Centerpoint Medical Center: what do users think?
Rebecca Chappell: Since I am claustrophobic I dreaded getting an MRI, especially since I previously had a bad experience with one. It was my good fortune to have Anna as my technician this time around. She made a world of difference in the way she handled the process from beginning to end. She kept me informed of each step, encouraged me and showed sincere empathy for me, the patient. Thank you Anna!
michael c: Received outstanding care in the ER for hand laceration despite a packed ER. Jenn, NP stitched me back together with steady hands and Bianca, RN were both rock stars in providing care. 5 ⭐️ . Thank you again.
Arquetta Fell: My experience for 7 days with the Icu and hospices staff was Amazing regarding my mother.
V Martin: It was great. No issues.
Jennifer Nichols: It was better then I thought it would be, but, I feel like I wasn't really even treated I saw one person when i was checked in just to sit in a chair and get x-rays no one really evaluated my injury I saw mainly a nurse. I mean the staff where very nice from what time I did see them, bit it sure didn't feel like I was receiving any kind of care.
Katie Conyers: The only reason I'm giving a two star rating instead of a one star is because the nurse practitioner and final nurse of my visit did seem to care and want to provide help.I was in the ER for over 8 hours for severe abdominal/ovary pain. In that time, I never was moved to a room. After I went through triage, they moved me into another waiting area full of other post-triage patients. Not only was it incredibly uncomfortable, especially already being in abdominal pain, but there was no sense of privacy. Any and all information from registration to medical news, was given in front of everyone in the waiting hallway.I needed to have a CT scan to try to determine the cause for my pain. I got the scan in a timely manner, but then proceeded to sit there for over 3 hours before a nurse finally decided to investigate why they hadn't heard anything. Apparently someone had forgotten to submit my results resulting in the lengthy delay. At the time of triage the nurse practitioner said she wanted to start me on an IV of fluids and Zofran. Once I was finally called back to see the NP about 4 hours later, she wanted to know if I was feeling better after the meds. That was the first opportunity I had to mention to anyone that I never received the meds she prescribed FOUR HOURS EARLIER. No one came to check on me in the waiting hallway once the entire time I was there. My final complaint is about the "paramedic" that did my blood draw and put the the IV port in. She was so busy talking with a coworker about when she was going to be off and what she was going to do that she could hardly give me time of day. She roughly stabbed the needle and then proceeded to have to dig around trying to hit the vein. I don't have scientific proof, just the opinion from a physician at another ER that I had to go to a week later, that the rough injection has now caused a superficial blood clot in that arm.
Donetta Moore: As always, very caring and kind people
Natress KELLEY: As usual, good patient service.
Isaiah Mitchell: This place is not good
Brenda Tillery: Competent and efficient staff in Emergency Room & Radiology.
Maya Dotson: The medical staff are friendly but this last visit I felt when being discharged I was being brushed off/ hurried to get me out. Nothing was explained regarding results from my ultrasound/ x-ray. Just shown results were in my discharge folder. I had to ask what to do about my swelling behind my knee. At this point I'm dissatisfied with Center Medical Center as a whole including their ortho doctors. I will be seeking care in St. Louis I know I will get the proper care there. I will say the ER follow up scheduling department has been great trying to help me schedule follow up appointment.
Vicky Combs: In my most recent experience there on May 16, 2023 the level of incompetence in the clinic where I was sent for my procedure was down right dangerous! I will never go to Centerpoint again, am in the process of having all my doctors changed to the KU system, and will be happy to explain in great detail why the situation at Centerpoint was so dangerous to anyone seeking the information.
Mike Smith: My visit was just fine everyone working there really helped me and I am feeling much better now
John Dold: The doctors and nurses were wonderful. The Physical Therapistswere great. Very very happy with the care I received.
Ellen Jackson: Staff was great. Procedure was easy and technician and nurses were awesomeThanks for taking such good care of me while I go through treatment. God bless you all
Mike Wheeler: Professional always
Norman Roy: Every time we have used Centerpoint Medical Center... the care has been outstanding. I can not praise their efficiency, professionalism and kindness enough.
Kelly: I spent 5 days in ICU From May 21st.2023 to May 26th. 2023. The Nurses, Doctors, Physical therapy was all nice, respectful, care giving people. They save my life. They were all excellent.. Thank you, Kelly Anschultz
Lisa Parker: Nursing/techs were amazing. 6th floor took awesome care of me! Caitlynn, Jonna, and Sam were amazing.
Robbie Cairns: Very poor experience for me... unqualified people working in the emergency room...
Sally Clarkson: They were all real efficient and real nice, it didn't take long to get my shot.

MIVA Medical: what do users think?
Jeff Butrum: Dr. Williams, Carrie, Michelle, and all of the staff were tremendous! They are professional, personable, helpful, and attentive. They explain what they are doing in each phase of the treatment, from scanning, to prolonged preventative maintenance. They will take the time to explain what is causing the condition, the procedure to rectify the issue, and what is necessary for continued relief. Everyone that I had the opportunity to meet were very pleasant, courteous, and friendly. Highly recommend this staff to treat any vascular needs that need professional attention.Jeff B
Robert Kendall: What an incredible staff at MIVA. From the front desk to the entire staff of medical professionals. I had four total visits and the care and kindness from all personnel at MIVA was phenomenal. It has been three weeks since my final procedure (I ended up with five stents between my legs and iliac aorta and after a short recovery period I have less pain in my legs and the increased blood flow is in the starting stages of healing open wounds on my feet. I will highly recommend Dr. Williams and staff to anyone needing vascular treatments. This crew is truly a blessing and not only saves appendages but restores life.
Pamela Govero: The staff and Dr. William are an awesome team I would recommend them to family and friends. The first time you go they make you comfortable thru your test to what procedure you need or if don't. Thank you for everything.
Alice Dysart: After a scan of my injured leg, Dr. Williams was very gracious and kind to explain to me how the veins in my leg seem to function and suggested the injury csusing pain and swelling might be from a chipped bone and I need to go to my GP and get an xray.. He also told me of a procedure should an xray of bone injury not be the answer. I would return if it is needed. nI have much praise also for the nurse doing the scan in her friendly, efficient manner..
Tony Inman: Every one was nice and Courtesies it was a pleasant experience
Dick Herbel: Dr. Williams and staff were highly recommended by my cardiologist and the Wound Dr. at Saint Mary's Clinic. My first visit was to evaluate my situation regarding wounds that were not healing quickly, test was conducted and a procedure to resolve the situation has been scheduled. This far I am very happy with the process and commend all at the facility. Will write a further review upon completion of all procedures.
Kay Hickman: This is the absolutely the best doctors office I have ever been to. The doctor and are the most friendly and caring people I have been involved with medically. I would highly recommend MIVA Medical.
Denise Rice: I just got home from having a bad vein taken care of by MIVA Medical. They are located at the Blue Ridge Bank building on I-70 and Little Blue. I was so scared. But Dr Williams and his assistants, Alexis and James , were so awesome. I told them about all my other problems that cause my body so much pain , I feel they took EXTRA care to be sure I was comfortable and they put me at ease. I would HIGHLYrecommend them
Kelly Harper: I cannot express the experience with Miva Medical that we had. My dad is 90 years old and fell in November. He has tolerated extreme pain for months. We were referred to Miva and they are miracle workers. He had a procedure done on his back and he is walking without his cane or walker. He is on the mend and we would highly recommend them for orthopedic treatments. The doctor spent time with us and explained everything that was wrong and how he was going to fix it. And I can't say enough about Tara at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you so much. And keep up the good work. 👍
Jeanette Crews: Dr. Williams takes the time to explain procedures in detail. It is wonderful that all procedures and pre-tests can be done in the office. All staff, from the front desk throughout the entire procedures are friendly, comforting and so good to work with your comfort. I highly recommend Dr. Williams, MIVA.

Select Specialty Hospital - Kansas City: what do users think?
Abby Chronister: This facility openly advertises on their website that it's equipped with a brain injury program, as well as a coma emergence program. It also states that the individual's care would be overseen by a neurologist, with other physicians as the secondaries. You can see thos clearly on their site. And before anyone can say "it's available at other locations, but not this one," the site also features a find a location search option where you can input your location and injury type. This location appears for the brain injury selection. This couldn't be farther from the truth. The KCK facility is quite literally a glorified nursing home. If you or your loved one requires specialized care, this is not the facility for you. While there were some positive facets of the facility, it was only due to nursing care.Nursing/CNA: Literally the only positive. Many of the nursing staff really did do their best with clearly limited support from the administrators. I do understand that my husband's case is extremely medically complex. We did have an issue with an unsupervised fall that could have seriously injured him. (He is not ambulatory.) I would also add that the fall was not correctly reported to overseeing agencies.RT: Fine. My husband was already off the vent by his arrival. However, much of his trach equipment was filthy, to the point that it was commented on by faculty as his new facility.PT/OT: Physical therapy is a large part of a good coma emergence program - something this location claims to have. Within 3 weeks of arrival, he developed serious contractures rapidly, and it took roughly a month for anything to be done (in the form of medication.) PT was minimal to the point it likely didn't matter if it happened or not. They are not equipped to deal with patients who need serious PT. OT did what they could, but since my husband isn't fully conscious, there's not much for them to do.Administration: Slow. Getting anything completed is like pulling teeth, and you'll have to constantly remind them, or even do their jobs for them. Despite the facility openly advertising that a neurologist is on staff to oversee brain injury patients, they do not have one on staff, and it's impossible to get them to actively work at getting a patient seen by such a specialist. In one instance, they claimed to be leaving messages for a neurologist over the course of a full week. I finally stepped in, left a message over a weekend, and heard back by the next business day. When questioned, the neurologist stated they did not have any messages from Select. Finally, the doctors they do have: My husband was overseen by an internist as his primary, who clearly is not educated on how to handle such a medically complex patient. The doctor did nothing to actively help my husband, and in a final doctor's note in his chart, did not even know the correct facility where my husband was being discharged. When questioned about a potential medical course of action shown to be both highly tolerated and effective, his response was, "He's uncomfortable with that, but he's not a neurologist." But he has zero issue playing neurologist when it comes to not confirming new damage as a result of a fall caused by negligence on the facility's part.If you or your loved one need short-term, mild care, the facility should be sufficient. If you or your loved one have anything even slightly more complex, especially any kind of brain injury, stroke or other medically complex situation that requires specialized care, this facility is to be avoided at all costs. Your loved one will continue to decline, and nothing will be done because this facility is simply not able to do anything.
M S: I liked all my doctors and therapists. I also liked most of the nurses, although there were a few I didn't like. Some that I thought did an outstanding job were night nurses Angela (especially impressive/outstanding), Patrick, Edwin, Betty, day nurses Rebecca (senior), Carolyn, Jessica, and some others whose name I can't remember now. I didn't like the House Supervisor Olen (at the end of my stay) and their supervisor, Heather. Olen was friendly and helpful at first, then at the end belittled and insulted me when he and I had a conversation/conflict about things that were within my rights to do but were inconvenient for him. He also accused me of "tattling" on the nurse's aide who woke me up to empty my trash at 5:30am, and told me "You are a grown man". I had good experiences with the night House Supervisor Dustin, and nurse/House Supervisor Colby. There was not much horizontal/counter and closet space for my possessions in the room, nor for toiletries in the bathroom (no counter by/around the sink at all, just a small shelf about 12" by 6" if that big), and a lack of chairs for visitors (although I was brought an extra chair when I asked). The TP was not the worst (I'm looking at you St. Luke's!), but definitely not Charmin. It seems like Select was trying to cut costs in these areas. There seemed to be a mild shortage of nurses and especially nurse's aides. The call button was usually answered fairly quickly but sometimes took up to 40 minutes during the busiest parts of the day. It seems like that was the case at all 4 hospitals I have stayed at recently, so maybe there is a metro-wide shortage. I thought the food was fine and rarely delivered late, and kitchen manager Pat? did a good job of accommodating my special food requirements for my healing esophagus. If anyone at Select would like more detailed info., feel free to leave your contact info. in a reply to this post.EDIT: I should mention that their corporate policy is to not take blood draws from an IV or PIC line, so you'll probably get stuck with a needle twice a week in the middle of the night, and whenever else they need to test your blood. They did not do this at St. Luke's, Advent, and KU Med.
mobile7: My experience at Select Specialty was very good. Quite different from other reviews - So I'll explain -I was transferred over from Providence (across the parking lot) to wean off the High flow Oxygen I'd been on.(35L a minute) & a triple bag I.V. tree. I'd had Covid with Pneumonia and a good sized blood clot deep left arm/shoulder. That, all on top of having COPD.* Hats off to the Respiratory Therapist Bill,, Mike & JoAnna, and the Pulmonary Dr's. (there was one other that filled in a couple nights) I went from 35Liters down to only 2Liters per minute when I left. - two weeks ahead of schedule! I liked that each shift briefed the next and worked with the Doctors on lowering the levels* Occupational and Physical therapy, You made me work and encouraged me to apply myself. Yes I can be bribed with mini-snickers ;-)* CNA's - (Nurse assistants) -after I was progressing enough for hall walks with a wheel chair for rest stops & O2 - I realized how busy the CNA's were. Besides us that are Ambulatory patients to watch, they are siting in a doorway monitoring a patient that isn't. (some are in a serious condition) They have to pick the appropriate time to answer your light! And with some patients it might require 2 CNA's for a situation. So if your problem is not an emergency or not as serious - you might have to wait a while. Note - there is a Button a Nurse or CNA needs to push in your room every hour (if they can) IT may be a quick in & out but someone has checked you're still breathing and see a Pulse rate. The two CNA's that that i happened to write down their name were Marta & Kia on night shift. (there were others that deserve mention -but I have CRS) I was required to capture "everything out" portable urinal or the bucket with a seat & lid. 1st 4 nights if I moved to the edge of the bed to reach for a urinal -even with door closed, Marta was was was at the door asking if i needed assistance. There was another young CNA with high tech sneakers, turns out it was Blood draw day and she was running blood draws over to Providence for testing - and they were Time sensitive + still checking me.The cleaning lady that came trough 5 days a week was awesome! Food service was too - never a cold meal - yet while at providence a cool meal was quite often. If on rare occasion something was missing- it was gotten and was hot,- if it was just a roll. For the one leaving a review on the room not up to resort standards - for years and not that long ago - I remember shared rooms in some pretty big hospitals in the mid-west. Zero closets + shared bathrooms with only a toilet. So???My 2 cents worth. For Pulmonary -I'd recommend Select Specialty - as long as you plan to apply yourself to trying to recover. - R.C. rm 132
etaferhu mamo: Care is good here.
Bryan Anderson: I came here with necrotizing fasciitis. The doctor and especially the nursing staff here are absolutely the best.I was originally told I would 9 months for recovery. Because of there excellent work..I'm headed home 2 months ahead of schedule.
Cherri Wagner: Please don’t send your family member there they just may not make it out they miss diagnosed me call lights not being answer the CEO And Caseworker & a Lady Heather are horrible they don’t nothing but lied on patients the doctors bedside manners are awful there in and how some days listen to your stomach are days he walk in speak in they say see you tomorrow this place needs to be shut down not enough staff 2 aides for the who shift at times 1 aide they don’t change your linens on your bed I’ve heard many of Cold Blues in people Diying sad but true patients screaming nurse nurse help its sad there no help Glen RT & Mike were great but the owner CEO only care about getting people money there’s only 2 tv channels the food horrible they get it from providence cause they have no kitchen to cook again if you love your family members don’t go there looks are deceiving.
cherrie kemp: This place has helped me tremendously i was discharged in transferred to a LTAC for longer care i was there about 3 months recovering from a major surgery that i had complications i left in had to Return for further care the food is not great but I’m on TPN & Tube Feed for almost a year so im getting nutrients but I’m ready for my life to go back to Normal thanks select specialty.
terell canady: My rating of this place is one gold star. Which I highly feel is too generous cause of my treatment. If I could I surely would give it a half of a gold star. The amount of treatment and the kind it was. Was very distasteful, disrespectful, rude, insulting, hurtful, and ASININE and I put the emphasis on ASININE. I had the very sad pleasure of of being hospitalized there for a brief time. I say brief because of my treatment which I couldn’t take anymore of and demanded to be transferred out ASAP! My first encounter was upon arrival; they told the previous hospital where I came from that they in fact had a the right bed I needed. To finish out my recovery which consequently was a lie. So when I pointed out the error that SELECT had made and I expressed the type of surgery I had which required one specific bed in particular. I was belittled and undermined. An I stayed on that for two days. Until after contacting my doctor on that first day I got sent the right bed. Next day; my third day the treatment I endured was horrendous and very much insulting and highly disrespectful to the paraplegic community like myself and insulting to my intelligence and attacking my character. The cause of this was cause of a staff member named Kai who called me a “paray” and further more said “you paraies are stubborn and just can’t let anything go”. An also made a off color statement saying “well apparently you wasn’t doing right cause if you was then you wouldn’t be here talking to me” as if I had done something completely wrong which landed me there. Which was totally not the case at all. Then the lack of care of no body coming to bath to help me for 3days and taking hours upon hours just to bring you a toothbrush from 11am til 6pm that same day. Next was having my call speaker hung up in my face when called an ask for something which totally was disregarding my personal needs. An what I found to be also asinine and down right absurd was the charge nurse calling me “confused” saying “I didn’t know what I was talking about”. When I just merely explaining my recollection of my arrival. Bollen (the charge nurse) was undoubtedly rude, very inconsiderate and deplorable. By stating I was confused and didn’t know what I was talking about. Also what I felt to be even injustice was the fact he was trying to make himself intimidating to a young black paraplegic who was in a hospital bed. By saying “well let me sit down cause people look at me and see me as intimidating” which I felt threatened and unsafe. An I instructed him to transfer for me out. I even contacted my doctor who sent the papers to and ambulance to have me removed from that horrific place. It was the most nerve racking and terrible place I could have gone for care. An not to mention they had another patient there who was constantly yelling for assistance and nobody saw to assist them. Please shut this place down. Totally lack of care, neglect, rude, threatening, and very deplorable place to send anyone to!
Melissa Still: Select Speciality treated my mother with compassion. I was leary of this place after reading the reviews, however, their service was focused on patient care. Thank you staff for the compassion and love you shared with my mother and our family.
Lakeea Porter: Horrible facility machines beeping nurses ignoring patients on ventilators patients screaming for help to my family physically having to advocate for other patients. There is no way they should be able to keep getting away with running this facility like it's being ran now. Today at 1:30 pm we took our father out of select and only one CNA walked him out and made sure he got to the car safe. Which wasnt his CNA.Nurses station full and not one nurse said fair well 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔Select you truly suck and if anyone is reading this please dont send your loved ones here or if they are there go get them.
Christina Vallis: DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE!!!!! This place should be shut down, most of the staff should lose all their rights from working in any health care facility ever again! The staff is very neglectful and abusive. It takes nurses or staff up to two hours to come into the room after hitting the call light. The doctors don't even act like they care about the patient, just pretty much there for a paycheck and clock out. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!
Vonae Greene: My mother is a patient here and the treatment is horrible. They’ve tried to give her insulin on two different occasions and she’s not a diabetic. They told her that she has a chronic kidney disease and she doesn’t. I’m not sure how these so calls professionals keep making these kind of mistakes. A nurse tried to draw blood from my mom and was digging like she was trying to find gold. When I told her to take the needle out and try it again, she got upset abs walked out. They don’t check arm bracelets or anything. The African American staff treat her with care but a few Caucasian staff act like they didn’t want to touch her. She pushes her call light and they don’t respond for 30 to 40 minutes, sometimes longer. The nurse made a mistake with one of her devices today and then tried to say someone must have came behind her instead of owning up to her mistake. I’ve talk to the higher ups the other day and of course they played the concerned roll. The horrible treatment is still going on so I’m signing my mom out of Select Specialty Hospital today. They could care less about my mom’s care. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog.
Nafez Alsaleh: This is the best ever from Doctors,Nurses , Therapist and everyoneI can’t remember the names but they where amazing 🤩 😻Dr. Ahmed TufahaDr . PatelDr . KataDr ...............................Andrea .... Maryam .... Jacky .... P. Therapist 5 of themAnd everyoneThank you again you treat my like VIP ... and more 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 🌺🎁🎁🎁🎁
Chandler P: How the hell is this hospital still open? My grandma was there for 3 weeks. Deidra was very rude every time she interacted with my grandma. The hiring process for this place is a joke. Multiple incidents happened during my grandmas 3 week stay and there will be consequences for the actions of a few workers. Absolutely avoid sending a family member to this nightmare.
Connie Sims: I work for Select and we do work miracles!
Michelle Thomas: On the real though we appreciate and thank Select Specialty for being the vessel God used, for all they did for my mother she truly is a Miracle and God is not done ✅ with her yet!! She is his living testimony to God be the Glory!!When my mom left Truman Medical Center and came to Select, she looked as though there was no hope her body was frail, coma, respirator, infections, bed sores, feeding tubes, trache, BUT GOD, he used the skills of this facility to revive my mother, when she came out of her coma they got her speaking again, moving again, weaned her off the respirator, even when she had the set back from the feeding tube that was placed at the other hospital. They acted immediately had the PEG removed recovered her from the infection she closed right on up very well, and when they thought she was not going to snap back I came to visit her one day and she began to talk once again after hearing my voice, they got her moving some more again and this time she even started soft foods. They got her to the point where we her family brought her home with assists from home health on yesterday 9/6/20 and she is doing so well, still talking up a storm, moving, even trying to get up but because she was a stroke victim she can only make small movements until her muscles are back strong enough to start Walking rehab, she is eating and asking why she can’t do things herself. We let her know it’s a process and soon she will be able to do it all. Select got her this far and did their best. Now to God be the glory for the rest!! Thank you to her Case Management Team a group of absolutely wonderful people, Head of everything Susan Lopez, nurses Michelle, Ryan, Katrina, there were two sisters there that were her nurses who worked on her together. I can’t remember their names I think there was a Pamela, maybe Courtney. All I know is everyone that worked with her was awesome and I pray blessings upon all the hands that touched my mom at Select Specialty they were great to not only her but me and my siblings as well it was a very positive and uplifting experience which would have been very scary otherwise thank God for all the positive energy!!Sincerely,Ms. Pamela Simms Daughter (Michelle ~AKA~ Mickey)
Rhonda B: My son was having seizures when I walked in to visit him. Not one person called me. I removed him by way of ambulance and had to sign a discharge against medical advice. Let’s add that one up. . . Incompetence is what it was. Not to mention the blatant disregard for simple family wishes and instructions. When my son was admitted to a local hospital, he was having so many seizures they couldn’t count. It is obvious the surrounding “specialty” hospitals are junk.
Anna Ramirez: Hospital only cares about money and the bottom line. Staff members verbally and emotionally abused my loved one while he/she was in the care of this hospital. They rushed to discharge my loved one and did not provide the proper set up for her/his departure from the hospital. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
Tamika Moore: My mother died in this hospital less than a week after her second admission! During that time it was hard to get a nurse on the phone (important since we all live out of town) to provide us with her condition. We were often told to call back to speak to her assigned nurse if the call was answered at all! After her death, we were told by the charge nurse, Andrea, by the front desk admin, by the corporate medical record rep, Laurie, by the medical records personnel, Carol, eight different versions of what procedures to follow to obtain medical records. After 5 days of the run around, I spent 1.5 hours (time that was not occupied fully interacting with staff) in the hospital lobby to be provide with the final process- the hospital’s legal representation response. This ended in our already grieving family being approached by two unidentified men who accompanied Laurie to the lobby (per CEO Bridgette Hunter) and her response for their presence was because she has tried to explain to our family for the past 1.5 hours and she doesn’t know “how else to get it through to us.” So belittling!! The fact is she told me and only me her legal’s response and when my step father and sister (who had medical POA) had more questions her professional response was “she doesn’t know how else to get it through to us!” I was intimidated by this interaction! It was very unnecessary! This is how you treat your grieving families! You should not be open to care for individuals because your staff has no professional etiquette! To top it off, once she realized I recorded it she threw her hands up and said “oh my gosh this is how it goes - you filmed this.” What does that even mean? You are more concerned with a video for our families personal record of what was asked and explained than with providing medical records? Or are more concerned about a lawsuit? You don’t deserve one star, a zero is more appropriate! Don’t even bother responding and saying contact Robert, because that has already been done, as well as CEO Bridgette Hunter and we have had no response!
Michelle Cuc Guarcas: You shouldn’t get even Get a star!!! My mom was there three weeks and you neglected to provide your her the attention and care she went there for! I’m am sad for everyone’s loved one in this place! Thanks for letting my mom sit and let her leg rot because you were under staffed and gave the bare minimum care that now she is getting not one leg but two leg amputated!!! You will be reported I hope your select is selected to shut down not impressed!!!!
Trisha Moss: My mother-in-law was in that place.Pretty slow at answering calls on some shifts. Beware of being accused of practicing medicine on your loved, when you didn't. A wonderful nurse Boniface, and a couple others obviously love taking care of patients. The higher ups dont have a clue. To worried about lawsuits and bad post, I guess. One aid, Lorraine sang to my mother-in-law. So beautiful. Thank you to the ones who cared. To the others, may be time to move on. Thank you!
