Freedom Cycles: what do users think?
Joshua Bracamonte: Recently bought a 2023 drz 400sm from Freedom cycles and only have good things to say. The bike i was looking for had to be orderd and it showed up in just over a week which was way quicker than I had expected. They were patient while getting all the financing worked out and made the process so easy for me. Will no doubt be returning here for any and all bike purchases in the future. Would like to say thanks to Tyler, Fred, and most of all Maggie for getting me back on a bike this summer.
Chelsie Wilson: Kolby and Maggie are absolutely amazing!!! We bought a brand new razor and we had an amazing experience. Absolutely recommend coming here!!
jeremy culp: Amazing people got me in a nice Goldwing.
Michelle Hobbs: I go here to get a product called SC1 for our side by side. It shines it up like it's new. However, this time, I went, and the young lady offered up another product that supposedly did the exact same thing as SC1, and it was on sale. I asked her if she was sure, and she guaranteed it was the same to let her know if it wasn't the same. I'm letting you know it wasn't even close to the same. You should do a test on your 2 products for future reference. The Sc1 gets it back to shiny after you've been on gravel roads.I got 2 cans instead of 1 for the lower price. I called my husband because he doesn't change once he's set on something. I told him she swore it would be the same as SC1 for his side by side. He ended up going to Renos the next day and buying his SC1.She tried to be helpful and save me some money, but it failed. I ended up paying more out of pocket. It's my fault I shouldn't have switched products without visual proof.
Max Monroe: Bought my first bike here at freedom cycles the staff were fantastic. They answered Any questions i had and were super helpful
Nathaniel McWilliams: Bob the parts guy and Garret the service guy were very helpful.
Kyle Gilliam: I’d been looking for a go kart for my boys for a while. Freedom Cycles has several listed on their website, so I called about them. They were very friendly and had answers for all of my questions. I drove 2.5 hours to pick up the go kart. Their customer service was great. Everyone was genuinely welcoming when we got there and were very helpful through the whole process. We’ll definitely be back for future purchases.
Chris Dehn: Awesome showroom! Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Left with the exact bike we’d been looking for! Thank you for staying past closing time to finish up the paperwork.
Katie Payne: We had a great experience purchasing a cheetah 8 go kart for our kids! Everyone was very accommodating and helped us make our purchase as smooth and quickly as possible. We will most definitely return for future purchases!
Ayden: Tyler was a great salesman and Maggie was great
anthony akers: Maggie and Colby were extremely professional and courteous, everything was fast easy. A incredible experience!
Alex Robrecht: They had a great selection, I got to be picky about color in the bike I wanted, which was awesome. Everyone was knowledgeable and experienced. Kolby and Maggie were awesome to work with. I never felt pressured to buy any bike, warranty, or program that I didn't want, which I really appreciated.
Peyton Heitmann: Have great service and all parts in stock would recommend
James Goertzen: Sydney is the best parts associate in the store! The redhead is the worst I’ve ever met.
Jonah Hall: Sydney is the best
Dean Shepard: Spencer and Tyler went above and beyond to help me get my bike in the road. They were awesome to work with!
Sean C: I’ve been to a lot of motorcycle dealerships in this country.. but this one stands out. Sydney was absolutely amazing.. very professional and her product knowledge was incredible.Thank you
S. Reinert: They really did me right. I will say I was not happy at first but it was not them it was the situation. I have a 4010 Mule FE and the batteries kept draining. Once they looked at it and explained what was going on I understood. I really thought there was a problem with the machine but it was an accessory that I put on. They even cut me a break on the labor. I will continue to business with them and highly recommend their service department.
James Hendrickson: Very professional and approachable. I was very well taken care of. Cannot recommend freedom cycles enough! Any kinda questions I had they were right there to break it down into understandable answers.
Tony Armstrong: Wonderful experience with maggie and jimmy...best place buy!
zage mathis: The english vocabulary can not describe how amazing this place is; staff beyond amazing, financial advisors, amazing, and the accommodations they make for you are even better my whole experience with freedom cycle was amazing

Advantage Powersports: what do users think?
Jeff Denny: Had Can Am Commander we wanted and were timely on having ready to pickup.
Austin Knaus: My mother recently purchased a Trailmaster Mid from a salesmen named Mike. After stating the Trailmaster Mid might be to small and that she would need the next step up for the kids, Mike became irritated and short when my mother didn't take his recommendation. After trusting Mike she purchased the TrailMaster Mid. Only to get it home and realize it was in fact too small!!!!Not only is it too small, the steering column sticks making turning dangerous, the positive toe-in is so bad is makes the Kart look cross eyed and easy to roll (especiallysince the streering is sticky. the engine doesn't stay running for more than 5 minutes at idle, and it's leaking oil.Not only did this happen to my mother but her neighbor who purchased a Trailmaster Mini for her daughter so the kids can play. Upon her delivery A WHEEL FELL OFF. They are missing parts.Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend. The only reason I have a 1 start is because I can't give half a star.Salesmen are pushy inconsiderate and only in it for the sale. Whoever put these together is putting people's lives in danger. Please read all the reviews before you think about setting foot in this dealership.
Nicolas Thomas: They were very professional and made the process fast and easy. Would highly recommend
Mark Noble: The salesmen were very helpful and cut me a good deal on my CB500F
Shawna Post: Had an amazing buying experience! Andy is very pleasant to work with and explained all items I could purchase thoroughly. I didn't leave feeling confused or uncomfortable with the bike or warranty deals I had purchased. Thank you Advantage Powersports for being such a great company and your support to the riding community.
Frank Araujo: Amazing customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
Donald Gibson: Shawna was amazing she was a big help
Brian Moore: Shawna is the best service person ever!
Alexei Baydes: Todo muy organizado y limpio ,pero el señor que me atendió, parece que estaba de mal humor .
Rob Schuler: Noatter when or how many times I call it doesn't allowe to make a selection for what department I want to be transfered toFIX IT
Rolo Mahan: Very disappointed with this company
Chancler Bolger: Great people!! Love to place
Alex Manley: I'd you don't know any thing they will help you find what's best for you
Br H: Getting my 1st bike was fast and easy would highly recommend. Good positive people.
White Rose Motors: Service department is rude, and lately disorganized. They hang up on you, and talk down to you. Price gouging is certainly an issue here as well charging well over msrp. The only "advantage" they offer is having a great spot in the northland. Probably the reason they treat their customers like trash, because they know we have to drive a minimum of 30 minutes to get to LCC or somewhere else for better service, sales, and parts.I am hoping this review helps spark some change and make Advantage Powersports' dealership experience a little more pleasant or even enjoyable.
Jason Doyle: Great experience, very easy, no pressure. Mike was our salesmen and he was especially helpful
Eric H: I went in knowing what I wanted, they were able to answer any questions I had and get me financed and out the door.
Angelo J Pacheco: They forgot to put my brakes on my dirt bike (the only set of brakes) thank God I caught it before I rode. Service manager is incredibly rude and mocked me when I asked about it. Do not shop here! Shonna is awesome though!
Kaleb Baechle: Service department is horrible. Had a bike in their shop awhile ago and ive recently been adding a few new parts to the bike, only to find out they skipped steps and now i have to spend more money in the long run. Just stay away from this dealership and take it to a dealer like freedom cycles. I wish i would have now that im going through and having to spend more money on all the stuff they covered up
Jim H: Pure and simple thieves. Bought a bike and a week later the battery was dead. I replaced it. the following week after two miles of riding the front tire was flat. These people had to keep the battery on a charger, keep inflating the tire while it was on the floor. When I called to inform them they're reply was "what did you expect? You bought the cheapest model on the floor." In which I found on Craig's list. A flat tire can be dangerous, but they made a sale. Or a kill as they call it.Took the bike to a local shop, in Mission Shawnee, found a "loose valve stem" and missing cap. Installed a new cap and tightened the valve cap for free. Beware where you buy from ....
Seth Bachman: Great sales team. Picked this 450rl up and have had a ton of fun.

Reno's Powersports Kc: what do users think?
Dave Rees: Best people ,best products, and huge selection with many choices
Alex Caskey: Attentive and courtesy staff.
Alexei Baydes: Buena atención recibí en el día de hoy ,variedades de artículos y equipos, el lugar está limpio y agradable.
Tammie Yardley: They did a great job putting a hitch on ourCanAm Spider
Jim Schank: I stumbled upon Reno's last fall when in search of a new wave runner. Placed an order and they allowed me to move my deposit to an even nicer machine. Picked up my craft last week and can't wait to get it in the water. Jackson and a few members of the staff I met have been fantastic! So far this has been a great experience. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come. If you are in need of anything powersports, Reno's is worth the drive.
michael woods: Friendly and helpful
Dave Monteil: Awesome customer service soon as I walked in the door. Very knowledgable parts department on changing the thermostat in my Can Am and also got the repair Mechanic involved explaining in Detail
Gorman Penn: Loop
Randall Wade: I have always had a great experience at Reno's. From the first time I walked in the door 20 years ago to now I have always been treated very well and given the best service.
Katrina Kirby: We bought our bike here. Pretty good service. Ok selection.
David Kubie: Renos staff are friendly and always willing to help you with any of your bike needs! Dosent matter what you ride, they'll help as much as they can! I would recommend anyone to come here for parts, equipment, or service!
Paul Van Erem: Very knowledgeable sales staff. Quick ready in and out service.
Troy Wooten: Amazing, made the experience super simple and efficient. Appreciated the service beginning to end (which was only over a couple days!!). Thanks for everything guys - highly recommend!
Nancy Ogle: Reno Powersports has the best service in town. Nice, quick and professional. They got my bike the next day and had it done in a day. I will have all my work done there. Kurt in service was awesome!
Michael Skipworth: Awesome Service, !!! Very freindly
Richard kinney: Bought my can am x3 here in 2018. It's only had to come back twice for unique issues. One a wire came disconnected from ecu. Found it pretty quickly.Other ecu went out. And it took quit awhile to get it figured out.For as much time as they had to put into this issue I believe they charged me very fair. Unit was there awhile and the was running short on ideas since no way to check a ecu.But they got it, then sent it to Evo Powersports for retune. The was very fair on price. Highly recommend them. Not the cheapest but they will fix it.OTHER SHOP I took it to before going to them on ecu problem diagnosed it as bad turbo wanted me to spend 2600 on new turbo.Reno powersports kept it alive and kicking.
Nick Takacs: Salesmen were extremely nice and sorrowful that they couldn’t offer me a decent amount for my trade. The service department gave me great advice that saved me a few 100 bucks. Parts department was well stocked and had 4/5 parts I needed with the other being only two days away. This is a great place and I’m happy this is my new Ducati shop.
Max Ellis: Had a very poor experience buying a bike here. They will lie to you about the bike’s condition.
Nick Lane: This used to be a great shop with welcoming staff but something has happened in the last 12 months that makes this place miserable to deal with.
Patrick Calhoon: I have been working on getting my motorcycle titled, jumping through all of the DMV hoops. I have a “declaratory of judgement” and the DMV needed an IDOD and two estimates of value from two different dealers. I live 5 minutes away from Reno’s and have bought parts there previously. I asked the salesperson if they could help me with an estimate. Instead of taking 2 minutes and looking up the NADA value, writing it on a business card and earning a customer for life, he said, “ I can’t help you”.So I left. I don’t have any interest in returning, it wasn’t a good experience.
Max Kowalewich: best dealer in this area, freedom and advantage never take me serious but renos is always there when i need last minute repairs

Dell's Powersports: what do users think?
Troy Sodders: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Casandra Marino: Went to search for a possible new motorcycle. Walk in and not a single staff greets or asks if you need help, while many sit at a table in the middle of the store. Had to seek someone out to ask any questions and in two visits the staff was not very knowledgeable and deferred questions to others. They didnt seem overly interested on making a sale. They likely need more training on customer service. Lost my business because of the poor customer service. Decent selection of helmets though not much in the way of gear.
Steve Stevens jr: They were very professional and Sam is a great sales lady!!
Bergstrom Services: Sam was very friendly and none pressure. Ask for Sam with purchase.Got to meet Jason tge owner who stop and just chatted a bit. Will return for anymore outside toys.
Scott Dalton: We bought a 2023 Honda TRX420, Mark our salesperson was exceptional. No hassle or pressure. I would recommend Dells, awesome showroom!
Jesse Stenner: 2020 KTM Duke 390I had a great experience at Dell’s Powersports. The staff was helpful and polite. Ask for Marc! Awesome sales person. It was a really fast and easy process.
Kristopher Snyder: Great customer service and very timely. :)
Tim: I love this shop. Best motorcycle buying experience I have had.
Donnie Adams: Very nice powersports store
Doug Sargent: I rarely post reviews but the service was lack luster at best. Truly disappointed in the treatment in KC as I'm an Arkansas resident needing help and trust the Arkansas Dells. KC was a complete failure for help and service.
Paul Jones: Recently "Sammi" at the part's counter researched the correct part for our 14year old Honda. She wasn't persistent in locating the part in their inventory. She also has good product knowledge of the showroom. I left with spending twice what I went there for, but more valued items that I would've drove around using my time and fuel carelessly.Thank you Sammi and Dell's Powersports
Stacey Alexander: Laura, Jared and Jason are great people and so easy to work with! Thank you for helping me with my new ride!!
Shaul Jolles: Incredible service. Very knowledgeable. Laura is 💯
Alexandra Litz: Great service!!!Everyone is wonderful but Jackson and Jason really have out done themselves on my husband and I’s visit today!! We wouldn’t go to any other place! We will always recommend Dells! Super quick, affordable and friendly!
Dan Sbisa: Wanted a machine for lake roads, hauling friends and fun around the lake. Mark helped us with a Mule FTX. If you’re looking for a side by side go to Dells and ask for Mark.
Austin Bishop: Jackson helped me with getting a Kawasaki Z900, and I couldn't be happier. The entire process was easy, and I left with a smile.
Dan oudkrei: Great people to deal with very friendly and helpful getting the right bike can be hard right now and they made it a good experience will come back again
Eric Ladd: I bought a 2023 Honda pioneer was well taken care of and they went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with what I was buying. If you’re in the market for anything like that, they are a great business that cares about their customers
Alexander Roland: Quick and easy, I was in and out and left with a sweet new ride 😎
Mike Spero: Great people and service at Dell's. Highly recommend them.
Susan Howard: Fantastic experience from start to finish. Great product, competitive price, and simply amazing service! The crew at Dells literally knocked it out of the park-thanks guys!!

RideNow Powersports Kansas City & Indian Motorcycle: what do users think?
Scott Alspach: Great experience buying my new Triumph! Went in early Friday for a test ride and rode out a couple hours later on my new bike. Donovan, Craig, and Eric, thanks again for everything!
kathy salierno: My appt was at 12 but got my bike there early for its 500 mile check and oil change. It was done before noon. The guys always do a good job and are available for any questions I have
Aaron Stilwell: The team here is amazing! Zach, Eric, and Craig took all the time I needed in answering all of my questions. No games, no hassle, great price. Highly recommend them!
Joe Denison: Great experience buying a motorcycle! They had the bike I wanted, they spent all the time I needed to look it over, ask questions, and test ride it. They listened to what I wanted and met the need 100% — they didn’t try to sell me on “their choice” like I’ve experienced at other dealerships (where I left unsatisfied and without a bike). They made a fair sale offer right out of the gate. Knowledgeable staff and they have a certified Triumph service mechanic.
Matthew Brooks: Got the deal done quickly with everything we would hope for when buy a used Polaris RZR.
Joe Davis: Outstanding place to either look or purchase a motorcycle. Great employees! Would recommend.
james pilcher: My second motorcycle from ride now. The staff have been very nice to me and I am very grateful for the help and friendship from all. Thank you so much again.
joshua grabham: I called their service team on Friday about getting my razor running issue diagnosed. I was told they had openings the following week and I asked if I could bring it in and drop it off Saturday but when I showed up to drop it off they told me they don’t work on machines more than eight years old and did not seem interested in at least diagnosing. When I had talked to the person on the phone, they knew the year of my machine.I called a competitor and they were more than willing to look at and help me figure out my machines issuesWould not recommend using or purchasing from them with the eight year limit they won’t even work on the machine that I purchased from them.
jose manuel urbina marciales: Excellent service, I took a spectacular Indian motorcycle
Samuel Carns: Second time customer at ride now Kansas city. Fantastic experience everytime! Dan was so helpful and patient while my wife and I shopped around for a few hours. Eric got us exactly the deal we needed to get a bike home that day. Service department busted their butts to get it checked out and we were able to cruise together that night. Hearing from Jamie a few days later to make sure we were completely happy really sealed the deal. I will be a Ride Now Customer for life
David Duerfeldt: These guys really did want to work with me! A very pleasant buying experience. The follow up has been as impressive as everything else. Highly recommend you let them take care of you on your next purchase!
Gayla Cary: Wonderful people an of course Beautiful Motorcycles.
Nasser Barouqa: I found the service of Ride now kc very enjoyable. The service and people were very friendly. It has a nice community that comes out every weekend. I bought CBR1000RR S1. But they specialize in triumphs and Indians. I find that they have the biggest selection in Kansas City area, and there used bikes that are reliable cost efficient. When buying a 1000cc bike I was expecting them to sell me something that was in a lower CC class like a good dealership should. Of course I'm very stubborn, so I decided to buy it anyways and I've never been happier.
Chalon Barnett: I stopped in on a Saturday to look at a Scout Bobber I saw online. Talking with Gary about it for a little while I decided to go ahead and make the leap. Gary and the team handled everything wonderfully. From helping with the purchase as well as customizing the bike before I take it home. I can't tell you how comfortable they made the whole experience.
brandon mccane: They sold me a motorcycle, There was no pressure, and no sneaky extras slipped into the contract. They are also masters of karate, and friendship for everyone.
Cristino Franco: They get jobs done as they promised
Tom Zart: HARLEY RIDERS PAST & NOW!!I've got a brand new HarleyAnd a tank full of gas.A beautiful woman behind meAnd we're not driving fast. We're pulling a trailerWith a tent packed inside. For camping beneath the starsJust me and my bride.Come morning we’ll go fishingBelow the damn of Table RockWhere the big trout all hideFrom those anglers who talk. We’ll bait our hooks with salmon eggsAnd catch a pan or two.Strike a fire and cook a mealAnd fear not the morrow’s newWe left our cars at homeCause we chose to go two wheeling. As we cling to our best on wheelsIt gives us a special feeling!By Tom ZartMost Published Poet On The Web1,650 Poems
Alex Darby: Awesome guys here, very helpful and gave me a great first dealership experience. I came in a bit late in the day and they got me back on two wheels that day. They were even nice enough to keep an eye on my truck while I got the bike home.
Lonnie DeLeon: First time buying a new motorcycle, the guys helped answer all my questions and made the whole process real easy. Plus you can't go wrong buying an Indian.
Douglas Roeder: Had to have a seat replaced under warranty. They worked me in on very short notice because I was passing through town. Very grateful that I dont have to make another 3 hr trip. These guys have always treated me great.
Alan Miller: Really nice place and good customer service but $75 for 3 spark plugs.. wow thats expensive!

Harper's Moto Guzzi: what do users think?
Owen Fernance: Have been trying to contact harpers since March about my order with no reply to at least 6 emails sent. Set up an account on there page that looks like it's been deleted. I either want my parts or money back!! I'm in Australia so it's not so simple to call with the time zones. Very poor or should I say no customer service...
Robert Devlin: Awesome shop, super helpful and knowledgeable.
Randolph Roane: Everything you hope for in a business transaction - a friendly, live person answers the phone without delay, they had what I needed at a price far better than the dealership, (which didn't have the part, a simple turn signal lens on a two year old bike, and couldn't say when they might have it!!) The correct part arrived two days later, and my machine is whole again. I could not be happier.
peter scott: Blimey where do I start? I live in the UK and around 10 weeks ago I visited their website looking for a loop frame solo Police seat. The website showed the seat as " in stock" for $349. I ordered it with a credit card and immediately emailed them asking that they ship it to my freight forwarder in California. I stated that time was of the essence as I had a vehicle waiting to ship back to the UK and it could come back with that. No reply. I waited 7 days and emailed them again, I had no confirmation of order, no shipping price, no nothing. Waited 3 more days and finally had a reply from Curtis Harper stating that the seat was out of stock and would be restocked in 2 weeks. I then hear nothing for 6 weeks. Email Curtis Harper again asking for an update as the ship had now sailed and the seat would now need to ship direct to the UK. NO REPLY. I wait a further 10 days and email him asking for the order to cancel as I had now bought one elsewhere . NO REPLY. A WEEK LATER I RECEIVE A CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION SHOWING HARPER MOTO GUZZI. NO EMAIL NO NOTHING . EMAIL CURTIS HARPER AND ASK WHY I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $349 FOR A SEAT I ORDERED 12 WEEKS AGO AND SUBSEQUENTLY CANCELLED ? UPSHOT IS HE IGNORED THE EMAIL CANCELLING THE SEAT AND SENT IT TO THE FREIGHT FORWARDER. I AM CURRENTLY INVOLVED IN LEGAL ACTION WITH HIM TO RECOVER MY MONEY. NO PRODUCT AND NO MONEY, THAT'S THE WAY HARPERS MOTO GUZZI TRADE!!!!In response to your reply, lies lies and more lies, and now who is being unreasonable suggesting I will reverse payment and steal the seat. You're clearly a wonderfully successful individual?I bought a seat from Cycle Garden, no messing around, paid for it, they dispatched it the next day received by freight forwarders the following day. They sent me tracking details as requested plus order confirmation etc which is something you have not done even now. Interestingly you have communicated more since I posted this review than you have over the last 10 weeks, despite my emails. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES HOW REACTIVE RATHER THAN PROACTIVE YOU ARE!
richard shieldhouse: Spent $800+ for a new crankshaft. Curtis sent me a used one that had been honed ... and honed badly. Inexcusable.
BradandJen McCleary: Totally hidden gem. It’s mostly online sales but since we are neighbors we got to tour the shop a bit. It’s amazing what they do / offer. One of the online locations for this great brand in the states. They even have a 3 mile course on the property that they used to host races on. Very cool place and people!!
Brian Jones: I sure miss this track. Great times with great people for many years. Curtis ran a great series!
Stan Zangel: Outstanding service from Curtis. Always has parts that are needed. Will stand behind everything they sell. Thank you.
Larry Jones: I rebuilt my 1972 750 _Ambassador and they provider excellent service and answered all of my questions with easy to understand answers.
Anthony Scott: I'm more than 80 Aust dollars out of pocket after returning incorrect petcock washers ( Harpers mistake not mine ) which I purchased 4 months ago.Curtis told me he'd send others after I made him aware of their mistake. No apology was offered for my inconvenience. All this time later I've received no correct replacements or refund. If you're reading this and about to shop for Moto Guzzi parts , do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, and by using a payment method such as PayPal for example you're sure to get a full refund in this type of situation.Anthony Scott
Dave Kramer: I have been dealing with Harper's since the 1970's, when I lived in Ohio, with my 73 Eldorado 850 and They Gave me Excellent service Then, and when I needed some Info awhile Back, Same Great service, and with out High Prices. I recommend them to anyone, no matter what Brand you Ride...
Barry: Knew exactly the part I needed when I called. Delivered with no issues. A pleasure to deal with.
Finch Williams: Very helpful, friendly folks. Just placed an order with them. They are very knowledgable and have a cool"Laid back" way of doing business. One of the things I really liked is they were patient and answered all of my questions in a friendly helpful way.
Ned Miller: Great service with knowledgeable people! Great place to buy Moto Guzzi parts or motorcycles. They have a deep understanding of this brand.

Letko Cycles: what do users think?
Veronica Bolton: Rude and stuck up management and sales. Glad we didn’t buy our bike here seeing as most of the other negative reviews are from people who made a new purchase.
Frank Zane: If you're looking for a Zero or KTM go to Gails powersports, not here. These guys have stone face bad attitudes, until your low APR loan goes through that the manager constantly doubted you on. Then you are treated like family until you've signed away your money. Back to the not caring attitude. Jimmy was one of the few exceptions. I brought in a bike to get warranty service done and when I came to pick it up they tried to charge me over 200$...now the warranty work they did is failing again and they refuse to fix it on the bike they sold me new! Bad management never fails to amaze me. Zero will love this.
Joseph Smith: Experience with the entire store team was amazing. Highly recommend to purchase your bike from them.
Jack Jett: Great people
Craig Jantzi: Great bunch of guys who make it easy to purchase a bike.
David Snarr: Letko is absolutely the best. Always have the parts I need!!! If your a racer this is your place. Their service department has got me out of a jam more then once!!! But on top of that they are great people. Every time I go in with a question they have an answer and they are quick to give you good advice. I can’t say enough good about this place. Always enjoy going there if for nothing else to visit with their staff.
Case Piper Vlogs: Couldn’t find a part anywhere near Okc, called Letko & they had it. Super nice guy at Letko was able to get down to ship part overnight for us so our kid could make his race this weekend. This kid has worked so hard to get ready for this race, you made his week! Thank you so much!We have friends in Olathe & will be stopping by Letko Cycles when we’re in town next. You’re much appreciated!
James Boyd: 4,000 miles into the trip I needed new tires and not only was I able to get same day service but Jimmy (service tech) was able to get 3 stuck bolts off that prevented the front wheel from coming off. Very good service and each customer that came in while I was waiting got positive professional help. Solid 5 stars!
Chris Becco: Staff was very nice, reasonable price on my first service.
Holly Williams: My husband bought a motorcycle here last year. Brand new so no problems but a blinker going out within the first 6 mos and that blinker taking a year to come into the store. Well we Got the First oil change at 800miles as recommended. After this first initial oil change, we noticed the oil was black. So we brought it in (at 1600 miles) to figure out why the oil was black. Husband asked them to look it over. When I call to check on the status of the bike and the details and such they tell me they changed the oil, took an 1 & 1/2 on it and it would be $167. Well my husband didn’t ask for an oil change, factory recommends changing it at 3000 miles after the 800mile change so it shouldnt of needed one… when he called to explain this to the mechanic on site the guy replied that it was a misunderstanding and my husband offered to still pay the labor on the bike. When he picked up the bike, he paid 120 for labor!!! Gave the guy his appreciation, Went to shake the guys hand and he refused then replied that he missed out on 70$ bc of the confusion. - incredibly disrespectful, not personable what so ever. They just want you to spend money and get out the door. Bought a bike here and WILL NEVER BRING IT BACK HERE.
gabriel Lucas: Don’t had a great experience on this location, stopped by other day and literally was me and another customer at the shop, the guy on front desk just proceeded a payment of the other customer, and don’t even asked me to helped me on anything, and walked on the back of the shop, I standing there for a couple minutes no one showed up,when he came back I asked about the ktm 300 I wanted, he literally said they don’t had none, I asked if I could order one or if was some on the way, he said he had no idea and walked on the back again, I left the shop, went to donnells on independence and brought a brand new te 300 That day. Particularly I think he thought I was not a serious buyer because I was work dressed.
David Reed: The gentlemen here take good care of my wife's Zero SR.
Mark “The Dr.” Steward: Letko cycles has been a part of my life since I first started racing motocross when I was a kid. Incredible knowledgeable staff. Always reliable and on point with the service of all types of motocross bikes. The knowledge of knowing that your bike will be maintained impeccably. 10 out of 10
Mikki Miller: Bought a pit bike from Letko and they told us how excellent the bike performed and how in the past Thumpstar replaced the engine because of transmission problems and they stand by their products....First had a flat tire on day 1 and replaced the tube because the valve stem was broke off and took the tube to them and it was a shoulder shrug and thrown in the corner. Well had some problems with it slipping out of gear, rear brake not working, fouling plugs, and not idling right during the first month of ownership and brought the bike up during the warranty period. When we called about the bike a week later we were told it was a bent shift rod and the part was warrantied but they would work with us on the labor cost. 1 week later I called they said the bike was done. Went up there to pick it up and they said they just did an oil change and adjusted the carb. If they did do that they did a great job putting the dirt back in place and upon riding the idle was still wavering and the bike jumped out of gear going up hill. Had someone else fix the bike and it was all simple adjustments that they refused to even look at.
Lambert Short: Great bikes and great people
David Bangert: I recently bought a new gas gas ec 300 and had a great experience with the Letko team. I went in yesterday to have some additional parts added and the service is top notch. Highly recommend for all your bike needs!
James Lindner: Great guys working here and very helpful.
Dru Gordon: I was undecided on purchasing a BMW or KTM Adventure Bike after riding them both. The dealership experience sold me on the KTM. These guys treat me like family every time I walk through the door. I just purchased my second bike at Letko. They never disappoint. I can not say enough about how great they are to work with. Genuine people running this place. Six stars.
Steve Powell: All I wanted was a license plate ring. I completely understand the shipping and lack of product. I spoke to two people, the 2nd of which claimed to be the store manager. I was at store 3 months ago, was there to order or buy a 1290 adventureR.. Sales was only interested in dumping inventory. I was there to order what I wanted. BS. That day I was there was obviously, 3 months ago. Short staff couldn't handle walk ins....potential buyers, to man phone for services and parts. How about you man phones for potential buyers that pay your rent? I will definitely pass this on to my fellow KTM owners
Dennis Eaton: Very pleasant and helpful.
Julie Van Kirk: Very personal crew and the only Zero motorcycle dealer in Kansas! They are a great shop and highly trusted
