Charles Quick: Back in November I put a rifle on layaway...I got sick and forgot that I had it on layaway... When I went back they had understandably sold it... However I lost all of the money that I had put down... They said it was a restocking fee.... This place is a ripoff and I will not ever do business with this location or any other cash America again!Take your business somewhere else!
Shannen Osberry: They always try and undercut me when I try to sell my things say for instance, a $400 laptop can only sell for $75 in the shop when I pawned it for $150 dollars? Their logic on selling things is horrible and need to pick up on some customer service tips.
S Allen: Bought a dehumidifier that was incorrectly marked as a portal ac unit. Tool the unit back to the pawn shop. Thankfully I bought the warranty for the item because they would not reutnr based off of false advertising and the item being completely different than what I was told it was. Came back in a week later to find the same item I returned still marked as an ac unit. I mentioned to the staff and they were unconcerned with the item being completely different than what it is advertised as. The dehumidifier even blows out hot air. Would definitely not recommend this location. I would definitely refer someone to the 24 hwy location or the independence Ave location as they are more honest and actually helpful.

Serena Yuille: There are only 2 places I go and this is one of them. I have become acquainted with the employees here and they have always ALWAYS been super nice amd helpful, regardless of how big a pain i can be....lol. They are always willing to help me find something or work things out with me regardless of how big or small a request I make. They truly have AMAZING customer service skills and also very very knowledgeable in regards to the type of items they are displaying, selling or just pawning. They have even gone out of their way to help me determine if a diamond or few i had that were lose in a container were real or fake. Truly an exceptional bunch of people that do care about treating you with respect, kindness and overall FAIRNESS. I would definitely suggest giving them a try.

Holly Sanchez: I go in to pawn some items off games which were worth $3 I got $10 off two games before but since they changed people the items you try to sell gotten less so you dont get as much as their worth other places, plus i had rings I gotten from this site called bubbly belle they sell bath bombs with rings inside you get a code you enter to see how much they're worth two are $15 the other is worth $20. Well the guy looks at the rings and says I dont buy costume rings didnt even bother to put them under the magnifying thing to see if their real or not just held them in his hands and looked at them and said I dont buy costume rings.
Janet Janet: This store has 3 stars as you can see the supervisor who is in charge of this store is very disrespectful and unpleasant has terrible customer service a member of my family bought jewelry and this supervisor refused to clean the jewelry after having cashed the money, he counted the time to go to his house when there were several minutes to close. People like this supervisor should stay lazy at home ❌

I Am Remnant: My daughter purchased a tv at this store...which went out days later. She only used the tv once. She goes to school full time. So upon returning home one day, she plugged her tv in and it refused to come on. She took the tv back today and there was no refund or anything. She was charged more than what she was supposed to pay for the tv. And also they added on today there was no warranty. How about that! I think this store is a rip off. And good for ripping people off. We will be getting the rest of our things out of this store never to return. And don't advise anyone else to purchase or pawn anything at this store. If I could give it 0 stars I would. And as for the very rude employees, especially the short smart mouthed bi- racial female that is always in someones business when you are not even talking to her. Very disrespectful. So if you are reading this stay clear of this store please. And I need to contact my lawyer!

Serenity Mask: This one doesn't seem to have as much of a friendly atmosphere as the other branches. Seems like they offer less, as well.
