They do not hold firm to their own words or loyalty to their customers. I would go with a bigger insurance agency instead of this small one. At least the bigger agency’s have to be more polite when speaking with you about a case. Everyone’s better off with a different agency than this one!

When I got home and called his Insurance Company they asked me the name of the driver or the truck number, of course with it being a busy intersection I didn't get his name, only the Insurance document which to my surprise didn't have his name on it, it was a commercial policy.I got a picture of the back of his truck but there was no license plate on it. I called the office and told the girls my experience and they immediately got ahold of Brian and he reached out to me. Joe Rhoney: This dump insurance company literally ruined our lives by denying our claim we were hit by an uninsured motorist. If you are dumb enough to have this insurance company read the reviews on Google and it will show standard operating practice for this company it's to deny all claims if you are hit by an uninsured motorists. We paid our bills likely we're supposed to and they literally spent tens of thousands of dollars fighting us fighting us to deny our claim even though we had permanent damage.

Really nice experience and checked off one of the big to-dos before my trip.I also reccomend bringing the passport-sized photos and completed paperwork with you instead of having them done and filling it out there if you can :)

grouchie girl: I live in Missouri. I have a family membership. My son was stranded 30 miles from his home in CA with our car and called AAA. When the driver arrived they didnt check the vehicle, see if it needed a jump etc. They asked where we wanted it towed and we only knew of the garage in LA we had used once before. We were charged $10 per additional mile which equates to $320. This is 3 times the cost of my membership. Why does AAA agree to this $10/mile charge and bot have a max amount you can be charged??!! This is literally highway robbery and when I called to complain, I was told be two different reps “it is what it is” Still waiting for a manager to call me back. When I asked Louis Luna (H070) why they didn’t check the battery he said that was not the drivers job. If they had replaced the battery my son could have driven back to LA to have the car serviced. I call this FFF service.

Then he change it to Delta Comfort after again telling him we wanted first class, and he changed the flights on the return to a early morning flight, which we had already told him we didn't want early morning. We went in on a Saturday morning and it is now Tuesday and we still have no clue as to what is going on!

Michaela M: Kurt at AAA insurance is the most rude entitled man I’ve even encountered with customer service. He started getting super political with me and refused to transfer me to a supervisor and then hung up on me. He literally started arguing with me and talking about the government and legislation. I kept telling him to transfer me to a supervisor because the conversation was turning into a belittlement and I could sense discrimination in his voice. He kept going on and on and refused to listen to me then hung up on me. This convo lasted for almost 20 min. All I called about was my last invoice because I switched insurance companies and he basically yelled at me saying that he can’t help me, there’s no extension/ payment arrangement and that my bill will just be sent to collections because all insurance companies are the same. He tried to belittle me because Kurt saw my last name and ran with it because I didn’t agree with him. Entitled men like to feel superior and ppl like Kurt assume that just because my last name isn’t American that I was not born and raised in the US. This country is completely messed up. Don’t get insurance from this company if you are not white.

Emily Hurley: I definitely try not to leave reviews when emotions are high. Go back in September I faced very Trumatic experience of waking up to find my vehicle being stolen from my driveway. Well State Farm was fast to get me into a rental car I experienced many Road blocks along the way between getting the vehicle recovered into the shop and back into my hands. I have missed a total of six workdays due to not having a vehicle. I haven’t had to fight banking companies to retrieve the fraudulent theft of my funds. I have had to fight rental car companies who left me out in the cold taking the vehicles that I was driving claiming my insurance company had not paid the bill. And now to find out my vehicle still will not be completed and back in my hands and I will be missing more work. When I called to speak to my agent they said let me get you through to her hold on. I only get back on the phone and tell me that she wasn’t in the office and I could send her an email. I feel as thoughI have been discarded and ignored and left in the dirt during one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. We pay thousands of dollars in insurance premiums to feel protected in the event of such tragedies. I do not feel that the state farm office has had my back nor has the company as a whole protected my assets either. Other than us experience this office has been nothing but helpful and kind. But the most devastating event I’ve ever been through I just don’t feel as though I mattered.please don’t publicly try to make me out to blame. i have been in contact with cable dahmer. enterprise etc. even my adjuster to for you to state i’ve not been in contact to make your office appear diligent is wrong.My husband and I have both spoke to you producer paris and alex and no you have not attempted to make contact. i understand your business need to rectify a situation but your going at it wrong. AGAIN, once i finally received my vehicle two months later there is still damage and issues. i’ve spoke and emailed with my adjuster and cable dahmer! this is still the worst experience one could expect during a traumatic time.
