Teresa Thomas: It's Sunday and was out celebrating Moma Faye's 81st birthday, her restaurant of choice because baby the manager, round rude gentleman I would have left! The chef & our waiter was the bomb. We even got the drums. If he's this rude on the Lord's day to customers, no wonder he can't open tomorrow because of staffing. Frances Meeks: We had reservations for a Birthday celebration at 6:30pm. We were there on time as reflected in a bar bill receipt that read 6:19. We did not leave until 8:45pm. We were sitted at 6:50. We waited 40 minutes before we got our salad. We were serviced our meat before our rice. The food order contained errors. When we complained to the management, they said our party was not there on time. The customer service went down hill from there.

I specifically told him that I cannot have anything to do with fish or seafood because I am Allergiic. He did not separate the. Therefore I. I could not eat any of the food they were closed and would not answer the phone The last time I've been to this place was 5 years ago. I thought I would give it a try again and a severely messed up. I paid for food that I could not eat and they did not care. They only want your money and they don't care about the customers.

Should’ve taken pictures of it, waste of money
George Keil: I order the shrimp dish today and got few (4 shrimp) and some veggies and noodles, I was charge a upcharge for this. I paid $12:00 for the meal and a bottle of water .Because the fountain drinks were out! I tried getting hot sauce from a container by the register and it was a nasty sticky mess! I do not recommend eating here!!

Corey Dye: Grill "has been broken", nothing but fried chicken. I asked to get one of the only non fried items at the regular cost since they didn't have any sort of grilled chicken. I was denied the cost reduction of $1.25 so I left without buying anything. If you don't want to make up for your shortcomings and make a good customer experience you should just close the location. I will avoid this location in the future and let everyone I know that enjoys panda to also avoid this location. ZERO STARS. ZERO STARS. ZERO STARS.
Tracy Renay: I have tried 6 different Panda Expresses. THIS PLACE GETS ADDED TO THE VERY LONG LIST OF PANDA EXPRESSES TO AVOID. What a shame, as this location WAS the absolute only one who’s food tasted good. I no longer live in the area but was passing through and decided to stop since I have yet to find any other Panda Express who’s food tastes even half way decent. Well...fair warning to all...they no longer offer most food options. They said they no longer have the “capability” to cook most of the Panda Express food options, because they no longer have the equipment needed. WHAT? Seriously? Evidently, the owner has decided to no longer provide the essential cooking implements needed in order to cook the food.

I talked to Cynthia the manger and she will not help you if you have a problem. I walked out with out a refund of my missing food .Never going back to this location .

All Things Bre: I've visited this restaurant about 4 times total. Each time I'm greeted by the lady at the front counter in a less than pleasant unenthused manner. I brushed it off because they are literally located 4 minutes from me and the food started out "ok."During my last two visits, when I asked to substitute one item for another(gladly offering to pay the upcharge) I was met with a roll of the eyes and a heavy sigh. I explained that each time I make this request it's usually fulfilled by HER! She proceeds to go to the kitchen then come back and charge me more than usual on this occasion. After looking at the receipt and noticing this I decided to bite my tongue, and hold my composure as I knew I would not be returning. Got home only to notice that my food was very overcooked. Waste of time and money. Threw it away. Won't be returning or recommending this place! Gave two stars because my first 2 visits were ok.
Derek Carter: Been coming here for years. Some of the best crab Rangoons I've ever had. I do miss living close by for the delivery but we still make it there from time to time. It's a small hole in the wall joint, but the people are friendly and the food has always been fresh. They package it well so it stays hot when you do takeout and it is usually packed well enough that everything is intact once you get home.

I think just because I've had so many subpar Chinese places that I wasn't expecting it to be great but it really is so good. I ordered last night and it was here in under 30 minutes, super hot, too delicious, delivery driver was nice. 10/10 I love this place and I'm glad to be back
