Holly Neri: Parking could be better. Also a venti in a trenta cup is just that. I hate they are constantly overfilling my water or ice. Every time I ask or order it the same. Going in I could watch and make sure they don't add the extra ice/water. But parking is so rough I keep trying the drive through. This location and the LS 291 struggle on that order.

Chris Nunn: Average coffee location. Average quality. Less than average customer service. Staff is not friendly and not personable. Staff is frantic and always rushing around...probably because they are understaffed in a desire to cut down on labor costs.
Kimberly Ketchum: I would give this location ZERO stars if possible. Starbucks usually remakes a drink that is incorrect, but this location will not do that if you didn’t buy it from them. So that means I have to drive 10 miles out of my way since I bought one by my doctors office that wasn’t made correctly for my wife who was at home.I would not recommend this store to anyone EVER since they are not a “corporate” location. I guess non-corporate locations mean poor customer service.
Jennifer Reeves: The Starbucks inside STORE # 4545 Hy Vee.The customer service is absolutely TRASH with the girl working at the register TODAY 3/25/22. At 4:00pm She completely ignored me standing in line and proceeded to tape up coffee bags. I then asked her if she was OPEN to take orders and she said YES but that she was busy right now. So RUDE!

K&J Stubbs: This place has horrible customer service. I went in to order drinks this morning and both ladies were so rude and not helpful. They messed up both drinks and they taste terrible. The service I experienced today is not what I normally expect at a Starbucks and I will definitely not go back to this particular one!

Vianca Luzon: Just came to this Starbucks which I have been coming for the last 2 years or so and the manager Frank was a complete AH to me in my husband when the only thing I told him that the app wasn’t working since I usually order it online, he proceeded to brush me off of what I was saying and just wanted me to order. In addition he even seemed annoyed that my order was so “complicated” dude!! Smh the personal here is usually awesome but this dude was a no! Next time I will very well wait for the others to be able to order my “complicated” drink

The staff are amazing, and work together really well and the community knows it. The only downside is that if you do wait in the drive through line you'll be waiting a hot minute because of how popular this location is. A huge shout out to the baristas who know my fiance by our order, learning your frequent customers is a huge task but can be worth it.

Sandhya Marcia: This location is pretty standard like all the other locations. The only difference is that this Starbeezy is located inside HyVee.When you pull into HyVee's parking lot, the Starbucks sign on the building appears that Starbucks is in a separate but attached building however as soon as you walk into HyVee supermarket (the entrance with all the carts), Starbucks is immediately to your left. The store is fairly big considering it is inside another store.When I initially walked in the supermarket, there were a few customers. I did my shopping, then went back the get coffee and there was only one other customer ahead of me. The barista acknowledged me and told me she would be with me shortly. Soon after, she was ready to take my order.I order and waited maybe 2-3 minutes and in no time my coffee - medium, extra hot, cinnamon dolce latter was ready.I am satisfied with the service I received and my coffee.

Clary LOPEZ: Well I want to share what the barista does when you ask for whip cream. You get a thin coat barely covering the top of the cup. I treasure my trips to Starbucks because I can afford to go there only once a month. I guess Ill have to find another place that gives whipped cream and does nothing to cut corners. 11 dollars for a drink half way done. Never again.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I love the smell, feel and overall atmosphere of the place, I tend to be a very picky person when it comes to places like these, because I want certain things that either they don't have or can't make because I'm NOT a coffee drinker. On cold days I don't want a cold drink, but I also don't want a plain hot chocolate or tea, I like to mix flavors and add things to change them up, but sometimes they can't add certain flavors or don't have them. We had three separate orders since we had multiple passengers in the car.They gladly let us make separate orders and it was easy to pay and get all our drinks. We all enjoyed our beverages!I tried the birthday cake iced latte on this trip. One of my favorite drinks here usually is the iced white mocha with raspberry!
