout out anyway. My goal is to find a way to spend some money at Bicycle Shack over the summer out of gratitude for how we were treated despite not getting a new bike here. I think a couple of our bikes might need service, and I'll be coming to BS to kind of pay them back so to speak.
Nathan Roberts: Hands down the best customer experince I've had at a bike shop. The owners were very friendly and knowlegable on the ins and outs of bikes, local trails, and gear. The prices were good and comparable to what I seen at other shops and online retailers. I'm 6'5'' so I was suprised that they had xlarge sized hybrid bikes which are a great fit for me. This is now my go-to bike shop.PS: I never write reviews but I feel like anyone looking for a bike in Lee's Summit/South KC should definitely visit this shop.
Austin Althaber: I absolutely love the service here.In 2021 Jason fixed a wheel for me that another bike shop in LS messed up, and did so incredibly quickly.Just last week I took the bike in for rear brake pad replacement and a bleed, and Jason gave the entire bike a tune up (chain care, checked the tires, tightened my aerobars and even the bottle cages that rattled), changed the pads, bled the lines, and it cost me $25. They go above and beyond in their service and genuinely love their craft. I've had nothing but great experiences here.

Bike Stop Bicycle Store: what do users think?
Aaron WALKER: AMAZING SERVICE, have stopped in a few time for some purchase and just to shop around, always friendly staff, even if you have no idea about bikes, they are there to help with any question. Great prices. Loyal customer for life.
Thomas Yeoman: Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have a great inventory of bicycle related items, parts and gear.
William Mort: Love this store. Bought my bike a year ago and will buy more from them again. Extremely knowledgeable & friendly. Came in today shopping for some advice. Very helpful.
Custom Connections Stewart: These guys are always friendly and great. Wednesday night I called them at 4:45 about getting a new chain put on my mountain bike, they told to bring it up and would have it ready the next day. So I drove up there and they changed it immediately, allowing me to be back on jacomo mountain bike trail by 5:40. Service just doesn't get any better they are awesome.P.s.They are always willing to talk about cool bike trails and experiences around the city to.
Candie Sinnott: I didn't catch the ladies name who sold me my Specialized Women's Comfort Step In Bike, but she was great. She helped me pick the bike of my choice along with the color I wanted.I just gave birth to a baby girl who has since passed on, and the color I chose was to represent my baby girl. That way when I go ride, she will always be with me! Thank y'all!
T Borden: How do they stay in business. Bought a tool from and it broke the first time used and my new chain made useless in the process. Got a "sorry" we don't replace tools. Neither did they replace chain. Had to purchase another chain and another tool. Really poor didn't even offer a discount for "my" problem. Will never be back.
clarence morrissey: Just purchased our 4th bike from this business. Customer service at it's best, quality products!!
Derek Johnson: The only place to get a bike in KC.
Ashton West: A friendly reminder of what customer service is in 2022. Thanks for all your help guys.
matt crowe: Friendly and very helpful. Very knowledgeable.
Ross Bryson: These guys are awesome! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and they step right up to help you out.
Michael Hiebert: This is a great bike store. My wife found herself a st bike. Thank you for service
Remy Turpin: This is by far the best bike shop in the Kansas City area, they have the best prices and the staff knows anything and everything you want to ask them!
Scott Goodman: I have now purchased three bikes from the Bike Stop in Blue Springs and it has always been a great experience. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. When I have needed repairs, they take the time to listen, answer my questions, and talk trails. They seem to be as excited about my riding as I am! Go see them today!!
KH Lim: Great service. The guys treat people right from the moment you step in the store. Prices aren't bad either.
evan bateman: Great service. Fella stayed late to build the bike. Picked it up Saturday night after closing time.
Jon Dilley: The Bike Stop in Blue Springs isn't your average LBS (local bike shop). Every single Bike Stop team member I've interacted with has gone beyond being just "happy to help" and takes personal responsibility for my bicycle-related happiness. Whether I am just randomly shopping after a trail ride or coming in with specific questions about their large selection of available products, I have always felt understood; I know that I am getting individual advice, not a sales pitch. We have all been to shops that cater to a specific kind of rider: the roadie, the commuter, the trail boss, but at Bike Stop Blue Springs, they fluently speak the language of every customer that comes in because they listen to the person and their needs. I have been a customer since 2009 and am happy that I can still count on Ryan, Chris, Renee, and the rest of the Bike Stop Blue Springs crew.
Hannah Noel: I’m so impressed by the quality of people at both this location and the one in LS. They went so above and beyond for me by staying after hours and even driving a part from LS to Blue Springs so that I could have my shoes assembled and ride that day. Highly highly highly recommend.
Rafael Escobar: Gr8 place, well stocked and friendly helpful people
Matthew Sexter: After searching high and low for a Medium mountain bike, this store miraculously had one! Ryan talked to me on the phone and it was honestly a breath of fresh air to hear someone is still passionate about bicycles during this shortage. Highly recommend this store!
Kyle Elliott: Awesome customer service!!!!!

Waldo Bikes: what do users think?
Garrett Spruiel: Terrible over the phone customer service, shop isn’t open so it’s the only way to communicate. Older guy sticking to his old ways of maintenance.
C: Dave is eccentric, knows the history of the brands of bicycles in the world. He is efficient, offers good prices, excellent repair turnaround and bike tune ups. No upselling or unnecessary repairs. Because of Covid and Covid variants, his business model is changed to appointment only. This information is posted on the back door entrance. Call ahead for an appointment for repairs. No new bikes are for sale presently.
Joshua Concannon: Poor customer service
Diogo Roldão: Great guy. He know his stuffs. He is there for many decades. One of the few remaining small owner-ran bike stores in town
Jordan Wilson: Was looking to buy a bike from a local business, but the guy just standing behind the counter, didn't seem to keen on selling to me let alone even coming in to look at a bike [yes I had a mask for building entry]. I guess it's just easier going to a big chain store like Walmart or Target 🤷🏿‍♀️
Waleed Mubark: Very bad store, it's closed and shows it's open. Very bad avey bad.
C Allen: Dave is awesome. Experience and honesty. Prices are good, too.
Ellen S: We found this place on line and hoped to find a couple of used bikes. We went last week to check them out, only to find a sign on the door saying they were not doing in store shopping, only repairs. I understand why, but a statement on their website would have been nice which is why I'm posting this here, as I know bikes are a hot commodity right now.
Cooper Brown: Friendly, fast, affordable service
Ming Zhong: I took my $1500 scott MTB in this location 2 years ago for tune up, I rode bike first time last week since it was tuned up, then I found my front brake didn't work at all, I suddenly recalled that he said hydraulic fluid leaking a lot during tune up, I was wondering why... this is why, not quite experienced service, it was cheap through, only cost me $40, then this is what I got... If you got an expensive MTB like I do, use certified dealership for tune up.
Bob C: Closed to public. By appointment only. So it was a wasted trip
Dan Quarles: Extremely fair pricing and quality service. All other bike places were 30-45 days out for a tune up. Dave was able to get my bike in the shop that day. Very affordable tune up and he even diagnosed my shifting issue (busted front derailleur), and held onto my bike until I ordered and received a new one that Dave suggested. He could have ordered it and charged a markup, but he didn't. Dave then included the derailleur installation as a part of a tune up with no extra charge. I had my bike tuned up with a new derailleur in less than 10 total days, for 50% of what it would have costed elsewhere in KC. I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else.
Jeff Shipman: No water bottles that double as kickstands
Boz Morrow: In and out with a fix.
Adam Blinn: Terrible customer service. If you're not a bike expert, I don't recommend going here.
Susan Shank: Stopped by Waldo Bikes today to purchase a set of foot pedal cages for my husband's bike. The young guy working there was very helpful, explained all my options, and in the end offered me a pair of used foot straps that worked perfectly. It was a GREAT experience from a local business that's trying to make improvements in customer service and deserves a chance.
Cheryl Burbach: They are always so helpful and never make me feel bad for my lack of knowledge. Great service. My daughter wants me to emphasize that they are kind. Lol
Angela Shae: The owner was so nice to myself and my 11 year old son when we took our bike in for repair. I wouldn't go anyplace else. He tells it like it is and does great quick work! Some people don't like his straight forwardness but that's what was so endearing to us.
Laura Howard: Dave (the owner) is a super nice guy and has been in business in Waldo forever. I got good service, good tune-ups, good rates and a good chat with him. I'm happy to patronize this shop because it's locally owned and old-school. He's there because he wants to be there and will give you a fair price and honest service.
Angela Mary: Got a nice fitting helmet for a decent price.
Joe Hendrickson: I have been doing business with Dave for over 20 years. He always treats me fair and services my bikes as needed. His employees are always friendly and helpful.

Biscari Brothers Bicycles: what do users think?
Jonathan Dale: We were looking for my wife's first bike since middle school since both of our children now ride. We first went to another store in town and the gentleman's waivering confidence didn't comfort my unsure wife. We walked into Biscari Brothers and within the first minute they had earned our trust. Very knowledgeable and took the time to walk her through the purchase in a manor that was kind and instilled confidence that she was making the right decisions. They have earned our business.

Bonita McCorkle: The amazing reviews I had read about this bike shop were exactly on point!!😁😁I could not have been happier from the phone call prior to my visit to the visit and work and price. Dave is REAL!! Straight up!! I’m a talker and he listened!! Lol!! That, alone, is quite an accomplishment!!😁😁His knowledge and expertise was quite commendable! Ooh, and he quoted me 100$ which I had planned on, he only charged me 50$!!! Now we all know that doesn’t happen like that in these days!!😁😀God Bless u Dave and crew!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!❤️
Ron Steele: Best bicycle shop around, great service.
Robert Kleinmeyer: Bought a bike for both my son and myself, very friendly and helpful
Luis Angel Banuelos De La Vega: My first time there, I did not finish explaining the failure when he gave me the diagnosis, time to repair it (next day) and the cost (fair),definitely the place I will go to from now on, for any thing related with my bike, thank you!
steve st john: I took a bike up to biscari brothers bike shop in liberty I know nothing about bikes I described my problem Dave finished my sentence telling why it did it and he fixed it on the spot when I need a new bike that’s where I’m going! Thanks Dave for fixing my bike and being so kind!
marvin clay: Just bought a new bike from them they were knowledgeable and provided good customer service. If you are in the market for a good bike I would highly recommend them.
Jim Galetti: Best bike shop anywhere!
Jon Blanck: Always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.Great selection. Staff is patient with beginners and very helpful to place the right bike for their customers.
Adam Elliott: Dave was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful when my fiance and I were in the market for new bicycles. We were able to get just what we needed, and he showed us how to mount our bike rack to our car as well. Would recommend him and his shop to anyone looking for a bike or bike accessories!
Ryan guy: Great shop! I purchased three bikes from there and had a great experience. They’re very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Good guys to work with. I will definitely be back in the future for all my cycling needs
Zach Curtis: Quick, convenient, and honest work.
Aaron Potter: Had a damaged tire and went into the shop just after opening. Was on a time crunch but asked if it could be taken care of quickly. Said it would be ready in 30 minutes! 25 minutes later, it was! Amazing service.
D Thomas: Bismari Bro-Liberty location changed my biking experience! They adjusted my handles and my seat to make my ride so much more enjoyable. THIS is a great bike shop!
Dane Hammer: I've been several times this year. I really appreciate how they'll take time to answer all my questions and educate me. They were able to get my wheel repaired in 24 hours earlier. Good guys that do good work.
Jay Myers: I was very impressed with the knowledge of Bob the owner!! He knows his bicycles and was very polite. We bought a Trex bike with several accessories. They're a full service dealer. Thanks for all you do.
Charles Molnar: Been dealing with bike shops in KC for over 20 years these guys are the best and wouldn't go anywhere else... Was looking to buy a new mtn bike and they had one for me in days not months like some shops were taking thanks again Biscari Bros..
Bill Quasa: Bob, and Dave are hands down the best bicycle mechanics in Kansas City. If you need a new bike, or need to get an old one back on the road or trail these guys can make it happen.

Pace Bicycle Haven: what do users think?
H Smith: Mark Pace truly has a Bicycle Heaven.I bought a TridentTrikes Spike 380 Tadpole style Recumbent from him. He'd custom laced the Enviolo hub on a better than stock wheel. He put an Efneo GTRO Gearbox in for the crankset replacement. With no derailleurs, I have a chain line with single cogs on the front and back. No thrown chains, cross chaining or jammed gears etc, it's all internal gearing. My selection of shifting methods was seen to, ring twist on the Envolio 380 and click buttons on the Efneo. Crank length as I prefer it at 170 mm.All in all, he took the excellent entry level Tadpole and made me a wonderful starter Trike. Even with the customizations, I have quality at a much lower price than some other brands would cost.Three cheers for Pace Bicycle Heaven.
Mike Groves: There are places that sell bikes, repair bike and maintain bikes. With Mark, he brings to the table a knowledge and understanding that only with experience and challenging convention. He has the ability to see possibility and improvements were others would say it can't be done. For all my projects, Mark is only person that I trust regarding can it be done questions or would it be possible.
Karen Rodriguez: Coolest people around!!!
Keri Shoff: Took my bike in for some new tires and a tune up. Again received the best friendly service. Also learned more about different kinds of bikes. Just a great place and a great guy. Thank you!
Geoffrey Jay: Very helpful and will work with you on what you need.
Mac Chastain: Great custom bicycle shop. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Dale Vits: Mark (the owner) is very knowledgeable about bicycles of all types vintage and current trends and an expert bicycle mechanic. Prices are very fair and service is very friendly. The best home town bicycle shop in Independence Missouri just off the square.
Ron Harmon: Mark really knows his stuff. He can see what needs to be done and with precision make the bike even better than it was new. He is always looking for how to improve your riding experience. He is responsive, always takes the time to talk with you and I feel reasonably priced for the value he provides. He also has some amazing bikes he buys and then enhances.
Jesse Hart: AWESOME people and AWESOME store! Highly recommend!
Ian Hardin: Mark is an absolute genius. ZERO bike shop "attitude,"Just a desire to solve problems and get you riding!
Travis Ethridge: Awesome Bicycle Shop with some neat classic bikes and things I've never seen. Mark, the owner was super friendly, knowledgeable, and had a story for just about anything bike related. Do call before going because, as Mark stated, his hours of operation are "sketchy". Loved the vibe and feel of shop, Thanks Mark!
justin jones: Super friendly owner, quality work.
Robert James: Enjoyed the owner thoroughly
Kyle P.: Phenomenal place to do business, Mark was very knowledgeable & professional. Superb transaction!
Angela Rouviere: Great service!
Bob Olwig: Great service! Thanks Mark!
Mike and Karen Wright: Mark is a mechanical genius and can perform any bike repair, build any custom bike or set of wheels. He's the best mechanic in Kansas City by far.

Midwest Cyclery, LLC: what do users think?
Jeremy Zwillenberg: This shop just gets it. Kind, informative, polite, you can't ask for better...thank you for not being condescending or elitist. Whether it's Patrick or Trent, it's just a nice place to shop!
Austin: This is a very welcoming and friendly place if you're just getting into cycling. My partner and I did some research initially on bikes, but nothing beats going to the experts and getting that human interaction and recommendation.Christina and the team were all very helpful in every aspect of the purchasing experience, from sizing, test rides, and expertise. We're more than pleased (ended up buying two Kona Dew's) and will DEFINITELY be back for our monthly tune-up (included for free)!
Todd Altizer: What great people! Best bike shop in town!
christine woods: Super helpful nice and knowledgeable.
Michael Arango: Fantastic customer service. My experience couldn’t have gone smoother when I purchased it and when I came back to service my bike
JDM: Needed inner tub replaced and had missing back light. Separated light wires were connected to each other AFTER I dropped off bike and was told bike mlght catch on fire because of sparks and was refused service. BEWARE. You don't connect positive and negatives together unless you want sparks.
Seth Smith: These guys are great! Was loading up the bikes to leave town and realized one had an issue. Called and was told to bring over and would take a look and try to fix. Trent got the bike back in working order and saved our trip. He explained the issue and how he resolved. Thanks again!
Ken Corry: Went into the shop when they opened. Great service and very friendly. Bob worked on my bike and Pat answered my questions about possibly getting new tires on my mountain bike for trail riding. Very knowledgeable and store is put together ver well.
Greg Hyatt: Great shop, friendly staff.
Kendra Garetson: Great service center, and a good selection of supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Thoraxe The Impalor: Went to Midwest Cyclery looking for a bike. I know next to nothing about bikes, but wanted something to start riding around my neighborhood. I was met at the door by the owner of the store, Christina, who showed me around. Her husband was able to watch my son so I could more easily look at the different bikes with Christina. The customer service I experienced was unmatched. Not only was I able to look at and try different bikes, but I found one that fit within my budget. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for excellent products and unbeatable customer service. I will be coming here to get my bike serviced and to buy my wife a bicycle in the future.
BF: Christina and team are awesome! They are deeply invested in the community and their staff and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are cared for.
Maddie Reddick: I am new to biking. They are always super helpful, supportive, and let me know about things my bike needs that I literally have no clue about. They've helped me cruise safely. They've hooked up a new tire tube when I got a flat, recommended better tires to help with my glass problem, and informed me of other things my bike will need. I know I have a lot to learn, but I'm not afraid or intimidatedto ask staff here, because they are super helpful. I need to ask them about general maintenance for sure. Again...pure newbie on a bike. Anyway, there's no better spot in KC for repairs, equipment, and help. If you bike or are thinking of starting...go to Midwest Cyclery. They are the actual best.New tires pictured...because I am stoked about them.
Robert Thompson: The staff are incredibly accommodating. I have found the mechanical work to be the best I have encountered in the city. Very chill atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Travis Chisham: My wife and I wanted to upgrade our bicycles. We bike 30 to 50 miles a week. I had an idea of what we wanted. We had questions that were easily answered. Didnt get what I wanted. Instead we got bikes more along the lines of what we needed. With a much more comfortable bike. We were also treated very well.
Ron: I'm just getting started looking for an e bike and already see that the staff here is great. Very professional and knowledgeable while willing to spend some time to help, looking forward to working with Christina and the team to get me rolling.
Ron Nacho: Great local bike shop with competent, experienced, and honest mechanics.
Daniel Whiting: Shipped a bike with them. They are flexible. Got the work done before they said they would. Seem like good people.
Emery Harris: Good place to get your bike worked on. Folks are experienced and fair. They have a selection of gear that'll make your commute easier as well.
Isaac Floyd: Very friendly and knowledgeable. Walked it with lots of questions and walked out with 2 new bikes, better than expected!
Joseph Gilligan: Good place to get your bike accessories or fix the bike you have. Convenient location too

ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski: what do users think?
Jack Mitchell: Knowledgeable friendly staff 😊🙏
jeff woolverton: Great customer service! My phone purchase was performed flawlessly, my order was ready and waiting by the time I arrived at the store for pick up. Eric’s will definitely get my business in the future.
Tyler Dellow: Deeply grateful for them helping me out in an emergency. Great service. Thanks Bradley.
Jason Black: The professionalism was above par! They went above all my expectations with the service I got.
Blake Taylor: Big thanks to Bradley and my Salesperson Isaac! They were closed Sunday (28MAY23) and wouldn’t open until the following Monday but my bike was completed and needed for a Monday trip in the morning. Bradley came in, opened the shop and retrieved my bike for me during his valuable time off. These people care and show tremendous amounts of respect to the consumer.
jenkins1115: My wife and I decided to get with the program and start riding. Not mountain biking but just riding. We moved here to KC MO from rural Arkansas and we’re adjusting to city life and really liking it. The folks at Erik’s were very helpful, as we walked into it totally uneducated. They hooked us up and at a good price according to what I’ve seen online. This will be our “go to” store as we dive into this new adventure in our mid 40’s 😂
Eduardo Valencia: Salesman was so friendly and helpful, I forgot his name but is a nice place the location Liberty, MO to find what you need.
Brett Svoboda: We had our son's mountain bike serviced and the staff did and excellent job and were super friendly
Benjamin Henthorn: The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, very kind and professional through our whole transaction. I highly recommend this place for getting your bike repaired or modified!
Jeremiah Joyce: Sales staff sitting around talking about irrelevant things, very clearly no cares about other customers waiting to try on shoes, etc. It's frustrating because I would literally have to be rude and interrupt to try and get service.
S G: The team did an excellent job of restoring my vintage bike, and Bradley's personal attention to detail for me was really appreciated! The work was done quickly with very fair pricing - I will be back soon for work to be done on another bike! Thank you - I LOVE my bike!
Jordan Thom: George helped me out, best bike shop in the KC area by far!
cristobal castro: Service was fast, precise and economic
Kim Thomas: The staff is always helpful and friendly.
Douglas Martinson: I brought my Aventon Pace 500 on Friday 2/17 to have a flat fixed. Bradley Raye was absolutely amazing to work with. He took his time to educate me on the bike and various tune ups the store could do for me. In the end I had him not only fix my tire that had been punctured but tune my breaks.I recommend Erik's bike shop to everyone I know as a result of the great service I got from Bradley and the team.
Ronda Ruckman: Very helpful in getting me set up the indoor bike cleats and adapters!
Mark Heer: The store was unexpectedly closed on sun/mon. We were leaving on trip Wednesday but due to snow storm in colorado needed to leave very early Tuesday before the store was opened. Bradly saved our trip and safety by coming to the store on Monday to get us our boards and made our trip. Service like this isn’t common today in the world and especially at national stores. This will keep me coming back to the Liberty Erik’s. Bradly deserves all the recognition for this and a model of what employees should be like in caring for their customers.
Carl Cooley: Replaced the tires on our kids bike super fast and everyone was very friendly and personable.
Michael Friedl: Helpful staff. Found what I needed. Bought a bike.
Samat Sakebaev: Good store! Good prices!
Chris Shoe: I've had a great experience everytime I've been in this store (only a few) but Staff has always been friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have.
