David Barnard: This store is a joke, I came in to sell 2 big swords, 2 star wars funko pops, and 2 ps2 video games.Lady looks them up and says she can do me $10 dollars for all of it.I can't believe someone would say that with such a serious face.That wouldn't even cover 0.01 of the value of the sword alone!Don't waist you time.
Alexis: Scumbag in there kept an eye on me and followed me around like I was going to steal something, immediately felt uncomfortable.
Skife: Weird experience here all around. No negotiations were allowed. Their pricing was not fair, even by pawn shop standards.I was NOT demanding top dollar for anything, as to be expected with used items. However what they were selling was also a used item.When it was all priced out, I would have essentially given up 1600 worth of item plus an additional 400 for something that was worth around 1000.They understood that I was going to use the money from the sell to then turn around and buy another item from them. They were looking to borderline rip me off entirely and I wont allow that to happen.Not even considering negotiations leaves me to think that ripping me off was the biggest priority.I've always been able to at least bargain to some degree when working with retailers that buy from customers.

Mary Kay Little: I brought in a steel weed eater working great....and all he wanted to give me was $20 and charged 300% interest!! He could have at least given me $25 for it!! So I owe $25 for the loan. I had ask for $60. Why was the interestso high?Isn't this against the law? You could sell it all day long for $100. I needed Bill money and this was all he cared about was taking advantage of ME!!

Arianna Lietz: Sold items on two separate occasions. These people are friendly and have some of the best gold prices around. Fair and honest offers. I would recommend and certainly do business with them again.

They told me, a young black man in my nurse uniform that I must give them my wallet to walk around the store so I won’t steal…the workers will follow you around even tho there is nothing small to steal, everything small is locked up. If you value your dollar and your community go somewhere else these people deserve to be ran out of town. I work in the medical field and save lives and because I’m black they made me feel like a criminal. It’s 2022 and these people are sad, still living in racial times…no diversity in the staff too…I wonder why??

Phabious Phocus Reviews-Opinions & Comedy: On today I went in and bought four Xbox one games. the staff was pretty pleasant but one gentleman stood out the most and his name is Brian. Brian is a cashier who had helped me out was very mannerable very patient kind and was a prime example of what true customer service should reflect. Very pleasant memorable and outgoing this experience makes me want to come back and visit again and again though this is not my first time at this establishment.

Jason Pool: Fair deals, nice staff, and decent pricing on merchandise. They sell a little of everything, and offer pawn loans on just about anything of value. They will even purchase items outright if it is something you do not need anymore. Just remember, it is a business, they are there to help people, but also to make a profit, that is what businesses do. So many people do not understand and can't believe they cannot sell what they have for the value of it purchased new. Go in with the idea that they are going to offer you the best possible deal for both parties involved and you will have a satisfying experience.

I’m writing because while waiting my turn (which didn’t take but a few minutes on very busy Sunday afternoon) the pawn shop guys were helping everyone with the same friendly service. Quick, efficient and with a smile. I had come from the City because no pawn shops are open in the city on Sundays. I won’t be doing business in the city again. Thanks guys!

Game Tester: If you want a fair value for tools do not go here I had a Milwaukee surge impact 2 of them which run roughly average of $150 a pop along with a grinder 3 battery's, 2 1.5's and 1 3.0 high capacity and the 6 port sequential charger snap on light thats around $150 they're really weird about how they wanted to to do it for some reason the want kits when it comes to tools. Either they don't know how buying tools from actually distributers works. But you can buy battery's by themselves chargers and tools all by there selves or in kits of many varieties. But at the end they wouldn't take 1 surge due to it having the sticker gone, and the grinder within reason due to it missing the guard but even if it had the guard it didn't have the handle so they wouldn't of taken it even with the guard considering every contractor I've met removes the handle and and few even remove the guard but for 1 impact the 3 batteries and the 6 port charge they offered just under $50. Do not go here go to the pawn shop on 23rd st I got 30 just for the 6 port charger alone. And sold all of it for 175 without issue. Lol overall all the tools together even used is close to 400 500 range and they offered under 50 around 10% returnPawn shop on 23rd St atleast gave me closer to 30-40% range. Greed lost y'all few hundred in profit smh 😂 after reading these reviews apparently they really are just pos business 😂
S. Jennings: So I've been here plenty of time ..brought an AR, revolver, guitar and binary switch from them all pretty cool easy transaction when buying from them. But MY PPL please DONT PAWN OR SELL ur items with them do that with Alpha Pawn that's down the street from them. Reason is I came to them trying to pawn 2 AR's and 2 gen 5 Glocks they offered me $650 for 4 GUNS. While Alpha pawn offered me $1100 for 1 AR and 2 gen 5 Glocks. Jim Murphy: I brought some diamond rings in. Not just diamond. Rings but a 1dcwt that was almost flawless to the point they first said it was fake. With two other rings that I knew what the value was they offered me 650 dollars. The next morning I went to another store and got a very fair offer of 4000 dollars. These people are crooks and. Don't. Even come close to a fair offer.

S Allen: Bought a dehumidifier that was incorrectly marked as a portal ac unit. Tool the unit back to the pawn shop. Thankfully I bought the warranty for the item because they would not reutnr based off of false advertising and the item being completely different than what I was told it was. Came back in a week later to find the same item I returned still marked as an ac unit. I mentioned to the staff and they were unconcerned with the item being completely different than what it is advertised as. The dehumidifier even blows out hot air. Would definitely not recommend this location. I would definitely refer someone to the 24 hwy location or the independence Ave location as they are more honest and actually helpful.

They are always willing to help me find something or work things out with me regardless of how big or small a request I make. They truly have AMAZING customer service skills and also very very knowledgeable in regards to the type of items they are displaying, selling or just pawning. They have even gone out of their way to help me determine if a diamond or few i had that were lose in a container were real or fake. Truly an exceptional bunch of people that do care about treating you with respect, kindness and overall FAIRNESS. I would definitely suggest giving them a try.

Well the guy looks at the rings and says I dont buy costume rings didnt even bother to put them under the magnifying thing to see if their real or not just held them in his hands and looked at them and said I dont buy costume rings.

Teo Munteanu: Absolute worst experience of my life. I was treated like garbage by every single employee in here. One lady working the counter with piercings in her ear told me the manager had just gone out to lunch and will return by 11:30-12PM , which is totally understandable. I would’ve waited, but they asked me to come to the counter and started making rude comments about an authentic designer handbag that I brought in. Then, a male employee came to the counter as well and asked me the same questions, then called me a liar to my face. I couldn’t take it anymore and walked out as I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in my life.I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to deal with underpaid, disrespectful employees who take out all of their frustration on potential customers / clients.

Chris Leatherman: I haven't been to a pawn shop in years! When I say years, I'm talking like 5 to 10 yrs min. Saw these guys on Facebook market place. I was looking at a gold chain I really liked. Ended up buying it and charm to go with it and a chair.. They was so pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be back to support them. There prices was definitely reasonable.

Dennis Bishop: I have unfortunately had to use the services of this business on a few different occasions lately due to everything increasing in value except my pay rate lol and I've had 0 issues. I was very impressed and thankful that when I pawned my rifle I was immediately told about the policy of picking it up because when I did return to get it and was delayed again I would have been upset had I nor already known this was a possibility. Also I had called around to several different places and this business most Definitely gave me what was the closest to a fair price as I could have got I suppose so that too was a plus. Lastly when I did finally get everything taken care of and was able to pick it up there was no hassle and they knew exactly where my item was and even remembered me after only meeting me one time when I had dropped it off which to me means that unlike alot of the competition these people take the initiative of building relationships with their customers even if it is something as small as remembering a name or what itm you were picking up, it was impressive to me because I've seen the number of customers that can move thru these kinds of places in just a short time. Great work guys I am and will be a return customer 👍

Max Schaffer: I went in there to sell my 2016 iPod touch and 3 Android phone's I waited 25 minutes While they help 4 other people when I got there I was the only one there at the time before 4 other people came in and got waited on and I'm standing with a box of stuff when it was My turn I set the box of stuff on the counter and said I need to sell this stuff they offered me $ 15 for the iPod that I paid $650 for it new and $5 for each phone that I paid $95 for each phone New I said I need I need at least $950 they said no way the employee didn't even look any info on any of my items and we're very rude and I have not gone back
J MORRIS: Came in at 2:00 on 2/20/21. Only one customer in store 3 employee waited over 10 minutes for help or someone to say something. Eventually another customer came in and they received immediate help. Ended up leaving never again will I come here. Ridiculous how bad service can be. Especially when they had something I wanted. Can you give negative stars?
Andrew Treece: The manager Terri is SHADY, let a new employee lead us to believe that the $30 we were paying was paying down the total. It was to extend the loan 30 days. So I went back 4 days later to pick up my item and she basically said I'm beat and blamed it on the new employee. Them proceeded to talk trash as I walked out. I contacted rick wessel the CEO of first cash, the parent company of cash america.

So we both sit for a few more minutes than leave. I call and no one answers. GET NEW EMPLOYEES THAT OPEN ON TIME AND ACTUALLY DOES THIER JOB!!! NO EXCUSE. Christian Joplin: Was selling a blue yeti microphone, asking for 40 bucks (130 new, 80 cheapest on ebay), perfect working, pristine condition, but the lady offered me 10 dollars because, "her son had one and he got it for cheap", and she didn't do any research on it whatsoever and truly only based the price on the price in which her son got it (which couldn't have been under 70 bucks or so).Proceeded up to the nearest (non Cash America) pawnshop and they gave me 35 for it no problem, went back in to that pawn shop a couple days later and it was sold for 85.Not only are Cash Americas employees stupid but they're losing money for their business.
