The computer mixed up our information the storage is in my name but my sister's social security # my birthday her address but other than the computer mix up I like my storage , the staff , the convince ,

Patty Wheeler: Christi is a great person very very nice. Goes out of her way to see your needs are taken care of. I actual rent at a different location but she again goes above the call of duty! She deserves a raise!! 👍😀
Jeffrey Campos: I've had multiple attempts of break-in and one successful break-in with 30 plus other unit's as well as mine! Very poor security no cameras except at front gate, can't wait to get my stuff that didn't get stolen out of there..

Suka Diec: Christi was freaking awesome!! My cousin couldn't get the online rental to work and she was as so helpful!!! She definitely deserves a raise!!!!! Probably the best customer service I have ever had at any storage facility.
Rachelle Sandoval: The place has multiple breakins all the time the property is full of trash and the property manager is rude , and if you rent a space. Don't expect to have any power in your unit , and if there's trash any were near your unit because of somebody else's laziness you might get a 280 dollar charge on your account and then they evicted mee after paying a 500 dollar bill to them , and the district manager isnt any better because he's the one who calls the shots and if you message him he will not respond to you I don't recommend renting a space there
Emily Truster: I have rented with public storage for 2 years and today go by there to access my storage and it's 5 o'clock PM and I cannot get into the building where my storage is. There's a message that references after hours access so I called it and was advised that many storage units are now not accessible after 5 PM on the weekends and 6 PM during the weekdays . I cannot believe that public storage would change their access hours without alerting their customers and expect us to be OK with not being able to get into our storage units except during office hours
Shawn Marquez: Moved my friends belongings here, for their move to Noland Rd home. Liked their long storage locker, and put stuff along each side, and you could still drive a small car through, as it has doors at each end. Nice woman up front got them checked in.
Michael Wilson: Ms. Christi Management at 31st street location was kind, pleasant, and very professional renting myself a unit, I'll say your facility in Independence has one of the courteous staff I've been fortunate to have met.
Kelly andrus: Nice people. Customer service was good when I called. Security gate is open too often.
Courtney Willis: Initially was getting annoyed spent over a hour trying to get a storage and get someone to help but after I met the nice lady working there and she helped get us set up it was fine!
Michelle Cox: we go out there there is absolutely not a camera one on that whole place and it says on the front door, under 24-hour surveillance a lie
Fall Waves: Ktherine was very helpful, she noticed that the original storage that I was supposed to be moving into was slightly damaged maintenance. Hadn’t fixed it yet , so she moved me into a new one. When I was filling out my information I realized I forgot my wallet, and she paid my fee for me.She was very helpful and I appreciated it.

Michael Botlinger: Katherine did a great job helping me out. My locker was broken and she went out of her way to accommodate me with a different locker in a safer location of the yard.

Calvin Shumaker: Rented a space. Lady was helpful in terms of helping me get best value but the service left something to be desired. First remedied me a space that was occupied with a tamper tag. Then took way too long to get me moved. Then my access code didn't work. Price is low but I'm sure I'll still eventually move.
Marion Goodloe: These people do not do there job they close earlier then what they say they don’t answer the phone .. just very frustrating

Briannica Powell: Raises price nearly twice a year. I'd rather sell my belongings. I've had my storage since mid 2021. Prices went up twice a year and I am now paying close to $1000 more a year for the same unit. Don't think this storage is worth the constant bi-yearly increase.
igor golovan: Please be aware that the storage unit 10*10 has a 4 foot door . And it’s a terrible incline here , and two cars do not fit in the driveway . Pretty much the worst storage facility I have ever been to .

Bradley Steele: Worst Customer service. I had a unit here for about 3 weeks and all of my belongings were stolen along with them breaking my couch. Jennifer gave very little to no help. Very suspicious place. They got into my unit from a "vacant" unit next to mine that had a lock on it. She then was wanting a warrant vs caring about the fact that her facility lacks security and a customers items where stolen. Something is off about this place and way to many people have stated there stuff goes missing. I would not trust leaving anything here
Julie Aldrich: Fixed the entrance door (closest to the office) since my last visit, and also both of the main gates don't have any gaps in between either. So a little more secure.
Tony Turley: Due to a particularly hectic period I opened a 5x10 online and then let my account lapse without occupying the space. The attendant was outstanding working with me and helping me to realize I actually needed a 10x10. She was so patient and terrific. I so appreciate her help. Keeper!

Haven Rodriguez-Caudillo: There have been a couple of things. 1) Mold and it really affects my asthma and itson quite of bit of my belongings. 2) Spiders galore, they have basically infested all my stuff. 3) The management isn't here. I have only needed to help pay the rent a couple of time and each of those times without fail I've had an issue. This is not we want to spend $225 for.
David Hodge: Don't do it - you'll be sorry! The facility presents as a hot mess and lives up to that expectation in every sense. To top it off, if you pay your bill on time they will absolutely turn you in to collection agency, even when you have correct paperwork. Between the half reared management and the half reared facility, you will regret every moment you spend and every hard earned dollar wasted. Period. Mic drop

And it took almost 1 hour just to get help and they still refused to take her pay (idk why) but thin the lady that finally came out wasn't nice and almost crashed a cart. I liked the other place near Noland.

Bill Kuntz: Well - the facility is nice and very accessible, but Public Storage raised me rental rate by 45% without any warning. When I asked why they acted like it was because they could! No empathy or compassion. If it wasn’t such a pain I would remove my belongings and find a more reasonable and customer friendly option!!
Sara Paprocki: All my stuff was covered in mold, after only 2months of storage, and FYI there insurance they make u get only covers 250$ damage MAX!!

Connie Poplin: I highly recommend the Hub Drive StorageMart location. Mike is an excellent manager. He is always kind and helpful. He is always available when needed. I always felt safe storing my belongings there and being there when loading and unloading. The security he provides there is top notch. I will miss seeing and communicating with him. I always felt valued by him as a customer. I have moved out of state now but will always use Storage-Mart in the future if needed.
