Leslie Lanning: Excellent customer service and very pleasant experience. The only problem that was a big deal to us personally was that we researched this business prior to traveling(as we do all new places)and it taking us over an hour to get there. Was It clearly stated that it was ♿️ accessible. This is NOT TRUE! Unfortunately, my husband, who is a paraplegic and wheelchair bound, was unable to join in on the fun with his son and wife and had to remain sitting outside in our van while the kiddo and I shopped :( picking out all new fish, plants, and decor for our pond back home.

They have the tools both in store and knowledge for what you need to have your pond operating correctly and your fish happy! Their customer service is top notch and unparalleled.

Bugiroff: It looks like, and is, a tiny little shop. But, they have a large variety of pond fish and plants. The stock tanks out back are filled with hundreds of fish, large and small. Beautiful plants. Invertebrates to help keep things tidy. If you're looking to keep fish outside, they can help you!

Crystal Rice: Staff was incredible. I arrived literally a minute before closing but they were the only place that was open to pick up my dogs food & my dogs had ran out. The closing manager kept the store open so I could quickly get the dogs food. She didn't have to because I know it delayed them getting out by a few minutes at least.

Patti Smith: Went in to pick up crickets for my daughter and her fiance and came out with a lot of information about the gecko and it's proper way to feed it. Even was introduced to the cricket keeper to assist with keeping extra little devils on hand for the next feeding. I even found a few treats for my friend that was outside waiting for me but I didn't get my friend a treat just her dog LOL

If you have a pet who is maybe sick or being finicky about food, this place will have whatever you need to get through that situation. Her name is Lela she is always smiling,extea pleasent to deal with as well as knowledgeable she runs a tight ship and is very easy on the eyes. So if you want great service that is above and beyond. The girl working the register took the time to find the right size, put it on and adjust it, etc. It was better service than you ever get most places anymore. I wish I had made note of her name. She was very personable and reflected well for Petco.

First thing...When I stepped out of the car sure enough...I couldn't believe my nose!!! then, had to squat!The see through doors opened like magic!When I walked in...omagosh!! the SMELLS!!extremely excited... immediately my nose took to the floor! Every toy, bone, antler, chewie, ball, every corner marked territory by others before me, then I ofcourse marked my own little spots just to be fair! Mom said they were nice enough to leave cleaning supplies all over just for our messes sorry!We miss my Twitchy so mom stopped to look at the cats up for adoption it was really sad, they all looked lonely, we couldn't go in the room mom didn't want to startle them...ONward with the hunt! We walked through so many aisles, looked at steps for my short legs, I got to smell all kinds of bones, chewies, clothes, toys, tried on a funny hat I didn't like so much then looked at birds and fish!! Even annoying crickets live there.It was so much fun to explore but then I saw a hooman with a white coat, they call a vet, he looked scary and I was glad I didn't have to visit him!We got me a new car seat and stuff I needed for my itchy skin and probiotics for my tummyMom says she gives 5 stars NOT ME...I'm giving 2 cause :I ⭐got to pee2⭐⭐ for my favorite duck treatsThanks!

Teddy Tompkins: I've always enjoyed shopping here. I have purchased a lot of my bedding plants and shrubs here over the years. Recent purchase was a really nice Jane Magnolia tree. Nice garden center and the only reason it doesn't get a 5 today is as follows. There were absolutely no shopping carts anywhere in sight. None in front and none directly inside. Had to either traipse back out to parking lot or to front of main entrance of store to get one.
