Benjamin: I went in to get my check engine light looked at, they were able to tell me exactly what was going on. The part was inexpensive enough and it was a simple fix. Haven't had a problem since.

Got there and it was not oy not there but the man behind had no idea what I was talking about when I explain what their online Chat service had told me for their store in my neighborhood on Truman Road. Thank goodness for O'REILLY'S!!

Arleen Cline: Went in yesterday night to return an item, the guy wasn’t pleased to do it, then said he would then after attempting to refund me he gave me fake bills from the register. I always check my money even out the atm, that $20 had no face on it and ink running. Noland road location is more professional. Then he swapped the $20 out after failed attempt to convince me and gave me tens. Which still were questionable. I later went to quick trip across the street they accepted it.

After a long day of driving around town to ten different stores in search for a car part, Adam went above and beyond to help trouble shoot and eventually fix my problem. He was kind and understanding, but more importantly efficient and knowledgeable and was able to find a work around when every other shop just said “No”. Thank you Adam. Our family will be using this location for all car part needs from now on.

Jack Frost: I had a major break down in my Chevy Silverado 4x4. I was able to limp it, to Auto Zone. This trip I had left every tool I owned AR home. 190 miles east, south east. The good folks helped me out with tools and wood blocks . Everything pretty much I needed.They didn't act like I was an inconvenience they treated me like a friend. The fine folks that were working in September 27 at 1:pm till 4 or 5pm are some of Missouris finest people. You just don't meet people like that anymore. This is the Auto Zone 17950 Bolger rd in KC. Auto zone garenteed my business from now on.
