Won't use them ever again.

Spencer Seymer: Don't ever utilize or work for this company. They DO NOT care about clients or staff. The workers here steal and gossip a ton. They spread lied and rumors too. Very toxic environment. I witnessed a lot of dirty behavior working for this trash company. Particularly Cassandra and a lot of other ladies who's names I can't remember. STAY AWAY.

l. coney: If I could give a negative star I would. I don't know what happened to Lincare, but they no longer give intent or pride themselves on patient service. We have used this DME for over 4years and as of 2022, orders have gone missing, supplies not delivered, and hour long hold times simply to speak with someone who says they dont know or someone will get back to you and they never do. So the cycle repeats. The local branches no longer responding to concerns, but when you call the1-800# they tell you it's a "local" office issue.Working with my insurance to find a better DME that's in network ASAP
Stephen Sutter: The most horrible medical company i have dealt with in 15 years of major health issues. They are committing insurance fraud by forcing patients to purchase o2 tanks instead of providing the portable concentrator the dr and insurance approved. When asked why, they tell me corporate has the local office on a "hold" and will not ship any to the office. And the person could not tell anything on what "hold" meant. I have been lied to by several people in the office on a couple different products. Took 3 months to get cpap and has been 5 months waiting on portable o2 concentrator. I am currently trying to switch companies to releave the stress in my life. But so glad lincaire can provide the sevices that make them.the most profit.

Devin Nightengale: We've always had good service with LINCARE for the last 4 years. 3 weeks ago, we placed an order for our regular monthly feeding supplies for my son and it never came. I tried calling and kept getting routed to a customer service representative who would take a message and someone would call me back.Never got a call back. I also got routed to answering service that said "mail box full". I am not sure what changed, but there is a major issue with their communication process, and it needs to be fixed asap. Patients are suffering.
Kristina Powell: My husband has been waiting for his nebulizer & medicine for over a week all we get is an answering service that says someone will call us back no one ever has so I called our case manager at our insurance company for help she tried 3 way calling them and got the answering service also Evelyn with the answering service was not helpful at all needless to say the insurance company is escalating our case to case management review to see if they can help deal with them while we try to find another company or other options to help him breath. This place needs put out of business for making people suffer! Watching someone struggling to breath is no joke we our left totally helpless. Well here we are 7 months later & we received a charge from this company to our checking account we have not been with them since July 2022 now no one is answering the phone so we can see what possibly this charge could be for after 7 months this place is a total rip off please do not use them definitely thinking about turning them in to BBB

Sarah Hammond: We were delivered a defective oxygen machine right from the get go. Then had to wait five days while a constant alarm was going off 24/7. Terrible customer service. The technician that came out was very helpful, but the customer service from the office was deplorable. You can't get through on the phone. When you do, they just say someone will be out. Very disappointed with Lincare. Best to check out a competitor. Good luck.
Melinda Kurtz: They don’t supply oxygen to customers wen they are scheduled and they have calls to to answering service. You can’t talk to someone in there office. My brother didn’t get his delivery last week so he ran out of oxygen and they were supposed to have it delivered today by 12, noon. Still no oxygen. I called and just got answering service. We need to find another place to get supplies and oxygen.
A: Can't get anyone to answer the phone at this office or or the main office. Been calling their office for MONTHS and finally gave up and ordered my own supplies off of Amazon. Then to top it all off they debited $300 a year after I had initially started doing business with them. They billed insurance 6 months worth of charges in one week. So I never even received a bill for the services. Their an absolute joke.
parrotgirl55: The girl at the Blue Springs, MO office who does the CPAP is rude! Doesn’t want to answer questions until she’s done with her presentation or she will forget where she was. Well maybe I’ll forget what I needed to know by the time she is done. She made a rude comment to me when I said I didn’t like the way the mask felt. She stood up to get a different attachment, and while getting it she said “I’m already an hour late for my next appointment.”I told her I currently use oxygen at night, and she said the CPAP takes the place of oxygen. This is not true because a CPAP machine has the ability to connect to oxygen. There was a smallpiece of plastic that enables oxygen to be used with the CPAP machine, but because it was left off of the order from the doctor’s office, she would not include the piece without an order from the doctor. Don’t expect her to take the extra step for customer service because that is not going to happen.
Cheri Caponetto: I called to have a 6 container pack of oxygen that my grown daughter's stepmother left at her apartment when she stayed there and didn't take the oxygen with her when she left. I explained that I babysat my two toddler grandchildren four days a week and I knew that the oxygen is highly flammable. The first time I called, the rep presumably called the client (stepmother) who declined to get her oxygen. The rep stated that the next Tuesday morning, the six pak of oxygen tanks would be picked up. Yesterday by Tues afternoon, they had not been picked up and no communication from the company although when I called, the rep stated that no one (us)had answered the phone and there was no apartment at the address. I assured the rep no one had called and asked what apt number was in her record. She then responded no apt number was in her record. So she stated someone would get out as soon as possible. This company obviously doesn't take good information over the phone and then fibs when you call. So for the safety of my grandchildren I am planning to make a complaint to management agencies and hotline regarding their lack of concern for the safety of toddlers. They apparently jerk people around and are not truthful. They should adhere to what they state on the phone and don't throw out that no one could be contacted or that the wrong address information had been given. If they cannot organize work schedules, then why are they permitted to remain in business in the health care industry.
Linda L Beullens: They are very nice on the phone. But who ever is filling the orders. Is not paying attention. Or needs to be retrained. Third time I have called for a facemask kit for my Nebulizer machine. And they send the hand held one's. Mean while my Insurance company gets billed for their mistakes. I can see once. But three times and you can't get my order correct?

Gerry Luke: Purchased a $400 ice machine for my wife’s knee replacement. Device struggled to get cold enough. Tried everything over a 3 week period to make this machine work better at which time the water pump quit completely. Took it back to the store. Was told the machine had a 5 day guarantee! I had not taken the machine out of the box for 5 days! Clerk was rude, lied and did not make an attempt to resolve the situation. Looked on Amazon and ice machines were $200 with 30 day guarantee. I think this company is ripping off Senior Citizens.I read the owners reply and he is a Liar and can’t be Trusted!He did not offer to replace the machine or refund my money. LiarHe did not tell me about a $150 machine. Liar again.I did not hit anyone as I am an old man! Liar again.I did use some profanities because the clerk was lying, rude and obnoxious.What a way to treat Senior Citizens! Rip them off.

Took multiple weeks to receive another bed, same installer was sent to assemble. Bed failed withing 24 hours. Eric promised for weeks that a new bed was on the way while my father remained bed bound with no capability to sit up. Eric consistently over-promised and under-delivered on his deadlines - everyday would promise the bed would be delivered tomorrow - for weeks.We purchased a bed from an alternate vendor, and have spent months trying to get the bed returned, the bed was returned and received by Eric over 5 weeks ago - everyday he promises he has sent the refund or will send it today or I should receive it today - he always has a story. Finally today after threatening to escalate I received a $500 refund, a fraction of what the bed and other equipment cost. **UPDATE - when I called Eric out for his refund amount he sent an additional $400 and claimed he has "adjusted the refund". Eric never provided an itemized receipt for our purchase no matter how many times it was requested.My experience has been that Eric is a very personable person who will over promise, under deliver and constantly lie to avoid accepting accountability for his failures, he will sound very convincing and authentic on the phone but will never follow through with his promises and will lie at every opportunity to avoid responsibility.I wouldn't wish Happy Living Medical Sales on my worst enemy.
