Donnell's Motorcycles: what do users think?
Zachariah Sannipoli: They can take care of getting anything for your dirt bike great friend of mine I don't feel like a customer to him I feel like family 👍😎
WR: The gentleman at the service counter was amazing. Inspection done with no appointment…turned out my KLR had a bad front turn signal switch. He could have easily told me to get lost, but took the time to replace the switch on the spot, and charged me an absurdly fair price. I can’t recall the last time I did business somewhere that someone totally went out of their way like this. I will definitely return to spend some money here. Thank you!
Travis Mustain: One star is too high for my experience. Took my bike to them in July of 2021. They acted like they didn't want to mess with it, even though I had talked to them about it on the phone, and scheduled an appointment to drop it off. The bike was originally bought from them, and its a Husqvarna, so I wanted to take it to a Husky dealer. I brought it in because it wouldn't start. They first called me and told me that the bike wasn't running because there was no air filter. I told them, that wasn't the problem, I had forgotten to leave the new air filter with the bike. I mentioned that it could be the ECU. They called me back 15 minutes later, and said it was the ECU. They obviously never checked it, because it ended up being a fuse and an o-ring on the fuel petcock. I am not someone that goes out and writes bad reviews, I understand things happen. The negligence shown by the service manager was unbelievable. I drove 3 hours to drop the bike off, and they didn't even take the time to look at it, but still charged me $185.
Brian Rogers: Always friendly sells staff and great service
Chris Wooderson: The parts department is very knowledgeable and the prices are great.
Adventure Aryck: Stop by and see the folks at Donnells. Bring the gent from Kauai a plate lunch with Kalua pork and rice. I'm sure he is missing Kauai on the cold days. I worked with Chris to grab a bike. He was knowledgeable with a great attitude. Big selection of bikes, atvs and SxS.
Zach Kurth: New year, new bike. Special thanks to Mike for running a killer parts counter.
Margo Rem: One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time!Chris was down to earth, and patient with my questions. He even had the bike set aside for me to sit on, go over some things and really get a feel for it.In fact, everyone there was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very kind. These guys are a modern bike shop with an old school approach.Great job guys! 👍👍
Joe Tarantola: I've been buying motorcycles and parts From Donnells for 30 years, when Donnell ran the show it was a nice place to do business, since his son Bart took over , they forgot how to treat customers, the place is a joke, Mr. personality know it all (Bart) should never deal with customers of any kind , I will never buy anything else From Donnels and I will suggest to everyone I know to do the shopping somewhere else
Stacy Clark: Great Service today! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!!
John hill: Best friends with all that work there. Thanks guys.
Danny Bland: Great
James Schaeffer: When to VJMC vintage Japanese motorcycle club show .cool bikes !it was a nice time .
Donny DeOrnellis: Great family owned and operated shop. Very knowledgable and will get you fixed up with what you need the first time.
Stan Allen: Excellent tire service. Quickly got me in and out. Also an excellent selection of bikes and parts.
Carter Lyda: I shipped the cylinder for my 1990 Honda XR200R to Donnells Motorcycles to be bored out to fit a larger piston. Upon arrival and inspection they informed me that I had an incorrect sized piston. I ordered a new one directly to them and they took care of the rest. Never once did I call and not get an answer and the help that I needed. I’m awaiting the arrival of the cylinder as it was just shipped today but if the quality of work is anywhere close to their customer service and time management skills, I expect to be pleased! These guys really know how to run a business with good prices, good customer service and a timely schedule. Thanks again guys, I hope to work with you again soon!
john see: Great people. Would not go anywhere else. Best price.
Matt Gartman: Chris at Donnell's Motorcycles has treated me with respect and fairness I didn't experience with other dealerships. Pricing was fair and in line with other competitors. I actually paid a little more to do business with Donnell's simply due to the level of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by all of the employees. Sales staff was great! Finance guys were spectacular (shouts out to the Nehi Peach soda guy) - overall a wonderful experience and I'll be referring friends and family to this dealer in the future.
James Massey: Great service. All team members were very helpful. Got me in and out in an hour for a tire change.
Michelle Hammack: We found my dream bike & was in & out 2hours!! Nice friendly staff & will definitely be back for service on bike. Thank you
Jen Crim: I've been a long time customer of Donnell's and have worked with Chris Thacker for years. He's always very personable and knowledgeable. The parts and service guys are awesome as well. This is my dealership for life!! Thanks, Donnell's!!

Ang: Dustin, Jeff and Andrew were all great to work with. We are very pleased with LCC. Great Customer Service! We love our new KRX SXS! 😊
Lazus B.Rawlings: Well, once a year, we are taxed in the form of license along with a myriad of our other overtaxing. I must get my motorcycle inspected, then buy a small piece of pre-perforated plastic that signifies that I've been gouged by my wonderful Uncle Sam.I have used this place for sales, I bought some of my first motorcycles from them when they were called" Liberty Suzuki ", and I've bought many parts through the years. But lately, I have them inspect my bikes. They have a nice little waiting room where you can charge your phone, drink coffee or coacoa, or even watch TV. before I knew it, they were finished and I was on my way. They now sell many different bikes and U.T.V.s as well as quads. They take good care of you and you too. Will become a lifetime customer.
Tommy Murdock: These guys are the best. My son needed a new throttle cable on his bike, and they didn’t have it in stock, so they PULLED IT off a new bike! How badass is that! THAT is service. Thank you.
Greg Smith: Dustin is by far the greatest salesman on the planet

Parker Wrigley: Bought my new MT-09 last week and had a great experience! Dustin was very helpful and I would recommend him and LCC to anyone!
James: Brian, Mike, Dustin and Andrew are awesome. We bought our first dirt bikes from LCC so we had a lot to learn. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We've been out every weekend since we got them and the kids love them.
ThatStupidBunnySuit: I came in for a helmet today. The guys who helped me out were awesome and made sure I had a good fitting safe helmet when I walked out the door. Thanks for the awesome service. Prices were pretty good too compared to the other shops I checked out.

Joe G: From my first phone conversation with Parker I felt I was dealing with good folks. The final process with Dustin Woodward for purchasing my new Kawasaki was perfect. Smiling the whole ride home and thankful for winter so I didn't eat a bug.
Rob Henthorne: Lcc is a great place to buy a motorcycle, new or used. They have great staff and Dustin Woodward walks you through the buying process like a champ! 2007 Yamaha Royal Venture!

Steve Stevens jr: They were very professional and Sam is a great sales lady!!
Bergstrom Services: Sam was very friendly and none pressure. Ask for Sam with purchase.Got to meet Jason tge owner who stop and just chatted a bit. Will return for anymore outside toys.
Scott Dalton: We bought a 2023 Honda TRX420, Mark our salesperson was exceptional. No hassle or pressure. I would recommend Dells, awesome showroom!
Jesse Stenner: 2020 KTM Duke 390I had a great experience at Dell’s Powersports. The staff was helpful and polite. Ask for Marc! Awesome sales person. It was a really fast and easy process.
Kristopher Snyder: Great customer service and very timely. :)
Tim: I love this shop. Best motorcycle buying experience I have had.
Donnie Adams: Very nice powersports store
Doug Sargent: I rarely post reviews but the service was lack luster at best. Truly disappointed in the treatment in KC as I'm an Arkansas resident needing help and trust the Arkansas Dells. KC was a complete failure for help and service.
Paul Jones: Recently "Sammi" at the part's counter researched the correct part for our 14year old Honda. She wasn't persistent in locating the part in their inventory. She also has good product knowledge of the showroom. I left with spending twice what I went there for, but more valued items that I would've drove around using my time and fuel carelessly.Thank you Sammi and Dell's Powersports
Stacey Alexander: Laura, Jared and Jason are great people and so easy to work with! Thank you for helping me with my new ride!!
Shaul Jolles: Incredible service. Very knowledgeable. Laura is 💯
Alexandra Litz: Great service!!!Everyone is wonderful but Jackson and Jason really have out done themselves on my husband and I’s visit today!! We wouldn’t go to any other place! We will always recommend Dells! Super quick, affordable and friendly!
Dan Sbisa: Wanted a machine for lake roads, hauling friends and fun around the lake. Mark helped us with a Mule FTX. If you’re looking for a side by side go to Dells and ask for Mark.
Austin Bishop: Jackson helped me with getting a Kawasaki Z900, and I couldn't be happier. The entire process was easy, and I left with a smile.
Dan oudkrei: Great people to deal with very friendly and helpful getting the right bike can be hard right now and they made it a good experience will come back again
Eric Ladd: I bought a 2023 Honda pioneer was well taken care of and they went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with what I was buying. If you’re in the market for anything like that, they are a great business that cares about their customers
Alexander Roland: Quick and easy, I was in and out and left with a sweet new ride 😎
Mike Spero: Great people and service at Dell's. Highly recommend them.
Susan Howard: Fantastic experience from start to finish. Great product, competitive price, and simply amazing service! The crew at Dells literally knocked it out of the park-thanks guys!!

Advantage Powersports: what do users think?
Jeff Denny: Had Can Am Commander we wanted and were timely on having ready to pickup.
Austin Knaus: My mother recently purchased a Trailmaster Mid from a salesmen named Mike. After stating the Trailmaster Mid might be to small and that she would need the next step up for the kids, Mike became irritated and short when my mother didn't take his recommendation. After trusting Mike she purchased the TrailMaster Mid. Only to get it home and realize it was in fact too small!!!!Not only is it too small, the steering column sticks making turning dangerous, the positive toe-in is so bad is makes the Kart look cross eyed and easy to roll (especiallysince the streering is sticky. the engine doesn't stay running for more than 5 minutes at idle, and it's leaking oil.Not only did this happen to my mother but her neighbor who purchased a Trailmaster Mini for her daughter so the kids can play. Upon her delivery A WHEEL FELL OFF. They are missing parts.Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend. The only reason I have a 1 start is because I can't give half a star.Salesmen are pushy inconsiderate and only in it for the sale. Whoever put these together is putting people's lives in danger. Please read all the reviews before you think about setting foot in this dealership.
Nicolas Thomas: They were very professional and made the process fast and easy. Would highly recommend
Mark Noble: The salesmen were very helpful and cut me a good deal on my CB500F
Shawna Post: Had an amazing buying experience! Andy is very pleasant to work with and explained all items I could purchase thoroughly. I didn't leave feeling confused or uncomfortable with the bike or warranty deals I had purchased. Thank you Advantage Powersports for being such a great company and your support to the riding community.
Frank Araujo: Amazing customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
Donald Gibson: Shawna was amazing she was a big help
Brian Moore: Shawna is the best service person ever!
Alexei Baydes: Todo muy organizado y limpio ,pero el señor que me atendió, parece que estaba de mal humor .
Rob Schuler: Noatter when or how many times I call it doesn't allowe to make a selection for what department I want to be transfered toFIX IT
Rolo Mahan: Very disappointed with this company
Chancler Bolger: Great people!! Love to place
Alex Manley: I'd you don't know any thing they will help you find what's best for you
Br H: Getting my 1st bike was fast and easy would highly recommend. Good positive people.
White Rose Motors: Service department is rude, and lately disorganized. They hang up on you, and talk down to you. Price gouging is certainly an issue here as well charging well over msrp. The only "advantage" they offer is having a great spot in the northland. Probably the reason they treat their customers like trash, because they know we have to drive a minimum of 30 minutes to get to LCC or somewhere else for better service, sales, and parts.I am hoping this review helps spark some change and make Advantage Powersports' dealership experience a little more pleasant or even enjoyable.
Jason Doyle: Great experience, very easy, no pressure. Mike was our salesmen and he was especially helpful
Eric H: I went in knowing what I wanted, they were able to answer any questions I had and get me financed and out the door.
Angelo J Pacheco: They forgot to put my brakes on my dirt bike (the only set of brakes) thank God I caught it before I rode. Service manager is incredibly rude and mocked me when I asked about it. Do not shop here! Shonna is awesome though!
Kaleb Baechle: Service department is horrible. Had a bike in their shop awhile ago and ive recently been adding a few new parts to the bike, only to find out they skipped steps and now i have to spend more money in the long run. Just stay away from this dealership and take it to a dealer like freedom cycles. I wish i would have now that im going through and having to spend more money on all the stuff they covered up
Jim H: Pure and simple thieves. Bought a bike and a week later the battery was dead. I replaced it. the following week after two miles of riding the front tire was flat. These people had to keep the battery on a charger, keep inflating the tire while it was on the floor. When I called to inform them they're reply was "what did you expect? You bought the cheapest model on the floor." In which I found on Craig's list. A flat tire can be dangerous, but they made a sale. Or a kill as they call it.Took the bike to a local shop, in Mission Shawnee, found a "loose valve stem" and missing cap. Installed a new cap and tightened the valve cap for free. Beware where you buy from ....
Seth Bachman: Great sales team. Picked this 450rl up and have had a ton of fun.

Gail's Famous Motorcycles: what do users think?
jeff reid: I joined the Gail's family yesterday. My buying experience couldn't have been any better. Thank you Mitch for helping me find the bike I wanted and to Carolyn for getting it done. Love my new bike!
Paul Jones: Gailapolusa👍
Brian Adams: Pretty happy with the work the service department put into my FLHX. Labor is high but worth it for the peace of mind while riding.
Charles Poulson: Everyone at GAILS was very friendly and I enjoyed purchasing a bike from them! Thanks!
Grant H: Went to Bike Night tonight- 5/17/23. Nice people and an avg attendance. But had a bad experience- it was free dyno testing and I pulled my bike in line for that. When my bike was next in line, the svc guy pulls my bike in the garage, but pulls it to the side and tells another svc guy to pull in the bike behind my bike around my bike and do (this kids) bike before mine. I have a problem with people cutting lines- anywhere, so I made mention why, and the svc guy minimized it, saying he could go through the sign in sheets and all that- but didn't. Its only one more bike, yes- but its the principle of the matter. I just about went in the garage, got my bike, and told them thats not how I play this. And excuses from a service person like that kindof stunned me. Hope it was a rare event.
Thomas Bunch: Great people, helpful and easy to work with.
Derrick “BLK xBLAZEx” Estell: I've been trying for a very long time to get a bike and a lifelong dream was made true by this team of Amazing individuals. Ed is the man great salesman. I get the impression if you didn't have a good though me here you were probably a jerk. Thank you Gail's for having a patient respectable team of people. It made my first 🏍️🏍️🏍️ buying experience everything. Looking for a bike check out Gail's you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to get some recording equipment and start making videos of me and Silver Cosmos 😁😁😁
Wayne Pile: I bought a new Wide Glide from Gail’s in 2002. I think it was the 10,000 mile service that the mechanic failed to put the oil back in the transmission. I was riding it and it was making terrible noises when I shifted and a mechanic at the shop said there was no oil in the transmission. When speaking with Gail regarding this, she was very upset that this happened and assured me that if anything went wrong with the transmission she would fix it at her cost. You could see the sincerity in her eyes and I told her that was good enough for me. I kept the bike for several years and never had any issues with it.
A Morgan: We went to Gail’s to get our granddaughter a helmet so she could ride on our motorcycles and the 4wheeler and be safe. We had a heck of a time getting this baby girl to try on a helmet but……… Jennifer saved the day she made it fun picking out her helmet and getting her head measured as well as finding the perfect one!!! Our granddaughter loves her helmet and FINALLY got to wear it to ride the wheeler with papa!! Thank you Jennifer for being so amazing with this hunt for the perfect helmet.
John Totzke: Knowledgeable staff, decent to work with be it either purchasing a bike, parts or clothing
Brian Lane: Great place, thanks for the charging stations
Ann S: Everyone there is always so nice & helpful. Always doing things for the community. A+++
Caleb Rodgers: Awesome place to buy a bike! Prices are good and displayed on every bike available. Have to give salesman Jordan a huge shout out and thank you for helping me along through every step of the process and definitely for helping me pick out what I feel is the right bike for me. Also Ed in financing was a huge help in securing a loan to make my dream of owning a Harley come true. I will definitely be back when it comes time to purchase another bike.
Ravyn Coffey: I love the atmosphere here. When you walk in you’re not overly powered with people they let you look and I love that they have plus size cloths. Gail’s is so sweet and doesn’t act like she’s to good to speak to you. Also want to send a huge shot out to the amazing Jennifer when we bought our helmets she was sooooo amazing at showing us all our options. This spring I will be getting my riders course threw Gail and I will buy my bike from her!!!
Todd Lowe: I went in to get two new tires put on my motorcycle. My bike doesn't have a very common tire size and I received a tire that was almost 5 years old for the front. I wasn't happy about it. The service department originally contacted the tire representative who did nothing. Eventually after Gail found out about the problem they replaced both my tires again. Now I am very happy! The people were very friendly throughout the process and service was great. Highly recommended.
Mike Strange: Gail is always making exciting things happen with her friendly staff.
klhod79: Gail’s was awesome. I was told by a good friend that Gail’s would treat me well and they did! Great sales and service. Good people to work with. “I got mine at Gail’s”
Dwight Craig: Gail’s service department always go over everything on my trike to make sure that it’s in great condition. Everyone one at Gail’s Famous Motorcycle makes you feel like family.
David Darlington: Wasn't real impressed. Also, they do not have anything bigger that a 4x in men's.
Rob M.: I have had nothing but great experiences with Gail’s. From service and warranty work on a bike I bought, to just helping with questions when I’d call. Service department has always been top notch.
Kristine Wright: The staff at Gail’s was so kind and patient in helping us select a dirt bike for our son. They helped with everything from picking the bike to delivering it during school hours so we could hide it for Christmas to fitting safety gear and making adjustments on the bike so it would feel just right. As first-time buyers, we needed a lot of help, and we got it! The list is long, but here goes. Thank you to Kim, Denisse, Jennifer, Ed, Colin, Anthony, Evan, Will, and Peyton for helping us out! We certainly would recommend Gail’s to anyone interested in buying or needing service on a motorcycle.
