Jesse Rowe: One of the best Asian buffets I've ever had usually not huge on Asian food, but all the food is fresh and constantly being changed. You literally want to try everything that they have. We always try local cuisines when out of town and this is top 5 when visiting kc area. Staff is prompt and friendly as well. No complaints at all. They even have party rooms as well as a huge dining area.Dietary restrictions: There's something for everybody.

Alice Porter: I use to love this place there food had always been good granted I haven’t been there for awhile and times have changed but still don’t know what happened but after today I won’t be back extremely disappointed I’d rather go hungry than eat there. All Things Bre: I've visited this restaurant about 4 times total. Each time I'm greeted by the lady at the front counter in a less than pleasant unenthused manner. I brushed it off because they are literally located 4 minutes from me and the food started out "ok."During my last two visits, when I asked to substitute one item for another(gladly offering to pay the upcharge) I was met with a roll of the eyes and a heavy sigh. I explained that each time I make this request it's usually fulfilled by HER! She proceeds to go to the kitchen then come back and charge me more than usual on this occasion. After looking at the receipt and noticing this I decided to bite my tongue, and hold my composure as I knew I would not be returning. Got home only to notice that my food was very overcooked. Waste of time and money. Threw it away. Won't be returning or recommending this place! Gave two stars because my first 2 visits were ok.
Derek Carter: Been coming here for years. Some of the best crab Rangoons I've ever had. I do miss living close by for the delivery but we still make it there from time to time. It's a small hole in the wall joint, but the people are friendly and the food has always been fresh. They package it well so it stays hot when you do takeout and it is usually packed well enough that everything is intact once you get home.

I think just because I've had so many subpar Chinese places that I wasn't expecting it to be great but it really is so good. I ordered last night and it was here in under 30 minutes, super hot, too delicious, delivery driver was nice. 10/10 I love this place and I'm glad to be back

guardian g: By far the worst Chinese buffet I've had to date. Service wasn't great. We walked in they handed us silver ware, said you can get your own drinks and had us seat our self. The selection of food was slim to none and what they did have looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The lou mein noodles tasted like cigarettes and most of the food was barely edible. Overall we had to leave early and get pizza on the way home.

Has a ton of options to choose from, did steak, shrimp, bacon, with onion, bell pepper, mushroom and paired with a Korean bbq sauce.The one thing that is a little tricky is knowing how much salt to add, I had to add a little at the table.
Scott Strahl: Went tonight and the food had had black char on it after it was cooked which caused a bitter taste. I am giving it 2 stars because of this visit. Every other time that I have been there the food and service was great. I normally get unlimited but tonight because of the taste only had 1 bowl. I always look forward to going to eat there but after this experience I don't know when or if I will be back.

William Tate II: Burnt.. The grill is too hot too on the middle and outer ring. The guy grilling simply did not care and said to just get a second bowl and that it wasn't his problem. What was salvageable had charred flakes all over. Even my daughter's plate that didnt have any saices in it was charred and the noodles were burnt to black. This was the worst BD's I have experienced. The waitress Jenna was polite and apologetic, that's what salvaged an all one star review. Leaving with charred bits in my mouth and on my teeth, and the need to find lunch elsewhere now. Not worth the time or money.

I've been here several times over several years and have no reason to stop visiting for their great service and food.Dietary restrictions: They're helpful in selecting meals as I have a gluten intolerance that I have to be mindful of.

Atmosphere was grimy and smelt of burnt food, the person that helped me barely spoke English and the food..... the egg rolls were just cabbage and carrots (no exaggeration) the crab Rangoons are just Rangoon and the general tso tasted like bad bbq. I really wanted to like this place but I'm honestly leaning towards avoiding a second chance. And yes... that a toy dispenser that only has empty balls...

Matt Jeffers: I ate at this building quite a bit as a kid in the 90s. I don't know if it is same name/restaurant as it now but it's definitely the same building. The food was great back then and I returned to it about 20 years later and the food is still great! The food was cooked well and very flavorful. It wasn't dried up or luke warm like other Chinese buffets. My only complaint is the obvious roof leaks they have as the ceiling tiles are bubbly and stained.
Trig Stewart: We ate at the Buffet on a Wednesday. So I understand the small variety. The food that was there seemed pretty fresh albeit in small quantities. Soups were not fresh. Could not find the white rice until after. I didn't know where to look. FYI, Some regular clientele told me. It was in a rice cooker away from the rest of the food.Average food. Sub average atmosphere. I can understand a restaurant start up. But they've been here for a while yet the look is a run down diner.
