When I call, no matter who answers, I am treated as if I see them on a regular basis and nothing has ever had a digital or scripted feel. Joe Rhoney: This dump insurance company literally ruined our lives by denying our claim we were hit by an uninsured motorist. If you are dumb enough to have this insurance company read the reviews on Google and it will show standard operating practice for this company it's to deny all claims if you are hit by an uninsured motorists. We paid our bills likely we're supposed to and they literally spent tens of thousands of dollars fighting us fighting us to deny our claim even though we had permanent damage.

Really nice experience and checked off one of the big to-dos before my trip.I also reccomend bringing the passport-sized photos and completed paperwork with you instead of having them done and filling it out there if you can :)

grouchie girl: I live in Missouri. I have a family membership. My son was stranded 30 miles from his home in CA with our car and called AAA. When the driver arrived they didnt check the vehicle, see if it needed a jump etc. They asked where we wanted it towed and we only knew of the garage in LA we had used once before. We were charged $10 per additional mile which equates to $320. This is 3 times the cost of my membership. Why does AAA agree to this $10/mile charge and bot have a max amount you can be charged??!! This is literally highway robbery and when I called to complain, I was told be two different reps “it is what it is” Still waiting for a manager to call me back. When I asked Louis Luna (H070) why they didn’t check the battery he said that was not the drivers job. If they had replaced the battery my son could have driven back to LA to have the car serviced. I call this FFF service.

Then he change it to Delta Comfort after again telling him we wanted first class, and he changed the flights on the return to a early morning flight, which we had already told him we didn't want early morning. We went in on a Saturday morning and it is now Tuesday and we still have no clue as to what is going on!

Michaela M: Kurt at AAA insurance is the most rude entitled man I’ve even encountered with customer service. He started getting super political with me and refused to transfer me to a supervisor and then hung up on me. He literally started arguing with me and talking about the government and legislation. I kept telling him to transfer me to a supervisor because the conversation was turning into a belittlement and I could sense discrimination in his voice. He kept going on and on and refused to listen to me then hung up on me. This convo lasted for almost 20 min. All I called about was my last invoice because I switched insurance companies and he basically yelled at me saying that he can’t help me, there’s no extension/ payment arrangement and that my bill will just be sent to collections because all insurance companies are the same. He tried to belittle me because Kurt saw my last name and ran with it because I didn’t agree with him. Entitled men like to feel superior and ppl like Kurt assume that just because my last name isn’t American that I was not born and raised in the US. This country is completely messed up. Don’t get insurance from this company if you are not white.

nicholas munden: Dan is the man! Haha I know I'm going to sound like a cliché insurance commercial, but Dan was able to get me a quote of $260/mo after progressive tried to raise my rate to $490/mo! He literally saved me over $200/mo on my insurance, and to top it off, I locked my keys in my vehicle during my visit, and this man drove me home to get my spare key. Quality establishment, deserving of my patronage.
David Shuck: Dan is the man! I got quoted at Auto Discount for $300 down and $180 a month and Dan got me insured for $110 down and $110 a month! Thanks Dan!

Leigh Ann Little: Larry Hawk overcharged my father for YEARS based on accidents had by somebody with the same name. Dear Ole Dad wanted to be loyal to Larry Hawk, because he'd been his agent for decades, but it took the man from Geico less than three minutes to ascertain that my father had not been involved in any of the accidents his State Farm rates had been based on. Customer service at this office was VERY rude to my father. We could never speak to Larry Hawk personally. Dad saved more than 75% by switching to Geico.

K Noel: Have been a client for many years with 3 homes and 2 cars all with Clint Woods. Yet he has never returned a phone call nor met him in person or spoken with us directly. The only reason we have stayed as long as we have is testament to his staff. But due to this ongoing neglect we are looking to transfer to another agent or perhaps back to State Farm. Would not recommend him as an agent.
