Mary Music: ATTENTION, MANAGEMENT:NO help, at all.... I was on my lunch break, with only 30 minutes, allowed... Everyone at work, had an order, ergo---I simply could not leave...Cars literally stacked up, and driving off----no reason, to order.... I stopped counting, at thirteen (13) people, leaving---without ordering....Rude, rather stupid (single) employee, taking out trash..."Duh, we're unstaffed, an' can't do nuthin' about it...."I had a 68.00 order, from people, at work.... And, I FINALLY LEFT, AS WELL.......All the docks were full, of people honking horns....You work hard, for your money, and there are plenty of places, that respect customer's loyalty, to their brand...This Sonic has no customer respect, that includes their time, AND money...DO NOT PATRONIZE SUCH A BADLY RUN BUSINESS......

Frank Galvan: *5/19/23-App won't allow orders over $75 , Says to call restaurant for large orders. I call .. NO ANSWER...So I go to restaurant to place my order. Tell them complete order verbatim from what I TRIED to order thru app. SPECIFICALLY ask for drink carrier , ranch for my cheddar bites and BBQ sauce for the chicken tenders.. NOPE !!! AVA brings order out with NONE of what I requested and then has snotty attitude when asked if I can get what I requested. THEN get home with my order to discover I have a Cheeseburger with no mustard as I had requested.* This is the closest Sonic and most convenient for me to go to , morning staff NEVER gives me a problem.. But no matter how hard I try. I can NEVER get the night staff to get the order right. I shouldnt have to repeat myself multiple times , check the screen to verify the order. Then STILL have the order be wrong when brought to my vehicle. Management never returns my calls. Corporate could care less. I am just a glutton for punishment by continuously going back.*2/9/2022* I guess they switched morning and night shift. NOW morning shift can't get it together. Ask for picante sauce for my sausage burritos and easy ice on my Diet Coke. NOPE ... Doesn't happen. No picante sauce in bag and 4/5 ice in my cup. Figured 3rd time was the charm. But even the 6th time they aint got it right.

Tommy Bradley: Waited 30 mins at car hop no one answered, so got really agitated. So I went through the drive thru. And then the employee tells me I have to wait another 30 mins . Absolutely terrible customer service. I was there almost a hour and no one helped me. Was there at 10pm left at 10:50 due to unwillingness of the employees. Also really need to hire new employees.
