Carl Vogliardo: I didn't end up buying a car here, but it was just a matter of inventory timing -- the website was clear about which cars are on hand and which are in-transit (why can't everyone do this) and I had a good experience with Nawaz, who was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. I'll definitely give this place another look when it's time for the next car.

Nawaz Ally was great with his communication with us - very upfront and honest, but not overwhelming or pushy. Tim Merson: I was helping my significant other in her search for a new vehicle, and Matt the internet sales guy was great to work with. Ultimately we ended up deciding not to make a purchase at this time, but Matt was straight forward and helped us every step of the way without making us feel pressured. He did his job by informing us of various options, but was never pushy. I've personally purchased close to a dozen cars from dealerships alone, and almost every time feel like far to much of my time was wasted. Matt is a great asset to this dealership, and the entire dealership process would be significantly improved if there were more like him.Also the dealership in general had straight forward pricing without the various nonsense addendums regarding trade in and financing so many places attempt to charge. There are many dealerships I simply will not do business with due to their practices, I can say I wouldn't hesitate to return to Bob Sight.
Liane Vieira: Car sold smelling of smoke!!I recently purchased a car from Bob Sight Kia and would not recommend. My “new” car was delivered with an awful cigarette smell, completely dusty on the inside despite being told it was detailed, and with zero windshield wiper fluid. The sales associates were difficult to get a hold of and the management could care less about their customers. After spending thousands of dollars on a car all we asked is that we were reimbursed for the cost of a new detail and odor remover treatment but the company refused to do even that. They clearly only care about the money here and I wish we had purchased elsewhere.I also emailed the manager as they suggested in the comment below to resolve the issue and never heard back so that is clearly a ruse as well. Don’t do business here.

jcott: Have you ever heard, “Sales gets the first, service gets the rest” (or in this case, doesn’t)?I had a great buying experience but the service department has been gone downhill for the past three years. They are too busy for the size of their facility and they are under staffed. I just spent 20 minutes on hold before I hung up. That isn’t the first time it has happened and in they have hung up on my before. (Not while speaking with me - while on hold, someone disconnected the call.) Simple service requests (oil change) take forever to schedule. God help you if you have a hybrid because there is only one guy who can do that part and he isn’t very good - plan on renting a vehicle if you need repairs. Not only did my husband get a new car at a different dealership, but the whole experience has turned us off of the Kia brand and I will never make a purchase from any Bob Sight dealership again.

Todd S. and Bob both tricked me into signing a contract that included a “Forced Warranty Scam”. Google it - there are articles online all about it. Todd is a sleazy conman (aren’t most salesmen?).Todd had me sign paperwork and said things like “we’re going to throw in oil changes, tire rotations, car maintenance, GAP coverage, etc.” Leaving the impression that these things were going to be covered by Kia, not added as an additional price to the total amount of my car.The funny thing is that people think they get away with being scamming thieves, but they’re going to wish they wouldn’t have messed with a Child of God! There is no rest for the wicked and what you do to others will always come back to you. I have peace knowing that God will handle the both of you.They’re not even worth it. I’m going to report them to the BBB and seek a lawyer to see what my options are. God is going to have the last laugh with these two. Read your contract and don’t let them rush you into signing anything! Stay away from these frauds, especially if you’re black.
Someguy Somewhere: I cannot even begin to explain how disappointed I am with Bob Sight Kia. We have a 2016 Kia soul with 66,000 miles on it that needs the catalytic converter replaced for a third time.66k miles and catalytic converter number 3...We need to now have it towed from Bob Sight to a small mechanic shop in order to save as much money as we can because we simply cannot even afford this repair. We have spent hours on the phone with Kia and with Jeff the service manager and we have given up. The big guys win and the little guys lose.However, we need a car, and unfortunately it looks like it will be about $2400 just to have it running again.66k miles, catalytic converter #3, and somehow this is ok with Bob Sight Kia and with Kia in general.

During purchase when I asked for maintenance records they told me they don't have them available and their warranty would cover any issues that come up in a relatively short time. Their warranty didn't cover any of it, and the chrysler representative warned us their warranty was not easy to deal with and theyve had clients have issues like this befire from enterprise. I've reached out 3 seperate times since Friday to the sales manager Tom and the Sales associated Anthony and haven't heard back once.

Eager Zhang: Thank you Jared and the team for the awesome car purchasing experience!I started looking for a used Hyundai or Kia car since I really loved their design and safety features, and Enterprise Independence definitely got great resources and often below-KBB price with that manufacturer. Yes it's a sales department from a rental car company, but after my first visit I would say the car condition looked amazing considering its mileage! We finally transferred a KONA from Texas and it only took 3 days plus a weekend to arrive, it's clean like new inside the hood! It's been a day of driving my new baby suv now and everything looks and feels perfect.Jared was excellent helping me search for the models and following up with the paperworks! Not pushy at all, very patient and transparent about financing options, and respectful for my busy schedule (!) I would recommend them 100% if you're searching for your next ride, with a good deal.

Initial sales experience was great, but everything after that was a customer service nightmare. Purchased the vehicle in May and did not finally received all the paperwork necessary to register it until October--all because their office made simple clerical mistakes on the title documents on 4 different occasions! This led to multiple trips to the office, multiple trips to the DMV to try and register, and many phone calls, only to be dismissed and told to keep waiting. There was no initiative taken to update us regularly and seemingly little urgency to resolve the multiple issues created by their mistakes. At one point I contacted customer service through the corporate website to try and get help and did not receive a call back for over a week. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had. A 1-star rating seems too high, unfortunately, zero is not available.

Randy K: I am impressed. I usually shy away from small dealerships, but this group of professionals have changed my mind. I purchased a 2007 Expedition from them and the vehicle was exactly as they described. Clear history and priced below market. There was an issue with the power liftgate, but they had it fixed before I took delivery. It was really a good buying experience. I recommend you check them out.

Julie Killian: Paid full price ($5000) on a broken 2006 Lincoln Navigator. Not only did they hide error messages (disconnected battery so they wouldnt show up immediately), but after I bought the car the starter and battery went out 4 days later. I replaced those not thinking much about it. The error messages had shown up after I started the car 4 times telling me to check the suspension and the tire gauges. I have had the car since the last week in March. The first week in april the engine started making noise. Long story short it has a rod knocking amongst other pressing issues that is going to cost me $6000 or more to fix. I saved and saved to be able to buy a nice car for my family to safely travel in and you sold me JUNK!

tracey laird: Do NOT buy a car here! They are scam artist taking advantage of good people. I bought a 2004 Cadillac Deville on February 26th. It had low miles and drove great. Started having problems about a week later. We had to pay $525 to replace the power steering pump and $450 to buy new tires. We were told by the shop that the tires were 11 years old and dry rotted. I drove it for a couple days after that without incident, then started having problems again. It was shaking and smelling like burning. I then dropped it off at the Cadillac dealership to have them check it out. I got the phone call this morning. They said it needs almost $10,000 worth of work. They said there’s noway it should have ever passed inspection and that it’s dangerous to drive. The transmission is pouring out fluid, tie rods are bad, too much else to list. I paid $2750 for the car. Courtesy cars btw gave me proof it passed inspection in January so obviously those people are in on the scam. My husband is disabled and I am on unemployment so no idea how we will ever be able to afford another car or get rid of this LEMON!SPEED past this lot as fast as you can and don’t even think about stopping!

Jason Steele: So I'm giving a 4 star because of a few reasons. So the good first. The sales staff are honest and not pushy. The management is as well. They are also customer first. They want you happy no matter if your buying new or pre-owned. This was my third car I purchased and the first with any negative issues. These issues came from a third party vendor they trusted to do the work on the car as like everyone they don't have enough people. I have done several repairs now as have they due to this person. The other issue is they could be better at letting eager customers know what's going on. Lack of communication in house lead to frustrating situations. All in all its a great place to buy a car or truck. I have and still tell family and friends go here.

Autumn Ashe: Key was replaced and I had extended warranty. Service staff refused to call to confirm coverage prior to checking out. I had to call insurance after leaving and file for reimbursement instead of them taking care of it through my insurance, so I am out $550 until the reimbursement goes through.

Christina Walker: Traded in a beauty with leather seats because I thought I was getting a deal but the price given when I picked the car was much different from what I actually payed. The night I picked the car, after my trade in I should’ve only had 30k left so I payed half. The next morning after looking over my paperwork, I noticed the form from the night I signed for the car the first night I came in was gone and I had only the loan agreement of 33k left to pay. I thought it was interest so I went back to put more money down and I still own 20k but if everyone there was honest it’d be only 10k. I’d recommend coming with a camera and taking photos of all documents just in case something is switched and you sign unknowingly because all purchases are final.

Also, last time I was at Landmark they had coffee available for customers waiting on repairs, so I didn't bring any coffee with me this time..ooops, no coffee available. A little disappointing but thank you for having bottled water available.

I decided I was going to go look at it only knowing it had low miles. Long story short met Blessing, nicest guy ever spent almost half the day just talking and having a good time. Also he got me what I wanted everyone was also nice and trying to work with you. Sometimes you didn't have to ask like getting a lower Apr. They did what they could to make it great for the customer. Most dealers will just try to sell you whatever as long as they make the sale. Didn't feel like this here and if I ever get another car I will definitely be coming back.

The passenger side external turn signal light still pops out of place while driving (could EASILY scratch the paint) and the clasp on the inside of the trunk that holds the door to the jack closed wasn’t replaced, just put back, so that door still opens. I purchased MaxCare for 5 yrs and that only seems to have been worthless!! The radio cuts out for absolutely no reason, the GPS switches from miles to kilometers at random and says the speed limit’s 85 in a 30mph zone or 105 in a 65. Then all of a sudden, it started throwing brake system error messages at me!! They can’t fix any of this “in house”. I have to take it to a dealer to have it looked at and corrected. Now today, my car won’t lock using the key faub OR the button on the inside of the drivers’ door!! I CAN’T LOCK MY CAR!!! They key faub is around my neck, NOT in the car. The spare set is in another city.. I wouldn’t buy another car from this place if I HAD to and MaxCare is a joke!!!

Kenneth Lain: This review is worth reading! First and foremost, Carmax is an incredibly honest company. They had sold me a Mercedes benz, which had unknown damage to the frame. When they discovered the mistake, the team at Carmax jumped into action and moved mountains to make it right. Came in with a Mercedes and left with a brand new Acura, and my payment went down! Carmax could have easily screwed me over, and i wouldn't have known any better. But that's just not how Carmax and thier team rolls.If you are looking for a car, ask for Chris J. He's one hell of a guy. Matthew, the manager, was amazing also!
Michelle Brown: Don't trust their online quotes and the staff was not helpful at all. I couldn't get the car up to them by the 7 day deadline but I made an appointment by the deadline, for 2 days later and they gave me $1500 less because I couldn't get the car there in the 7 days. I even took my quote and appointment emails and they would not honor my quote.

However Sharon who helped us finish up the deal and do express pick up was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely excited for us! She is the only reason we would go back again!

Jimmy Winter: This place sold my wife a car that does not run properly. They promised to fix it. Never did. The warranty they sold us doesn’t cover the fix. Now they want to repo her car because she paid her insurance late. The insurance company doesn’t update the system over the weekend, so it will not show she is covered until Monday. He won’t work with us and wait to check on Monday. He said he was just gonna take the car back. These guys are sweet as pie until they have your money!! USE CAUTION!!!
