Sean Sauerwin: One of the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's in a while, service was lack luster, no employees to take orders anymore, the ketchup dispensers weren't working, they forgot my bacon on my sandwich and the chicken was burnt. It wouldn't let me redeem a medium fry on kiosk during lunch hours. The quality and customer service of McDonald's has gone so far downhill to the point that if it weren't for the fries, I'd quit coming.

Jay Panus: This has to be the worst McDonald’s n the metro area. Last 4 times we have been here they have got our order wrong. Today we ordered couldn’t ever get the screen to show us or understand what they were saying back. Got tk the window corrected it twice got the right code from the app finally and paid. Pull up to the Windi and they hand us food and a small soft drink for the kid. Supposed to be a coke slushee, I tell them this she says that’s not what the screen says. I said ok but it was supposed to be, manager comes over asks I explain and she says well that’s not what she rung up!!! I responded with ok well can we fix that and I’ll pay the difference they stared at me like they didn’t know what tk dk and again responded with that’s not what was rung up!! Said fine and moved in because we are in a hurry get to the food and gave me the wrong meal and the kid the wrong happy meal!! Everytime at this store it is something from being out of items or getting the order wrong everytime and the unwillingness to make it right. I didn’t want to go there but said it’s the most convenient one on our way to activities surely they can’t screw it up again. Will be sending a letter to corporate as well in hopes they can get it right! “How do they expect to be a successful business if they aren’t willing to correct their mistakes” my 8 year old from the back seat.

Jodigirl71: I was the only person in the drive thru, no one was in the lobby, it was almost 10pm, I had to wait at least 10 minutes and the food was still awful. I ordered a McDouble and a small fry. The burger was dry, the bread had absorbed the condiments and sat in the warmer for so long that it was chewy. I really don't know why I had to wait so long, maybe they forgot where the warmer was. The French fries were old, I know because I've eaten fresh french fries from McDonald's before and they're hot enough to scald your tongue if you're not careful. I'm single, it's expensive to prepare a meal for 1 person so I usually eat at work. I didn't feel like eating pizza, I wanted some Mickey D's for the fries. I was famished so no pictures, this was my experience.

MR D: The owner is a real jerk to his employees. There is a deaf worker that I have witnessed him just destroying verbally. If it was my child the owner wouldn't b speaking to her in that manner. What a nasty nasty person to speak to anyone like that. Hey bro it's just fast junk food. Nothing to have an stroke over. Disgusting personality and doesn't deserve anyone's money or to have any employees. Sad thing is I know his kids and went to school with them and they are great people. Luckily the apples fell far from the tree in this instance.
