Wendy Johnson: I was treated well be office staff, however, when I went back to get the x-rays, and ask the technician to please put a guard over my thyroid and breast she said they don't do that anymore. I persisted due to a weak thyroid and being told that I should always ask for protection. She argued with me repeatedly and did not want to use the protective Shields. I finally said to her well if the x-rays don't turn out because I'm insisting then it will be my fault. She finally conceded to allowing me the thyroid guard. She moved it out of the way of my thyroid initially I moved it back to cover it. The X-ray was of my upper left arm. I felt she was being controlling and not respecting my wishes.
Peony Girl: I was terrified to have an MRI. I am claustrophobic and get anxiety in any medical setting. I am SO grateful to the staff at Diagnostic Imaging! I was able to have an open MRI and the staff was so kind and encouraging. I was even able to look out the window during it! So grateful.
Amie Jefferson: I would highly recommend this place for women's services. I have had a mammogram there twice and an internal ultrasound.Those can be very uncomfortable tests, But the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for, and that made all the difference.Last night I went there for an MRI and left in tears. This was not my 1st MRI. This was my 3rd. Always before I have had a support person with me. "Bill" the MRI tech Was incredibly rude. I brought a support person with me and he didn't want to let her fill out the paperwork so she could sit with me. I suggested she could wait in the lobby and fill out the paperwork just in case I needed her to come back and sit with me. Bill's response was "Listen Linda! It's only going to take 15 minutes. She will be fine in the lobby." (I had a 45 minute test Scheduled)I was so upset by his behavior that I was shaking before we could even get to the MRI room. Things went down hill from there. I ended up having a panic attack so bad that they could hear me Screaming to be let out of the machine in other parts of the facility. 3 Nurses came running to the front desk to find out what the emergency was and where they were needed.I still need to have this test done, but now I am even more Terrified. I have no idea how I'm going to get this done. Just a little compassion would have gone a long way. I'm very surprised Bill has not had more experience with someone who actually has Claustrophobia. Oh well, at least Bill got to get out of work a little early on a Friday. I hope you have a wonderful and relaxing weekend so you can do better for your patients on Monday.
Eli F: I have lost count how many times I’ve been hung up on. Today happened again, after waiting for almost 20 min, I told whoever was helping me to give me one second to check the order and not even 1 min after, she hung up on me. I understand you are short staffed, but also understand it’s very frustrating to wait patiently for 20 min just for the call to get “disconnected “.
Alta Sieker: As always, my experience was nothing short of perfect. I watched in awe as the well orchestrated system took place within the Mammogram area where patients were personally ushered to a respective dressing room, instructed as to what to do next, scanned, ushered back to their assigned room and again instructed as to what happens next... one by one, patients were given their results, instructed to dress, and then someone would come back, hand them their paper results, and then personally escorted back to the exit thru the maze of hallways. A very efficient system. Everyone I encountered or even witnessed in action, was extremely kind and professional. I only use Diagnostic Imaging for all my imaging needs. Hopefully, that will never have to change.
Cathy Robinson: They want to hold a person responsible for a mri that was done while the said person was a minor. They even said it doesn’t matter because she was the one who had the procedure done!! How does that even work?
Mandy Smith: waiting area needed cleaning and check in personnel are not so pleasant. I’ve been coming here for a decade at least and have same insurance and same scans …..employee checking me in just seemed annoyed. Once passed the checkin process medical staff are courteous and respectful.
MELISSA Self: Tech told me to completely disrobe before it even started! I declined. She noticed markings on my chest and asked questions that were not on the medical forms. Felt like it was degrading and a privacy issue.

All areas are on tight schedules as they are trying to schedule people as quickly as possible in order to cut down on our waiting period. You are always treated with care and dignity! They do everything they can to make you personality comfortable! Easy parking and drop off zone. You may ask for help bringing in a loved one from the drop off area.
MaryKay Jones: Excellent service and everyone was so nice!! They make you feel calm and relaxed.

Fred Vanderpool: Contacted via text saying I would be contacted within 48 hrs about scheduling an appt. Waited 72 no call. Called office spent 45 mins on hold before giving up (don't worry I was told my expected wait time was 3 mins) called again and have now been on hold for 15 mins.

Joanna Holt: After the initial phone call to set up an appointment for my teen, I received 2 text messages for 7:30 and the 8:00 on 2 different days. Each said to be 30 mins early. So, we were in the parking lot by 7 but we caught a nurse in the parking lot because the door looked dark and we hadn't seen anyone but nurses go in. She said they didn't open until 730. So we waited until then to go in. Then a receptionist told us we were supposed to have been there by 7 because we had 2 appointments, one for 7:30 and the next for 8. I was like ok (I hadn't realized there were 2 appointments) and then explained to her what had happened - she was still rude but they would be able to get her back at 9 for the first appointment. 9 came and went with no word. So, my teen approached another receptionist who informs that the door was open at 7 on the dot because she opened it, to which my teen responds by informing her of everything that happened. The receptionist's response was to look at her computer and say they said they would get you back at 9:30, which we had been told 9. They did take my teen back close to 9:30. I still don't know why there were "2 appointments". Since we were there for over 3 hours I know we are not the only ones that were treated rudely. I also learned that they take walk-ins if there are orders in the system or the patient brings them in. If that's the case why treat a scheduled patient that unfortunately received inaccurate information so rudely? I have been to other Diagnostic Image Centers and never encountered these issues.

Eir (Eli): I think they delete reviews THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. We arrived at 630 tried to call to see if we needed to come in no answer asked a nurse they said 730. Came in at 730 Told we were late but had 2 appts one at 8 and could get in at 930. Its 914 and were still in the lobby. Staff is very rude and blamed us. DO NOT GO HERE

Stacie Osar: If I could give you 0 stars I would. This establishment isn’t organized enough to get women in to be seen when they found a lump, they reschedule appointments that they already rescheduled! If a lump is found it’s imperative that the woman gets seen prior to an annual checkup! Do better or someone will have a lawsuit against you for making them wait too long! Shame on you! Ladies if you find a lump go somewhere, anywhere else!!!
Don Underhill: So today my wife was turned away from a mammogram. It's extremely upsetting when you read this places mission statement of fear about how early detection saves lives. So monday she finally tells me she has a lump in her breast and it's painful. So I make her go to the e.r.. they do what tests they can there and determine its not a cyst or an infection. The nurse who is discharging her tells us to walk through the hospital that she thinks mammograms are free and to get one immediately. ,so of course we do. Well we're told they don't take walk ins. So we make an appointment. We both take off work today to go. We get there and we're told oh we can't do a mammogram if you do not have a primary care physician. Now they could have told us this monday. They already knew. So we have now wasted a week and it will be longer by time we find a place that will do it!PART 2. So after all the bs centerpojnt calls and links my wife with a doctor and makes her ANOTHER appointment. Then once again today we show up and they turn her away once again. This time becuse they do not accept her insurance! Sure sounds like they're being vindictive over the review. Mind you we did not call them. They called us! Then when I I ask why would you wait till the day of the appointment to let us know. Oh we called several times! No you did not and you also didnt bother to send an email either! Petty sick people manage this place. Hope karma comes along and gives you some of the same. They have now made a woman who may have breats cancer waste a month! Don't belive for one minute they care, they definitely care about linning thier pockets with money and getting even for a bad review!
Connie Kelley: I had a nuclear cardiac stress test on the sept 27. The ladies in that area, Kay, Na Rim and Kim are outstanding. They are a wonderful example of how patients should be treated. Kay was the one who came out to the waiting area and got me in a wheel chair and was with me the entire time. She explained the procedure in detail, started my iv, etc. she kept in freshly warmed blankets and did all she could to keep me comfortable. These folks are GREAT!Connie kelley

I have had several different scans, ultrasound, mammograms, etc. They have always been prompt on getting me back at appointment time, always friendly and very informative of what they will be doing. Also, quick on getting test results.
Traci D: I've gone to this Imaging Center for mammograms and an ultrasound. Front desk is always prompt to check me in and rarely have I waited more than 10 minutes to get in. Techs are always kind and professional as well.
