Bonnie Orell: Physical therapy and occupational therapy was great and very beneficial to me. The food was not my favorite but Shantelle went out of her way to get me my favorite meals. Call light response time could use some work but all in all my visit was good. Some of the nurses aids were great and some were so so but the ones that were great made up for it.

Stacey Diamond: I went to ignite for rehabilitation due to knee replacement surgery. I was a self pay. I was there for 4 days and never received the physical therapy I was promised I left 4 days and have not received my refund for the remaining days ignite billed my insurance co for the physical therapy and got paid and I still have not recovered a refund . Some of the staff is wonderful bit the office staff is horrible would not suggest this place unless the change the office staff I was hung up in when I called to ask about my refund

Sharon Feil: The staff here was absolute wonderful. Savannah was my nurse and was always very attentive. Pt was great and knew exactly how much to push you to where it wasn’t too much. Everyone here was a delight to be around. I only gave it a 4 star due to an encounter I had with 1 agency nurse. Other than that my stay was wonderful.

Betty S: On May 10, I had hip replacement surgery. On May 14 I was transferred to Ignite in Blue Springs. I'm telling you what a horrible place this is. I got sicker everday I was there. The smell was horrible. This is just 1 instance I speaking of because it happened many times, I would ring the buzzer and had to wait 1 1/2 hrs to go to bathroom. I was choking 1 day yelling for Help they finally came in & told me I was ok. The food was horrible. The pasta was not even completely cooked. Had only 3 therapy sessions. It's rated 5 ⭐---it isn't even 1⭐ This is my experience there & just mentioned those few things, there was lot more. My daughter got me out of there Friday before something bad happened.Hopefully if you or someone has been there, you were treated good. Otherwise I can only say I,inNo Way can recommend this establishment.

Briann White: My grandma was brought in there for skilled rehab. Everyone from the kitchen staff to nurses were amazing at accommodating my grandmas needs. We never felt like a burden. The communication was on point with everyone. Therapy was amazing for her. The nurses made sure if there were questions they were answered could not have thanked Lauren and Stephanie enough for taking such great care of my grandma as well as the nurse practitioners and dr T. Emily the director of therapy did amazing with checking on my grandma and her progress. Shantelle with hospitality was great with making sure my grandma knew everything about the building. Over all very happy with how thing were tan and the support and help that my grandma got there

Bill Hubbs: They were just open arms welcoming and on top of everything. Very hospitable and concerned about your needs. Make sure you have plenty of water and just overall nice facility. Cheerful, reassuring, encouraging. Savannah was amazing and very attentive. Therapy was phenomenal. If need be will be recommending to any of my family and friends. Overall fantastic facility.

Alan Coleman: The receptionist is so nice, she made me a really good Starbucks coffee drink. I can’t remember the name of it but it was delicious! All of the staff are real friendly and my aunt says the food is getting better! There have been a few minor hiccups but overall I am grateful for all that you guys do!

Betty Weaver: Doesn't even deserve one star. Horrible place. Neglect patients. Have had 4 family members there because of insurance situations. My Aunt only lasted 5 hours then we took her home. 99 yrs old fractured back centerpoint sent her there for rehab. No one would help her to bathroom said too busy and had too many to look after. If my cousin had not spent nite would never known she had no assistance what so ever. She went at 530 pm by 1030 we were removing her. Although they said we could not. Another has passed away and another moved to centerpoint rehab. Still have one left there being treated horribly no care or help. On waiting list to move her out of there to another facility. Please do not take lived one here. Moved from St Mary's ignite to one on Trinity but both are horrible

Everyone always willing to jump in with anything a resident or fellow worker with anything they need ! I just love it couldnt imagine working anywhere else an wouldnt want to !! Danyell Wren: The facility is clean, the staff is nice and always smiling. The Director of Hospitality Nikki always made herself available answer your questions and help fix my grandma’s problems. I highly recommend this facility! They are a blessing.

Jas J: I took a tour of this facility for my great uncle who might be needing rehab. The staff was really nice and one even made me Starbucks coffee! (I think her name was Kaia). The place was clean and I like how they rolled out a red carpet for a guest that was discharging!

Jacqueline Cornett: THEY HAVE IT ON HERE THAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT A STAR OR YOU CANT POST YOUR REMARK!!!!! BUT I ONLY GIVE IT 5 THUMBS DOWN!!!! NO STAR! The only ones to send to this place is your worst enemy! I was there for 10 days and from day one NO nurse EVER came to answer the light to help me up to get to bathroom or bed which I was NOT to get up with help do to my knee replacement. The first day I needed to got to bathroom and get to my bed and from 3:30 to shift change at * pm my NEVER SEEN A NURSE. The nurses are rude argue and slam doors if you ask why I had to wait for 2-3 hours to get my pain meds. They had no idea what meds I was on and would argue that I did not get them. no one reads your chart. Never changed the bed. the food service was just as bad, no drinks with food 2 hours late hot food was cold and cold food was warm. Lost two of my ice packs that I brought with me. OT and PT nurses were great.So you have been warned if you do go to this place get ready for a fight!

Niki Ervin: I wouldn't even give this place one star but have to to bring awareness.My mom is on Hospice and I was told I was allowed a"Caregiver's breakdown relief". Her insurance covers it. I gave this facility my mom to help me for 5 days. The first time we went and visited her, no one checked on her. Pills littered the hall floors. I didn't want her to go back to that facility. I asked specifically for St. Mary's Ignite. I was told it's too hard to get into that one. If I want any break at all I have no choice but to put my mom here. Second time no mishaps that I am aware of. The third time they lost my mom $450 pair of glasses and haven't even said sorry. No compensation for them at all. Didn't feed her the entire time she was there. Now, they are billing her for staying there to be ignored. This place needs to be shut down. Please don't let your loved ones go here.

Terry Hoppenthaler: Please, Please Please read this. I do not know if the good reviews are from family of staff or what, but this place is beyond awful. My first two choices for rehab after my husband hospital stay were full. After being told by a few to stay away from Ignite, I thought how bad can it possibly be? Little did I know!My husband was there for 10 days before I removed him.Sheets were changed once by unpaid Concorde students, only after his PT told them too. His OT gave him two showers, one for evaluation and one for reevaluation. The rest of the bed changes and showers were given by me. Kitchen was supposed to stop by for menu but did not, so two nights I had to call for dinner. Housekkeeping does not mop or clean on a regular basis. After 5 days I demanded his room be cleaned. Arguments between staff in hallways. Unpaid CNA's out weigh paid staff and they have no idea what they are doing.The staff seldom take vitals or blood sugars even though he was post Covid and diabetic. Call lights go unanswered and billing could not explain his bill. patients were not told what meds they were given and the day RN was doing the med cart while facetiming her daughter! The people are ALWAY on their phones or at the hallway nurses station snacking, There was a gentlemen out front when I was asking to speak to the administrator for the SECOND time. His wife was back in his Moms room and he was waiting on admin too because his mother which required a hoist had asked to use the bathroom 45 min. earlier and all CNAs were in a Meeting? Another family left the same day we did because the husband was in the same clothes and no shower for 5 days. What really did me in was the day I removed him, a nurse I had never seen came in to give him a TB test. I said, we are out of here tommorow. She said it is standard procedure. I said why now? She said "He's a dialysis patient right? No he is not.I was truly hoping for rehab to help my husband prevent any more falls. His OT, PT were great but more work needed to be done, however I couldn't leave him there one more day. He left, no better than when he arrived.His discharge papers states that he was malnourished And had Covid pneumonia. Neither was true.I had contacted Admin. the head of nursing and corporate (who doesn't return calls). I have filed a grievance with the insurance company and a complaint With the state, that is how bad they are.The very worst thing is that there are patients there with no advocate. Sandra Jordan: Everybody was very helpful and took great care of me. They cleaned my room all the time sweeping and mopping. The meals were good and warm. Therapy was great and very patient with me.

Gosie Wilson: Kelsey makes my favorite frappe at the Luxecafe and is always so friendly. Jodi, director of hospitality, is as nice as can be and is so helpful. Lauren, director of entertainment, checks on me often and is a sweetheart. She works hard to keep everyone happy with all the activities! The meatloaf is the best I've ever had! I'd like to thank Marquese for being so good to me as well. All of the staff is wonderful, I've never been treated so well, I feel like family! There is always someone here and I always feel taken care of! Everyone is so accommodating.

Marilyn Wingate: At first things were not going well, but the last half of my stay improved greatly. The food, medications, and other things have been timely and satisfactory. The PT and OT were very good and I am satisfied with the strength I have gained. Helen, Kim, and Dakota were especially good.

I wouldn’t refer anyone here based off my own personal experience. My situation was handled poorly & it was very unacceptable!

MasterPhantomGaming The Ultimate: If I could give a lower rating I would. My parent was assaulted by a night tech because of not wanting to lay In diarrhea for hours. Staff didn’t want to care for a colostomy bag, so they’d let it leak all over. The resulting skin breakdown caused a weeklong hospital stay. Room was swept once in 6 days but only because I insisted. Don’t be fooled by all the flashy amenities!

Terry Ann Ramos: I loved my stay here. All the staff(Nursing, Physical therapy, cleaning crew.ect) they treated me like family not a patient.They even have a Starbucks inside.the meals were great and always left with a friendly hello, yes sometimes you might have to wait at night to go to the bathroom, but the cna's take care of 30 patients on each hall. I would definitely go again if I needed extended care out of the hospital.

Stephen Del Greco: My experience at Ignite was nothing short of outstanding. The entire staff from the nurses and aides to OT and PT and dietary and housekeeping were wonderful. I was treated with an incredible combination of dignity and compassion by all. Besides the nursing staff, I want to thank Jodi on the administrative team and Adrian in occupational therapy and Langston in physical therapy for their professionalism “with a personal touch.” They helped greatly in allowing me to return home to continue my convalescence. It would be my pleasure to highly recommend Ignite!

Lee Rovik: I arrived here pretty well busted up. The medical resort is wonderful. I spent 2+ weeks there. Great therapists. Everyone friendly and could do enough to be extra helpful. Food was good and the variety was fine. Hot and tasted good. My room was so clean and was cleaned everyday.My advice is that if you need a rehab place this is the one to get in to. I was here once before and when I fell I told the hospital personnel to take me only to Ignite. A big shout out to all who helped me get back on my feet!! Lee Rovik

They found a room for us, but let me list everything that was wrong that we noticed in this hotel which was why we got a refund and ran for the hills:Lobby:- musty smelling- only one person at desk- maid came in and ignored front desk worker when asked for list of ready rooms and went out the door for a smoke- hand written note on door to breakfast area saying breakfast not available until further notice per management-1 hour to wait in line then have them say they didn't have our booked room for us before they "found" a clean oneRoom(only in it five minutes):- door had previously been forced open and required full body shove to close.- sheets and blankets were stained- holes in the bathroom wall- towels were dirty- smelled like cigarette smoke (nonsmoking room)- floor was grimeyOn top of all this there were a couple people hanging around the front the entire time looking at everyone in the lobby and peering into cars.This place is filthy, and definitely not somewhere you would feel safe, comfortable or relaxed. Michael Wiggins: This was by far the worst experience staying at a hotel/motel. When I checked in, they gave me a room that someone was already in, I'm sure the lady trying to sleep was just as surprised as I was when I opened her door. When I informed the people at the front desk they did not apologize they just handed me another room key and said the housekeeping would be finished cleaning it in 5 minutes, 45 minutes later I had yet to see a single person go in the room to clean it. Once again I returned to the front desk and they gave me a third room. At least it didn't have cleaning carts or someone sleeping inside it but it was absolutely terrible, tv did not work, water pressure was terrible and half the lights did not work. I would not recommend this place to anyone. One of my friends was staying there as well and she had pretty much the same experience checking in as I did and she said she would never stay there again as well.Rooms: Filthy and rundown

Cassie Griffin: I had to go down to the front desk several times to get items that should have been in my room including toilet paper and linens for the pullout bed. I was not able to get an extra pillow for my husband because "guests steal those and we do not have any extra at this time". The breakfast was not edible. The gravy was watery and had no flavor. The eggs were sitting in water and the sausage was basically cardboard. Save your money and stay somewhere else because this location is poorly managed apparently.

Google User: The toilet and showers are old and stained. The staff steals and will come in your room without permission.The internet doesnt work and they REFUSE to call someone to fix it. The entire second floor, the ethernet ports do not work. The wifi doesnt stay connected.The snacks in the pantry are disgustingly over priced. $3 for a $1.50 bag of chips.Housekeeping comes once a week and I'm not talking about the deepclean. The house keeping that's suppose to come every morning, it's been over a week since they've been by.
