Chris hart: recently went to this location for medical help. I was experiencing ear pain that I assumed was an earache in one ear. the medical physician I saw diagnosed me with an ear infection. prescribed me antibiotics and rushed me out. come to find out that wasn't the proper diagnosis. after a long weekend of back-and-forth pain and muffled hearing coupled with increasing pressure in my ears. prompting me to seek help again. which I had to find a different location. due to unavailable time slots here. to be honest I'm glad I had to find another location/medical physician.the new medical physician informed me that the one here. couldn't have diagnosed me with an ear infection because I had so much wax build-up. stating that it would have been impossible to see in my ear. plus I had fluid behind my ear drum in the other ear. for which I was properly prescribed antibiotics ear drops for one ear and debrox wax remover for the other ear. the one I originally went in for.I spent a weekend in pain and almost another week with muffled hearing. all because one medical physician rushed a visit to make a quick buck. so I will NEVER come back here. nor will I recommend anyone come here for any treatment. also, this review is only a reflection of the minute clinic, not CVS
Joe Hoover: Go in the mornings. Service is great when they aren't so busy. Way better than the Walgreens across the street.
Haley Bell: Went to be treated for a yeast infection, the nurse told me I definitely have chlamydia. Left upset and crying, she also had horrible bed side manor. Got results back, no chlamydia just a yeast infection. really irritating to be treated that way by a “health care professional”
David Gerean: 1feb 2022 had a appointment there today got there and there was nobody else there so I thought great I'll be in and out WRONG!!! Waited for almost 20 minutes and finally tooted my horn the so called nurse opened the door and waved me in to which I just read they will come out to you but I went in and she was playing games on her phone after I got in she continued to play so I asked should I come back later well that set her off so I went back to my vehicle canceled my appointment and rescheduled at different location never have I seen a nurse so disrespectful so mean and so hateful this person needs to find a different profession
Julie Klopfenstine: If a person test positive for covid DO NOT call them out in front of other patients! It's stressing enough to be exposed, we don't want to be in the clinic either.
Shanee Seton: If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER get a tb test here. They will make you wait for a long time and run up the clock so you can pay all over again. The nurse practitioner Lande is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I wish I did not get it done here!!!!

Joyce Bonkowski: Nurse practitioner Sherri Johnson, is friendly and thorough. So glad I was able to get an appointment. Everything was clean and they even called to make sure I didn’t have COVID symptoms before I came in. Reassuring.

Noel Graham: They will not do testing for strep or anything respiratory during the COVID pandemic. You are not delivering quality care when you just treat everyone with a sore throat with antibiotics. If it is so dangerous to do a strep swab you should just close the clinic.

Julia Jones: Went there 5 days ago because I was having pain in my arm and hand and when I told the nurse about it and that I had previously had tendinitis in the same arm she told me it was probably just a pinched nerve and to see a chiropractor (which i tried and he was very nice) then made me feel like a drug seeker just trying to get pain pills she told me I seemed edgy and nervous and she couldn't prescribe pain pills and I told her it was because I was in pain and tired because the pain was waking me up at night... needless to say I was in the er today and I have tendinitis in my arm

Robbin Black: I went to my local cvs to get treated for my allergies. I must had came during her break time. All she did talk to me what she think, but never bother to examine me. She didn't charged me a co-pay. I went down to urgent care he examine and prescribes me some meds. Never again would I used your minutes clinic! If not concerns about my health.
Shelby Lodholz: Went in at the beginning of February. Was told they’d send something to the lab. Never got the lab results and they’re unavailable online. But I still got the bill for the lab charges...oh and their customer service is non-existent. Been on hold for 45+ minutes with nothing. Won’t waste my time again.

Alycia Carmi: They never even called me! I waited for 3 and a half hours in line. IThere was absolutely no contact with me or apologies..nothing. I am 5 months pregnant and sick. My PCP was closed for the day so I thought this would be a convenient option. I had to go somewhere else the next day because it was too late to go anywhere else.
Dorothy Leighty: I had to refill a perscription quickly. It was a wait but the nurse was professional, asked all the right questions and volunteered a drug discount card when she found I was between plan coverage.
Lisa Marie Winslow: I went in at the starting time for this location (8:30) to be treated. Not only was the nurse ten minutes late, but the pharmacist came over to engage a conversation with her, about an alleged affair she was having/not having and being accused of by another woman. Three patients were waiting...but despite this, they sat in the patient room, with the door wide open for all to hear, discussing in detail the situation, texting with the accuser, etc. So unprofessional, on top of the fact she saw THREE patients waiting on her when she walked in, and decided to engage this conversation instead of getting started for the day. I will never use this location's services again. If they are going to be this unprofessional with their conversation content in front of customers, and blatantly ignore their customers....doesn't give me a good sense of security with their diagnosis and treatment skills.

Chris hart: the medical physician here is amazing. I came here due to a possible earache. which another medical physician had misdiagnosed. the woman here took her time to listen to my issue and properly examine my ears. she not only find the issue but properly diagnosed me. she set me up with a treatment that cleared up my ear issues. for minor health issues this we become my recommended go-to location and I encourage others to use only this location in the independence area.
jojolovelife: I have been going to this location for several years, the staff is amazing and very personable. The knowledge they share concerning your medical issue is very helpful and gives peace of mind. Thanks so much! 😊
Heidi Clark: I scheduled an appointment for my son who is sick at 10:42am. I attempted to call the clinic (who is no way associated with the CVS) and kept getting hung up on. Then at 2:37pm someone finally calls be about the appointment the tell me they don’t know how it got double booked but the next slot they have open is 5:10pm. I explained that my son was already driving to come to appointment since we were supposed to be there 15 mins prior to the appointment time. She said there was no way they could see him till the later time. I cancelled appointment and would not recommend ANYONE to this location. They are very unprofessional!

Anthony Nigro: Absolute waste of time and money. Arrogant nurse practitioners who clearly dislike their job. Also not an urgent care clinic; after waiting multiple days through excruciating pain for test results, was told they would not prescribe anything and I should go to an urgent care facility since they could only test for one type of infection. Save yourself the "extra care" and go to an actual medical care office.
Karla Aukerman: Made appointment for my son with sore throat and cough, 99 precent sure strep throat as he has had multiple times before. Got to clinic only to be told they would not test him for strep throat or even look at him without having a negative covid test since he hadn't been in contact with anyone with strep throat..... although he has not been in contact with anyone with covid either.

Bonnie Abrams: The only negative thing we experienced was the wait time. We signed up on the wait list, arrived early, and still had to wait almost 2 hours after our appt time to be seen, and they weren't busy (2 people ahead of us). Otherwise they were great though! My teenager thought she had an ear infection and the dr couldn't see us til the next day. The CVS nurse practitioner was really sweet, checked her out, got her a prescription written, and we were done within just a few minutes. I would definitely go here again for the quality of care, but would plan on waiting well past the sign up time-urgent care might be faster for those that need to be seen quickly.
Tyler Murphy: Put my name on wait list, then arrived on time for my appointment and when checked in, was told another 59 min wait! What is the point of the wait list if you still have to wait all day to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous! Will NOT be coming here again! What a joke

Banging everything around.... Put kids urine sample on her desk instead over where she placed paper towels for it... Back and forth from one thing to another... Very disturbing... Been here many times and she's never behaved this irratic.... Been here way longer than I ever have!!!! Didn't give us insurance card back..... Very scary the way she was behaving to think she's actually treating people

Jason Perry: The nurse that seen me was super knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable. The front desk ladies were nice and made checking in fast and easy. There was no judgement from anyone there for why I was there which was awesome.

Pamela Painter: I am very disappointed with the care I received. I went in with a swollen leg and not being able to bend my knee without it shooting pain down my leg. All that was done was a few pokes around my knee and I was sent home with a prescription for steroids.
shawn byrd: I take a developmentally disabled lady there and the staff and everyone or just so courteous and very quick as fast as I can to take care of our issue. I believe this is her third time at the specific office 39th St. independence, Missouri.

Secondly I've been here multiple times now and I can for sure you that Miss Diana and her staff are very welcoming, easy going and happy to share/inform you with any information that may be needed. Rather it's for an IV, a shot, or just standard blood work Miss Diana always goes above and beyond to accommodate me and make my visits a great experience. They always find your veins without PAIN which is uncommon for most places. You are in and out, yet never fell rushed. You also get your results back within hours via email. Health is Wealth and quite honestly without health nothing else really matters so taking a visit here is one of the best gifts to give to yourself and others!I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure. 5stars all the way. The vibe is also very chill which is essential. Great location, close to multiple shopping centres. What are you waiting for give it a Shot! 💉😂

Kimberly: 40 minutes after my scheduled appt time another patient was still being seen. I gave up and canceled. It’s more like an hours clinic than a minute clinic. I found an urgent care clinic instead, and I think you should too.
Abraham Billings: Arrived for an appointment 2 minutes late, was refused to be seen. Even though their staff was standing around doing nothing until the next appointment time.
Chris Rice: the worst of humanity "works" here and "runs" it the clinic area..rude, slow, unfriendly..pricey..did teledoc instead, quick, helpful, compassionate..40.00 for the entire service..wouldn't go here ever again.
Austin Jenkins: Refused service because I would not take another COVID test after being two weeks prior and having a negative test and showing no symptoms other than a sinus infection,m. This was nothing but a wasted trip and time.

Olivia Boone: We’ve had good experiences each time we go here. They are straightforward and kind. I love online check in too. Flu meds and test, ear infection diagnoses, etc. Not for every situation but great for simple but semi urgent situations.

Nicol Leonardi: Come in at 3:00 pm no one sitting in the waiting room. Waited 30 mins then the nurse comes out and see I am the only one sitting in the waiting room. But, called the peoole that where not at the physical locate. And tells me I have to wait for them to get there before I can be seen.. The nurse couldn't even move me to the two that cancelled. So I wouldn't have to wait in the one person that was not there. I think is unfair to physically been there and not be looked at and have to wait on someone else that is not even inghe store..
