James Stone: Storage and more storage... always treated me right. Now offer automatic payments which is great! I store a travel trailer and have never had any issues. You can pay and rent through their website and now have automatic payments. They have always been fair and secure. Be a good tenant and make sure you don't let anyone in on your code. Make sure the gate closes before anyone else enters or leaves. This helps keep the facility secure for us all. They have tons of storage for pretty much anything. Indoor or out you can trust this storage company. I love it here! Thanks Royal State Storage.

Arianna Martin: If you want your belongings and campers, especially, broken into, then rent here. Peoples campers, mine included, have been broken into and things were stolen. TWICE this has happened, but they won’t do anything about it. They have cameras, but they’re useless considering your stuff is unsafe and there isn’t security.

Linda Briggs: I highly recommend this facility. We have store our things at this facility for years. We have always felt that our goods were secure. The staff have always been professional, friendly and ready to answer any questions we might have. It is well maintained, kept in great shape. There have been some updates with new added lighting, asphalt work and painting of the buildings. Great people to work with. Great prices too! If in the future we need to store anything, we will be back at this facility.

BELO-ZERO LT-1: If ur storage facility is bought by royal, call immediately after take over & be sure that your units have been transferred, if u do this 2 months later & find that one of your 3 units have been transferred to the wrong customers name, their bank acct may be auto drafted for your unit, & when royal state storage discovers their issue, (thanks to your inquiry) you will be back charged for those 2 months, paying for a corporate mistake is bad for business, but if u bend over & take it from them they make double rent on a unit good 4 them

Patrick Bergen: Had been mostly satisfied with this facility with the exception of letting weeds and thistle become overgrown in my spot. Then I show up today to find that they more or less let someone park their boat on top of mine. So close that I'm concerned about trying to tow mine out without damaging it. I can't even get to the trailer tires to pull the wheel chock out. Will likely start looking for a new facility to store at after this inconvenience.

Danny Stevens: My unit was broken into here. It was a unit inside the building which made it worse. Management is no help. It has been two weeks and I am still waiting to hear if it was caught on camera. The manager looks and acts like a thug, so I shouldn't be surprised.

Bad attitude from property manager like I was bothering him when asked to unlock a unit so I can clean it out. Couldn’t get ahold of him because he didn’t have a mobile phone. When I got through to the customer service rep, she was extremely rude and hung up on me. Horribly run business!!

Lisa Voyles: I hope no one has to go through what we have. We were lured into a false sense of security by all of the security measures we see at this location. But, it was all for show, I guess. Someone (probably more than one) broke into our unit and stole from us. No one has offered to go through the security cams, they haven't even reached out to us. We notified them and they have done nothing. We left messages, sent messages through the app and... nothing. We have filled a claim with insurance, the police have been notified. But, they've had a serious beach in their so-called security. It is NOT a safe/secure place to store your things. Find somewhere safer where competent people care and actively help resolve problems. Our belongings weren't safe, your belongings won't be safe. I do NOT recommend this business. You'll pay to have your stuff stolen.

Darla Weaver: First day of rental they have no carts so we had to hand carry everything up an elevator and down 2 long corridors. First payment is taken off my card 1 week after renting unit. No explanation of the charge. So I tried through the app leaving 3 messages over the course of the month, nobody bothered to get back with me. I called the manager, she had no idea what the charge was, by this time they have added a $20 late fee to my account. I had to sit on hold for over 30 min to be told that this was a prorated charge. Come to find out they were able to tell this at the unit site I didn't have to wait on hold for over 30 min. Now they won't take the late fee off, I would not have been late if the manager had bothered to tell me why money was taken from my card. I do not agree with this at all! Terrible!I am a very unhappy customer!If you rent here don't do auto pay. I learned the hard way!

Calvin Shumaker: Rented a space. Lady was helpful in terms of helping me get best value but the service left something to be desired. First remedied me a space that was occupied with a tamper tag. Then took way too long to get me moved. Then my access code didn't work. Price is low but I'm sure I'll still eventually move.

Briannica Powell: Raises price nearly twice a year. I'd rather sell my belongings. I've had my storage since mid 2021. Prices went up twice a year and I am now paying close to $1000 more a year for the same unit. Don't think this storage is worth the constant bi-yearly increase.

Bradley Steele: Worst Customer service. I had a unit here for about 3 weeks and all of my belongings were stolen along with them breaking my couch. Jennifer gave very little to no help. Very suspicious place. They got into my unit from a "vacant" unit next to mine that had a lock on it. She then was wanting a warrant vs caring about the fact that her facility lacks security and a customers items where stolen. Something is off about this place and way to many people have stated there stuff goes missing. I would not trust leaving anything here

Tony Turley: Due to a particularly hectic period I opened a 5x10 online and then let my account lapse without occupying the space. The attendant was outstanding working with me and helping me to realize I actually needed a 10x10. She was so patient and terrific. I so appreciate her help. Keeper!

Haven Rodriguez-Caudillo: There have been a couple of things. 1) Mold and it really affects my asthma and itson quite of bit of my belongings. 2) Spiders galore, they have basically infested all my stuff. 3) The management isn't here. I have only needed to help pay the rent a couple of time and each of those times without fail I've had an issue. This is not we want to spend $225 for.
David Hodge: Don't do it - you'll be sorry! The facility presents as a hot mess and lives up to that expectation in every sense. To top it off, if you pay your bill on time they will absolutely turn you in to collection agency, even when you have correct paperwork. Between the half reared management and the half reared facility, you will regret every moment you spend and every hard earned dollar wasted. Period. Mic drop

And it took almost 1 hour just to get help and they still refused to take her pay (idk why) but thin the lady that finally came out wasn't nice and almost crashed a cart. Bill Kuntz: Well - the facility is nice and very accessible, but Public Storage raised me rental rate by 45% without any warning. When I asked why they acted like it was because they could! No empathy or compassion. If it wasn’t such a pain I would remove my belongings and find a more reasonable and customer friendly option!!

We met someone selling a boat we purchased here, and he reported that the staff is friendly and accomidating. The rates are very reasonable, and we live the fact that our new sailboat will be stored here, guarded from all the elements regular dry outdoor boat storage offers. This will add to the longevity of the boat.

Jason Swanson: Extremely friendly staff. Have stored our RV at Innerspace for almost 10 years. 24 hour security is in place. Items are stored in a river bluff cave, so temperatures are constant.
Eddie Gutz: Subtropical is crazy cool as is one of the businesses that is in Subtropolis, Innerspace Storage Corp. Very nice people, very weird mine location, very professional! If you like caves or mines this place is for you. I was only a carrier not a customer but you can tell these people who work here are old school all over it. Fast check in, got a dock in minutes. I was loaded in under 30 minutes and checked out in less than 10 minutes. Only thing is your in an old lime and salt mine and it is not always easy avoid hitting something with your trailer while docking. Coverted mines tend to be pretty tight when docking. This one has docks that are quite easy if you have an experience backing up. It does have its challenges though. 5 stars !!!

Rachelle Sandoval: The place has multiple breakins all the time the property is full of trash and the property manager is rude , and if you rent a space. Don't expect to have any power in your unit , and if there's trash any were near your unit because of somebody else's laziness you might get a 280 dollar charge on your account and then they evicted mee after paying a 500 dollar bill to them , and the district manager isnt any better because he's the one who calls the shots and if you message him he will not respond to you I don't recommend renting a space there
Emily Truster: I have rented with public storage for 2 years and today go by there to access my storage and it's 5 o'clock PM and I cannot get into the building where my storage is. There's a message that references after hours access so I called it and was advised that many storage units are now not accessible after 5 PM on the weekends and 6 PM during the weekdays . I cannot believe that public storage would change their access hours without alerting their customers and expect us to be OK with not being able to get into our storage units except during office hours
Shawn Marquez: Moved my friends belongings here, for their move to Noland Rd home. Liked their long storage locker, and put stuff along each side, and you could still drive a small car through, as it has doors at each end. Nice woman up front got them checked in.
Michael Wilson: Ms. Christi Management at 31st street location was kind, pleasant, and very professional renting myself a unit, I'll say your facility in Independence has one of the courteous staff I've been fortunate to have met.

Courtney Willis: Initially was getting annoyed spent over a hour trying to get a storage and get someone to help but after I met the nice lady working there and she helped get us set up it was fine!

Fall Waves: Ktherine was very helpful, she noticed that the original storage that I was supposed to be moving into was slightly damaged maintenance. Hadn’t fixed it yet , so she moved me into a new one. When I was filling out my information I realized I forgot my wallet, and she paid my fee for me.She was very helpful and I appreciated it.
