Maree Harper: My nurse practitioner Steffany is the best ever!!!! But the office policy of which I wasn’t aware of is crazy. I owed a small balance and they charged a $25 late fee like a credit card company with interest rates!!! Omg I only owed $40 and they charging me like it’s finance charges. I’ve never heard of such foolishness!!!

John: Let me first say that Dr. Velakaturi was absolutely wonderful and I was very sorry he left the practice. He is a truly great doctor. Sadly, the transition from him leaving hasn’t been so smooth as you have no choice on whom you can see if you were with him. The front office ladies, Christy in particular, are difficult to work with.

David Glandon: Front office staff pleasant to work with. Dr.'s medical assistant was pleasant and competent. Dr. took time to fully discuss results of recent lab tests and answered my questions using plain language.

Ed Wisner: Dr Orlando and his staff are always very personal and professional. Dr Orlando has been my personal physician for over 25 years and he always sits and listens to what is going on with my health issues and takes however long it takes to address those issues. He never makes me feel like he is pushing me out the door to get to his next patient. He is the best.

dave smith: been waiting since sept. 6th 2022 for a referral to a back specialist. today oct. 4th still waiting. every time i call the referral dept. tells me to call back at the end of the week. the problem is they keep referring me to the same doctor who's not in my insurance network. for the last 2 weeks they told me the doctor they referred me to wants me to have an MRI. but i have a pace maker that's not MRI compatible. shouldn't my doctor already know that ? sent me down for x-rays on sept 6th during my original appointment and my doctor told them to x-ray the right side of my back and hip. but the problem was , it was on my left side that needed to be looked at not the right side. you decide if you can live through the pain of broken vertebrae for a month and no treatment . if you can than this is the group for you. for me i've had enough of the barrel full of monkeys and their well abused football.

I get listened to with my concerns not shoved in and out in 15 minutes A case manager a social worker. It is amazing. I hate doctors usually but my care since January when I changed to this group has been above and beyond

Vickie Brockert: Very inconsiderate of patient needs i called twice asking for my pain meds to be reordered and dr. Saveda. Or theN.P. Stephanie neither one took care of it or called me back as i had asked after the Dr. Had told me a week before if you need more medicine to hold you over while I get you scheduled with a ortho doc please just call i did she couldnt even take the time to call me back very poor care of an elderly patient

MP: Partners in Primary Care advised me they accepted Medicare and Cigna secondary. I received notice from Cigna they were out of network. However they continued to reiterate Cigna was accepted, and by now I was receiving Bill's from PPC for unpaid secondary amount. I bundled up all letters, including the one from Cigna confirming their out of network. At this point we parted ways and I requested write off of the balance. I even called other locations to find they only take ADVANTAGE plans. Be forewarned.

Sherri Hunter: I have been going to Dr Freeland for about a year and a half I have been to many doctors as I suffer from Crohn's disease so when a doctor that I have been going to see for care suggested that I should use crutches after breaking my left foot knowing that I have not been able to use my left hand because of a stroke... When you see your PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN I honestly think that he of all people should know that using crutches is physically impossible so I will be looking for a new primary care physician

Joanne Robinson: The Drs. are very slow. They want you to be 15 minutes early so they can be 30 minutes late. Not a good first impression.

Robert Branch: Attended Open House on 10/24/2018. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Physical plant was impressive with a focus on senior care. I completed the steps necessary to move my care to this location. However, after going to my "welcome" visit, I knew that I had made a mistake and requested that my medical files no longer be transferred to PIPCare.
