Vincent Ray: I love McDonald's especially the breakfast every time I go through the one on 23rd and Sterling and Independence Missouri the lady at the cashier that takes my money is always very nice and very helpful when I get up to the window to get my food the young Hispanic man and the woman who worked there this morning were very rude and not helpful and act like they did not understand what I was saying still did not replace the sandwich day did not put in my bag yesterday I have more good to say than I do bad I just wish that the Hispanic people at the delivery window would have better attitudes and be more helpful and be bilingual so that they can understand a complaint if there is one.

Mary Shanks: No information posted anywhere that weekend lobby hours start at 9 not 7. I understand staffing issues, but please have this information posted somewhere. I walked there this morning and was sorely disappointed¡

Lew Hughes: McD's corporate hierarchy is publicly demonstrating its "phuque you" attitude towards customers and the people who work there - with the automated ordering in the drive-thru .....The system has not functioned without errors every time I've ordered at the drive-thru section .....Today, as usual, I needed to get a person to the ordering microphone to correct the errors of the system .....Then, at the payment window, the person taking my payment continued the errors by attempting to add parts of a different customer's order to mine ...Once that was rectified, the person at the pick-up window still gave me items which I had not ordered (nor paid for) .....I'm finished with patronizing McDonald's restaurants which use robotic customer service instead of paying for a person to perform that work .....McDonald's DIDN'T make that change to benefit customers ... while it's operating expenses may be lower because of the change, prices of its product were not NOT lowered ... and the idea of "customer service" has been eliminated at McDonald's businesses .....

Phillip: To whom this may concern and I honestly hope this is taken seriously. My name is Phillip. 5/12/2023 6:30 maybe a little earlier I visited the McDonald’s location Independence and 23rd. To my knowledge I was racially profiled and ignored as if I wasn’t a paying customer. Numerous employees walked pass me with out any interaction. It took forever for my order to be taken. The first young lady whom was at the register looked at me but continued talking to her husband I’m sure. Over all very bad customer service with all. Tonight you failed and it really makes me feel bad.

Keisha Buch: I was hungry and on break so I came to this McDonald’s I asked for syrup to go with my breakfast!! The lady at the window says .25 cents I said even if I have pancakes, she said it should be in the bag then, I wasn’t going to go back and forth so I was going to pay the .25 cents, however the manger came to the window with an attitude and to top things off she told me the syrup was going to be .75 cents (at this point I had seen the sign on the window that says condiments.25 cents, now I am basing things off principal’s and the fact you just made up a price)I said that’s not what she just said she repeated with aggression .75 cents I said that makes no sense I have pancakes and you are charging me for syrup, I needed to get back to work so I couldn’t go back and forth I no longer wanted to do business at this establishment so I said can I have my money back? She said move as if i wasn’t a customer stated she would call the police if I didn’t get out the drive thru and that she had other customers. I waited in that line and paid my money just like those other customers. Through it all I was able to the McDonald’s down the street and get the exact same thing with no issue!! Moral of the story treat people how you would want to be treated if you don’t like your job find another one!!! Treat customers with dignity and respect!! Show empathy and ownership!! Own up to your mistakes and find a solution!!!

Alexa Inman: Tonight I ordered food for me my husband and one of our sons it showed up completely wrong the 1st time so then i got ahold of door dash they got it redelivered and is time i was missing my 2 chicken Chipotle burritos, my husband ordered 2 tacos 1 beef 1 chicken and they were both beef and then my nacho fries and my sons cinnamon twists looked as if they were just thrown in the bag all my fries were in the bag and half of his cinnamon twists were mixed in with the fries i will never go to this taco bell ever again

J C: I had a Door Dash order. There was no one in line. I drove up to the window and the guy rudely said I needed to go back to the intercom and announce myself. He had a terrible attitude. So I had to drive around the building and say "it's me" in the intercom. I tried to laugh about it because it was so ridiculous. He was horrible. He obviously hates working with the public. The rest of the staff is usually wonderful.
