R R: I'm part of a multi-family group all insured through here for more than a decade, and after the previous agentKelly Lambert left , getting in touch with anyone is impossible! Rates and premiums started to go up every month which doesn't make any sense, nobody calls you back even after they promise to. Piles of conflicting renewal's come in the mail which doesn't make sense. It seems as if once your on auto pay, they couldn't care less and proceed to draft whatever amount of money they want without consent! They charge you an 8 percent fee for paper billing and a $2 fee for auto pay. Lastly, you pay a $30 membership fee every year and get nothing for it.They claim members can earn MORE points to redeem towards the fee , but I found out this isn't true and is a sham!
