A bit bored of Starbucks and chain fare, my wife found this interesting spot a little out the way. It's about a 5 minute drive from the interstate if you're a traveler like us, but very much worth it.What we found was more than a coffee shop. It was a community center supporting diversity, belonging, and goodwill. I wish that we came through this area more often so that I could say we'll be back soon. The cafe is part of the Community Service League that helps citizens in need in the Independence area. Vianca Mizener: Just came to this Starbucks which I have been coming for the last 2 years or so and the manager Frank was a complete AH to me in my husband when the only thing I told him that the app wasn’t working since I usually order it online, he proceeded to brush me off of what I was saying and just wanted me to order. In addition he even seemed annoyed that my order was so “complicated” dude!! Smh the personal here is usually awesome but this dude was a no! Morgan L: Requested a latte, but received iced 2%, and syrup flavoring without espresso.Environment is quiet, and lacks ambience. Barista was nice, but did not say very much at all.
Kyle Bales: Great little coffee house. Limited variety of drinks but the pumpkin muffin and large peppermint mocha for $4 can't be beat. I'll drive the extra miles for this anytime. Kylie is very friendly.

Hannah Wilson: 11th Street Coffee House is a cute little coffee shop is in the middle of a new housing complex. Both times I have been there the cashier's were very friendly! There are a few seats indoors at a short bar and a few tables outdoors as well. What I like about this coffee shop is it's simple and has good vibes. They have a simple menu of about five items all $3 or less, no tax. Coffees are brewed from a machine so it's not barista made however for the price it's a good value. They have a variety of homemade treats all for only $1. Overall the only thing I would add is an option to have a coffee in a mug versus all takeaway cups. For future I will be mindful to bring my own takeaway cup to prevent wasteful cups. Recommend this shop!

Emma Davis: Past few times I’ve been, their coffee always tastes awful. Today my boyfriend and I went. We both ordered mediums and I ordered mine with an extra shot of espresso. They didn’t put the extra shot in mine, instead it was in my boyfriends and his drink wasn’t even filled up all the way. Judy Lewis: Are corporate office did a week of treats for our dental practices. I'm not sure if we had Uber eats deliver or who did what. They didn't even ring the bill didn't tell us they were there. They just dropped the stuff on the counter. We had just opened at 8:00. None of the containers of flavors for the coffees were even full or had barely anything in them. The spout for the cardboard box was rotted from getting wet. I just feel when you are delivering donuts like that to a professional building. And it's for a corporate event I think you should have done a little bit better job.

Holly Neri: Parking could be better. Also a venti in a trenta cup is just that. I hate they are constantly overfilling my water or ice. Every time I ask or order it the same. Going in I could watch and make sure they don't add the extra ice/water. But parking is so rough I keep trying the drive through. This location and the LS 291 struggle on that order.
