From the initial phone inquiry, to paying for my service, I was treated like a long time valued customer and a friend, despite it being my 1st time there.The mechanic, Wes, called to update me on the work requested, and suggested other work which was needed. Being the actual mechanic, he was able to walk me through everything done. You don't get that level of service and personal communication at any dealership.Give yourself plenty of time to stay and chat because the owners, and the mechanics will hang out, answer any questions and swap stories. No rush, they're interested in building relationships with customers. Its no wonder they've been at that location so long. They've figured out how to make lifelong customers.

WR: The gentleman at the service counter was amazing. Inspection done with no appointment…turned out my KLR had a bad front turn signal switch. He could have easily told me to get lost, but took the time to replace the switch on the spot, and charged me an absurdly fair price. I can’t recall the last time I did business somewhere that someone totally went out of their way like this. I will definitely return to spend some money here. Thank you!

Travis Mustain: One star is too high for my experience. Took my bike to them in July of 2021. They acted like they didn't want to mess with it, even though I had talked to them about it on the phone, and scheduled an appointment to drop it off. The bike was originally bought from them, and its a Husqvarna, so I wanted to take it to a Husky dealer. I brought it in because it wouldn't start. They first called me and told me that the bike wasn't running because there was no air filter. I told them, that wasn't the problem, I had forgotten to leave the new air filter with the bike. I mentioned that it could be the ECU. They called me back 15 minutes later, and said it was the ECU. They obviously never checked it, because it ended up being a fuse and an o-ring on the fuel petcock. I am not someone that goes out and writes bad reviews, I understand things happen. The negligence shown by the service manager was unbelievable. I drove 3 hours to drop the bike off, and they didn't even take the time to look at it, but still charged me $185.

Carter Lyda: I shipped the cylinder for my 1990 Honda XR200R to Donnells Motorcycles to be bored out to fit a larger piston. Upon arrival and inspection they informed me that I had an incorrect sized piston. I ordered a new one directly to them and they took care of the rest. Never once did I call and not get an answer and the help that I needed. I’m awaiting the arrival of the cylinder as it was just shipped today but if the quality of work is anywhere close to their customer service and time management skills, I expect to be pleased! These guys really know how to run a business with good prices, good customer service and a timely schedule. Thanks again guys, I hope to work with you again soon!

Finance guys were spectacular (shouts out to the Nehi Peach soda guy) - overall a wonderful experience and I'll be referring friends and family to this dealer in the future.

Chelsea Rinehart: I am only leaving 1 star because I can NOT leave a 0 star rating. We bought our 2021 RZR 4 seater last year and was asked to leave it there so they could service it. My husband said we didn't pay this much money for a machine we couldn't take home and asked when we needed to have it there for said service's and that we would bring it and pick it back up the same day. Took it in for services and told them the front passenger door wouldn't stay latched. After bringing it back home and going for a little ride in town re realized they didn't fix the door. About a week after bringing it home we were only able to ride a few time's do to having issue's with the 4 wheel drive not working and locking in. Called multiple times about the issue and no answer's or calls back for week's. Finally got in to have it fixed and they tried to talk my husband in to trading in our machine for something we didn't want and more money. With poor communication a week or so later we got it back. Door still wasn't fixed either and we were also told it had a recall and to stop driving it and we would be getting a call, email or something in the mail. Almost a year later we are paying for a nice looking machine to be a garage ornament and still no answer's. We will be reaching out to so a better place of business for help and to fix the issues with our machine! Unless you enjoy the run around, no call backs and things not fixed when they say they will or flat out being lied to then this is your place to go! Drive a little further to get a good running machine of you have to.

Chris: Unfortunate because I was a prior customer. This finance team has to be the most unorganized, unethical team I have had to deal with. Same reason I left RideNow to come do business here. Between the run arounds of pulling credit, to lying to the banks about the value of the UTV we were trying to purchase. Misinformation about when and who they ran credit through Was told that they ran through a certain bank and we got approved for X amount yet I called the bank and there was no application submitted, miscommunication between the finance and the sales. Telling my wife we got approved for X amount of dollars at way higher interest then what the bank said when we called. No urgency to try and make a deal done. Understaffed. The list Could go on and on but I would leave it at this take your business elsewhere.

spainkee3: Seems like the only high rankings are for sales. Unfortunately, not the case for the service department. Everyone seemed awesome at first and then went downhill after that. Took my Slingshot in for repairs. After picking it up, I had to turn right back around because it wasn't fixed. Picked it up a second time and turn right back around because they failed to fix it. After I got an email from Polaris to review the place, I was honest about my experience. I got an email from Austin (sales manager)to leave a phone number if I wanted to discuss my issues. I got crickets. He must have been just checking off a box to make contact. I called the service department multiple times to speak to Steve multiple times and left messages to call me back and got ghosted every time. If you need work done after buying from them, look somewhere else. Their sales area is disgustingly dirty and their service area is a hot mess. Update: Took the SS to Ride Now in Olathe. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed the first time. NEVER go to Dream Machines if you need work done on your Slingshot!

Absolute horror story of an ordeal. Literally admitted that they had an apprentice work on it that didn’t know what he was doing, very unprofessional, no communication. Would give them zero stars if that were an option. The picture of the scooter looking nice and put together is the BEFORE picture from the day I dropped it off with them. The picture of the scooter in pieces is how I got it back ten months later. Mark was rude and belligerent. Read the other negative reviews… they say the same thing about his attitude and his replies to reviews are even combative. I’m reporting them to the BBB too.

They likely need more training on customer service. Lost my business because of the poor customer service. Decent selection of helmets though not much in the way of gear.
