Scott Cotton: I have to say first, DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE LITTLE GUY. This place is old and dirty just like a machine shop is supposed to be. And that's a good thing. The experience and knowledge of the little guy is priceless. Just had basic block machine work done. It was fast and correct. If you are a little guy this is your place. Steven and his family are all amazing people and have been here for me and my karts since i got the manco 285running in March of 2016, always willing to answer a BRIEF question. He will not complete your build for you but if you have a genuine problem he will always give you an honest answer and that’s exactly this is the only place i go for my karting needs. I’ve probably spent $2500 at this store and not a penny was wasted. Never an RMA product to be very honest, great service, great quality and id call it a great business (photos for fun not attention)

Johnny Gill: Had wife take go kart up there which was 40 min drive for an oil change. They did not want to do an oil change because they said they doubt it starts. Also needed a wheel they didn’t have . He was more worried about getting rim they did not have. So wife brought it back home same day. First thing I did was try and start it and fired right up . So then I found wheel online. And still needed an oil change. Wish he would of did it anyways and not worried if it started or not. So now that I have wheels I have to figure out oil change because I’m not driving back up there . Wish they would of just did oil change how I asked in first place...

They called to let me know that the part that was supposed to be in stock wasn't and when they ordered it they made sure to order a second one to be sure they did have 1 in stock. Lewis “Nolier” Duttery: The young man that waited on me was rude! I took the lite bulb socket that I purchased, and asked him if that was the only type of socket available? He said yes so I asked for a refund but in the mean time an older man said wait a minute and look it up and they will have it in the morning! Apparently the young man was too lazy to do his job right! I don't know the young man's name but he had shot dark hair and wore glasses!

Had to wait till the next day to pick up. Very unresponsive and slightly rude staff in the evening. Acted like I was an inconvenience for being there....won't go back to this location, ever.

Jack Frost: I had a major break down in my Chevy Silverado 4x4. I was able to limp it, to Auto Zone. This trip I had left every tool I owned AR home. 190 miles east, south east. The good folks helped me out with tools and wood blocks . Everything pretty much I needed.They didn't act like I was an inconvenience they treated me like a friend. The fine folks that were working in September 27 at 1:pm till 4 or 5pm are some of Missouris finest people. You just don't meet people like that anymore. This is the Auto Zone 17950 Bolger rd in KC. Auto zone garenteed my business from now on.
