Darrell Bunger: Good little parts store, usually has what I'm looking for and if they don't it's usually next day at worst. Staff know their stuff and are friendly and helpful.

I got to talking to the workers there explaing to them my story about why I was rushing into the auto parts store at closing. Long story short, they listened to my story and even gave me a bag of FREE fuses along either a fuse tester. All out of the kindness of their own hearts. And that made me one happy customer. Kudos!

Randy Eidson: I truly believe this is one of th best O'Reilly Auto Parts stores in area. They have friendly team members that seem to do a great job with customer service, facing/stocking shelves and keeping good track of their inventory so you know the part you need is there when you call. Not just someone stating they have it on hand, you come in and they only have 1 when you needed 2, that kind of situation. Instead, it seems other stores lean on this one as back bone of the area and they keep up with their stuff.

Shawn Cassity: Parts were paid for online (in stock) for a store pickup, got to the store 3 hours later only to find out the parts weren't pulled and ready. They went to pull the order only to find out they were out of stock. Tried to get the parts from another store but there was no manager around to cancel the order so I could go to another store and pick them up....very unhelpful. Had to wait till the next day to pick up. Very unresponsive and slightly rude staff in the evening. Acted like I was an inconvenience for being there....won't go back to this location, ever.

d m: We pulled into the parking lot and went up to the door at 6:56 pm. The sign on the door said that they were open till 7 and there was a employee standing at the door who clearly saw us. He proceeded to lock the door 4 minutes early and walk away.Will never go back when treated so rudely. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Troy Copa: Friendly helpful staff and the only place that stocked or could order the correct part for my application. They called to let me know that the part that was supposed to be in stock wasn't and when they ordered it they made sure to order a second one to be sure they did have 1 in stock. They were on par with their customer service, product knowledge, and helpfulness. Thank you. I will be back.

Susan Poell: The assistant manager helped me get the item I needed. He was calm and polite and thankfully I was out of there quickly.Bridgette, the Manager was very rude. While I was waiting in line, she answered three phone calls and she was short and sharp on each of them. She spoke with two separate employees and she cut them both off while they were talking. One of those employees was on a phone call asking her a question for the customer and she answered "I don't care I'm the manager and I get to decide."It felt like a hostile environment. I'm glad I don't work there.

Charlie Hartwood: I was helped by an older man who was unbelievably kind and helpful. I'm ashamed to say I'm 25 and I had no idea how to check my oil, but he taught me everything I needed to know even though it's 14 degrees outside and viciously windy. I can't say just how grateful I am for his help, I didn't realize I had *no oil* and if he hadn't shown me or been as awesome as he is, my engine could've locked up somewhere on the highway on my 30 minute commute to work and I'd have been completely boned. If you see this I'm sorry I didn't catch your name, you're fantastic and thank you for everything you did for me today.

Jet R: Wonderful employees here!! Gotta call the lady that helped me today named Ruth! She was beyond amazing. My husband & I went in to get a new air pump for our tires as the one we had just broke. I was telling the man checking me out that we were buying a different one than our last bc we had now had 2 of them break even though the most recent was not even 2 months old; that's when the other employee working asked if I had the broken one with me. I went and got it and after some looking Ruth was able to bring up the warranty on it so I could be reimbursed for the broken one! It was awesome, times are hard all the way around for everyone and $30 bucks means gas for work or pet food or groceries. Thank you for your awesome customer service and give RUTH A RAISE!!! Pronto!
